After a day of thrift shopping, we were hungry! There were 4 of us (on a Saturday afternoon), and we were seated right away. Our service was so wonderful. Things were quick, food was hot and tasty, and we had a good laugh or 2 with our server! I ordered the potato leek soup, which also came with bread that they make in house and butter. I got the bowl instead of the cup because I had this at the Boulder City location and loved it. I definitely had enough to take home when I was done. Buttering the white bread and then dipping it in the soup is divine, and you fill up quickly with all that bread! I want to try a pasty one day, but this soup keeps calling my name.I was worried the location would be busy, but I'm guessing it picks up more at night when the strip gets a little more busy. Coming during the afternoon was no problem at all. We were in quickly and were able to chat a bit long because there weren't a whole bunch of people. Great spot and great food!

A middle-of-the-road spot. If you're looking for a simple, no-frills meal, it'll do the job. Just don't expect a culinary revelation.I was craving their sticky toffee and scotch egg wanted to see what the hype was about Sticky toffee was really good but I'd wish they take it out the baking bowl so it didn't taste burnt on the bottomScotch egg was good but wished the yoke wasn't cooked through was hoping they made it runny Service was great! We went late night around 10ish, has a dive bar type feel. I'd go back to chill and have drinks

Oh my gosh! I can't believe I forgot to leave a review! This place was amazing! I wish we had it in California. I searched Yelp for something different to eat other than the foods near and on the Strip while we were in Las Vegas last. And boy did we find a place that I would go to at least once a week if I lived here! I LOVE savory pies and pasties. The place is big and very inviting. The service was great. Looking on the menu, I wanted to order half of it and couldn't decide. So we asked our server. She recommended the Oggie and either shepherds or cottage pie (if I remember correctly, the cottage pie was with beef and shepherds was lamb. So we ordered one oggie and one shepherds pie. Both were scrumptious, especially the shepherds pie! Only flavor I didn't like was the rutabaga in the Oggie. I'm not into cooked turnip flavors. But I can't wait to come back here next time I'm in Vegas and try other pasties on the menu!

A great stop on the edge of the arts district with a good drink variety and absolutely bomb pasties. I've been here and the location in Boulder city, and both have great service and great food. The drinks are good but basic, and everything I've tried on the menu is delicious. I had the mushroom soup to start and it was delicious, and then I shared the Greek Pasty with my partner and it was also incredible. Everything tastes amazing and the price point is very fair for the product. There's so many options to try, definitely come here open to new experiences and ready to have a delicious and filling meal. The restaurant itself is very open and accommodating, with a lot of bench seating and bar seating.

What a cool spot downtown! We came here for a late lunch on the weekend with some friends. The vibe of the restaurant was actually really cool. It was very spacious, offered plenty of seating, and you could watch some of the staff making food/creating drinks. Our table was pretty large and actually used old church pew style seating which we thought was unique! Our server was very kind and came back often to make sure we had what we needed. And the food was honestly delicious!! Everything came out so fresh and hot and everyone at the table loved their food. I ordered the tikka salad, and wow that chicken was seasoned so well! I'd get it again! The only thing was no one at our table, unfortunately, liked their drinks. There were several different types of cocktails ordered and no one felt they were mixed well. Some too strong on the alcohol, some not flavored very well. I don't know if it was maybe the bartender working that day as it was during the middle of the day, but unfortunately just didn't love them. However, I would indeed still come back here again for the food!

Cornish Pasty is a growing British Style Pub and Restaurant group with several locations in Arizona and a location in Downtown Las Vegas. The downtown Las Vegas location does have a similar look to the downtown Scottsdale Arizona location with a bar and long wood benches that look similar to church benches. The downtown Las Vegas location also has some traditional tables. The downtown Las Vegas Location gets slammed when conventions and festivals are in town. They get slammed so much so that they have QR code tents on the tables so you can find out what they are out of.Our server didn't tell us what they were out of today. He told us to look it up on our phones with the QR code. My husband looked it up and missed things because the print was so small he missed things. It turns out that they were out of my first two choices so I went on to order my third choice....The Chicken Tikka Masala Pasty. My husband ordered the Carne Adovada Pasty and we shared an order of British Chips. My Chicken Tikka Masala Pasty looked really nice but had a soggy bottom crust and up top where the dough is crimped was still raw. The filling was decent but it was mostly saucy potatoes with a little chicken. It was a generous portion so I had enough even with what I didn't eat. This pasty comes with your choice of yogurt sauce or tahini. I tried it with tahini and it doesn't taste right to me with tahini. The Carne Adovada came out much better because it isn't saucy inside.I don't think our British Style Chips were made correctly because some were soggy and some were raw and some had burnt ends. I thought British Style Chips were suppose to have crispy exteriors and fluffy centers?Hit and Miss

