Craft Kitchen

Surprisingly, good... And fresh...Fremont Street is not known for healthy or fresh dining. In fact, it doesn't get more unhealthy junk food than Fremont Street. We were looking for something a little better, and Craft Kitchen was excellent. The Hawaiian chicken and rice bowl was delicious, great flavor. The cheesesteak was surprisingly tasty. We were very pleasantly surprised, and would come back here again and again.

I was looking for a quick bite to eat in downtown and Craft Kitchen was really great, located in the Fremont Food Hall. I got the breakfast sandwich and it was really outstanding, thick bread and very tasty. It came with smashed potatoes that were really good. I do have to say that I liked that it was made fresh and tasty and I was surprised with the spice level on the breakfast sandwich. It's nice to have an option for something like this. This place didn't have the huge line that Dunkin' did but I think it's probably more unique!

The breakfast sandwich was delicious! The potatoes are just smashed potatoes. I would have expected them to be crispy, but they aren't. They are tasty, though. Customer service was just fine. Nothing exciting but not bad

This is great restaurant for breakfast or brunch. My favorite is potato cake and salmon benedict. Overall, they have great food and excellent service.

We love you, Craft Kitchen!!!! Our favorite healthy option in Vegas for so many years now. Coming here feels like home. Great menu, friendly staff, I could just live here.

Found myself in a different part of town craving breakfast so I stopped here. Menu looks amazing! Esp the lunch menu. But I was craving breakfast so I decided on something simple - their veggie, egg, and turkey sausage plate. The turkey sausage was dry and flavorless although they make it in-house. The rest of the dish was fine. Also tried some of their pastries: the pumpkin Danish was the best with a creamy, pumpkin flavor (only available weekends); the caramel apple pastry was ok; and the maple pumpkin muffin was flavorless. Didn't have much pumpkin or overall flavor so I'd give that a pass. Also, service was pretty dismissive. She didn't really come back often to ensure we had everything - my coffee took about 20 min to get. If I'm in the area, I'll try lunch though. It's a very cute spot.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast on a nice chilly 48° morning. I had a Korean inspired fried chicken sandwich. The sandwich is topped with a sunny side up egg which I ate separately so I wouldn't get all messy. The ube bun is on the dryer side as well as the chicken patty. The sandwich itself is very flavorful though. I liked the taste of the chicken, but wish the bun were more on the soft side. I would try here again.

Had a very nice meal with my aloha coupon today. Ordered the Hawaiian garlic chicken over rice. There's a lot of Garlic and a bit of a kick in the sauce. So so yummy! Please know it takes about 20 minutes to cook the chicken. My hubby got the loco moco. The sauce was lighter in color more or a mushroom sauce which he really liked! The hamburger patty was huge. He ate everything and left a bit of rice. Others had the American breakfast. The smashed potato was different!

Another amazing experience at Craft!! Came here for my friends 21st birthday and they were so accommodating! We had the private dining room with Teresa as our server and she was amazing!!! The service was quick and the food was amazing. I recommend this spot to anyone who loves a good bottomless mimosa day. We will definitely be back

I absolutely LOVE this place!! Amazing, ambient atmosphere and service accompany the phenomenally fresh food and fantastic drink options. Been here for brunch, happy hour and dinner several times and every time was outstanding. Very sad to hear that they are now limiting hours to daytime only though, this was our favorite happy hour spot!! Hoping that comes back!! Still highly recommend for breakfast/brunch/lunch in the meantime tho!!