Ambiance: very casual & had different types of seating which was interesting to see. Service: our server was good! for vegas, it's on the slower side of service but it is a more casual restaurant Food: omg the tikka cornish pasty is amazing. I think about it all the time. i can't remember the other pasty we got but it was also delicious. i was getting a little antsy at how long it was taking for our food to come out because I was expecting roughly 5-10mins. But when the food came out hot & fresh, it was totally worth the wait. 10/10 would recommend - so good!

Huge space! Carbo-load! $15+ Heavy piece of food (pasty) but they have sides, good amount of vegan options, free pool/billard, shuffle board, decent drinks, couches in the 21+ back area, and chill vibes. I'd definitely be coming back as a hangout spot for eats, drinks and play in the adult 21+ areas. Plenty of free parking across the street. We got$15.50 Vegan Cottage Pie. I was stuck between this or Vegan Royale With Cheese, and the server mentioned for sure the cottage pie! Super ecstatic about multiple vegan options!$16 The Oggie Traditional Pasty.$17.50 Chicken Pot Pie. This was the winner between non-vegan pasties tonight. SO 100% would pick the Chicken pot instead next time. $10 Broccoli & Cauliflower Cheese Bake. SO who normally doesn't like vegan cheese enjoyed the baked cheese part. I thought the center bottom cheese was pretty runny but expected with baked veggies? Can't complain. I love that there is this option. $12 Peanut butter & Jelly Pasty. It had chunks of fruit! The ice cream really makes a huge difference with it!Drinks: $14 House Old Fashioned Cocktail $9 Draft Guinness Nitro$14 Pinot Grigio. Don't order wine here. Not a wine place. My cousin's pick didn't come out right, and just wasn't good when it was corrected.$5 Irish Slammer (car bomb shot is inappropriate...you can say Irish shot, or Dublin drop instead).Middle to Back Bar Area is 21+ over: 4 billiards pool tables (free play)1 shuffle board (free play)$5 photo booth (back right area)$5-$20 Adult Vending machine (back right area)Receipt comes with QR code to pay via your phone. Or you can ask the staff to swipe for you. Venue Design and Vibes:For LA ppl, this venue is designed like a Pasadena Congregation mixed with a tiny bit of Highland Park vibes but with less people (you can't compare to LA ppl vibes though). For local Vegas, it's not a typical commercialized space, chill vibe or date night vibes for a Thursday semi-empty space for late 10pm....but you can stroll over to Berlin after where the metal, rock or alternative genre of music or live band entertains a good size crowd. On a Thursday late 10pmish, there were a couple date nights, an individual at the bar that seemed like there was a vibe but not when you come closer to the area, and a biker group. Ooo Vegas...just waiting until life is denser, and more friendly chill vibes for an individual to grab a cozy night cap somewhere.

Second time here. Definitely get the Chips. They're absolutely perfect, hand cut fries with great bite $7.50.Pasty's: THE OGGIE ( Traditional) $16. Steak, potato, onion, rutabaga, with a side of gravy. I don't know but this was not good this time. The meat was tough and the whole thing fairly tasteless and boring. The rutabaga had a slight bitterness to it. Slightly dry so the gravy is essential. Overall pass. 2/5THE CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA $17. Good if you're into spices and something different. Very tasty and the mint yogurt helps tame down the slight spiciness it has. 4/5I had a great experience the first time I came here but this time it was a miss for all of us.

First time visiting this place and loved the food. We ordered the french dip and peppered steak pasties and then sticky toffee pudding for dessert, it was absolutely delicious. Will be coming back again soon!
