I don't really understand the low ratings here, but am glad I haven't experienced that either! 4 instead of 5 because customer service is a bit lacking. More on that below. But just now we were Denied a one hour late checkout (checkout is at 11) and almost every hotel I've ever stayed at has given a noon checkout. Not helpful! But We do LOVE Resorts World and have stayed multiple times in Hilton and Conrad towers. I booked a one bedroom suite, it's 1100 sq foot and pretty pricey but so worth the gorgeous space. We have stayed in regular rooms too. Comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. Wondering what they are building still below the infinity adults only pool or if it's just gonna stay with a big huge white tent looking building. One pool open in the winter and it was busy in the hot tub area. They added Juniors (a New York staple!) last year to dine at and looks like they are adding even more in the "District" area. But im addicted to avocado toast from Suns out Buns out. Casino is small and easy to navigate, beautiful center bar. North end of the strip is away from a lot of the action but as we get older we prefer it that way haha. We took a 13$ each way uber to see Mariah Carey at Dolby Live on a Wednesday night. Peak times probably more expensive. I still love the location ad it's easy access to the Arts District and downtown as well as some of our favorite restaurants off strip. The only downside is there was only one person checking people in which took quite awhile. Apparently if you book a suite you have a different check in which we didn't realize. It's on the concierge desk side. I also don't like when they advise "you booked through a third party" like you are a peasant for wanting to save 25 percent off the listed website address!! (Pet peeve of most hotels not just this one) but if I still get those types of deals we definitely will continue to return. May try Fontainebleau (which is a short walk) next time just cause it's brand new. We've missed you Vegas!

Avoid this location at all costs. Easily the worst hotel experience I've ever had. They claim they are upgrading some system, and due to that, they have to manually take down our information. After they take down your license information and credit card information, they then tell you that they will text you when a room is available. We checked in at 3 PM and sat in the lobby for over seven hours without ever getting our room. An absolutely terrible experience. He finally got our room at 10:30 PM, and we were horrified to see that one bedroom suite we had reserved was now just a one bedroom room instead - talk about scamming guests. We also did not get access to free premium Wi-Fi and had to use the visitor Wi-Fi for our stay.Additionally, we did not get a $50 food and beverage credit to use.And finally, we asked him entire evening to explore the hotel. We wanted to use the pool and fitness center, but were never able to. Overall, this hotel deserves zero stars and if you are a Hilton gold or diamond member, definitely stay away. The hotel claims to have a priority check in line for gold and diamond members, however, they intentionally ignore that line and only helped the standard line.

Stayed two nights at the Conrad. One nice aspect was we were able to get early check in, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, our room was not very clean. The beds were made, but there the carpet was filthy. There was a half eaten chunk of apple on the floor and tons of little confetti pieces all over. Looks like the people in the room before us had quite the party, just wish the housekeeping staff would have cleaned up after them. Also, the built in shampoo/conditioner in the shower was empty. The next day, we were out of the room from 10am to 2pm, but the room was never made up. Finally at 3:45 a staff member came to make up the room, and said they could return at 4:30. We left at 4:15 and returned at 7....room was never cleaned. We are staying here specifically to see Janet Jackson, but now I won't need to come back. Gross.

Still don't understand the knock on Resorts World. 2nd time staying here, this time I decided on the Conrad over the Hilton side. Easy / fast check in process. Even better if you're a Hilton Gold member - you get free water bottles at check in. And if there are upgradable rooms available, you get free upgrades, which happened for me on my trip. They have a bunch of food options at the resort as well. One of the best hotel gyms I've ever been to.

We have always liked Hilton hotels and we are Hilton honor members. That's why we wanted to try this new Conrad hotel at Resorts World. We thought about Crockfords next door but I didn't want to walk far to restaurants. All restaurants and lounges are on Conrad side of Resorts world. Hilton hotels are more of business travel than Las Vegas vibes. It actually makes sense cause there is a big convention center on second floor. Our one bedroom suite looks like a business trip room. It was very spacious and functional just not Vegas like. And no 24 room service was the biggest problem for me, I refuse to use grubhub at a 5 star luxury resort! The amenities were good, our spa experience was great but why didn't they have a salon like other luxury resorts?! The little general store next to Conrad elevators was convenient to get whatever we needed at the moment. And the best thing was the restaurants, bars and shops are all on Conrad side so the walking was minimum. The restaurant collection and spa were very nice! As for services we checked in and checked out on Hilton website so it was hassle free. Bell service was not good cause we were on the phone for a good 20 minutes but couldn't get a hold of anyone. The call system is mostly robot now so it was hard to get a real person! That was definitely NOT 5 star hotel services at least not up to Conrad downtown LA standards! A luxury resort shouldn't be understaffed at all! But all staff were very friendly everywhere we went. Oh well, our first stay at Conrad and our last too, we will find something else next time!

Beautiful hotel! At Resorts World . Across the street from Tacos El Gordo ... huge plus for me ! No coffee maker, no microwave, small fridge ( doesn't chill very well). Spacious rooms. Parking is $35 for vallet / day or $18 self parking a day. Staff was friendly .

The bright spot for this 5 star new hotel is its pool being opened for winter, that's a big plus since I can relax every morning during my vacation. However it's a very small section and swamped with people.Clean and comfortable are the basics and Conrad didn't miss the mark. Enjoyed the view on 50th floor, the view on 66th was even better (good view for a drink).Parking is not so nice as nearby Venetian and Wynn, there's a lack of attractions. Haven't had a chance to try the restaurants but it lacks signature restaurants.

I enjoyed staying at this clean, comfortable hotel. I particularly enjoyed breakfast at juniors. Unlike the crowded, drunken revelry that takes place elsewhere in Vegas I felt I was in a civilized oasis . no problem getting a seat at the gaming tables either

Thank you, Conrad Las Vegas, for the "Christmas and New Year gift" left in my room. However, I don't need your gum next to my bed - I can afford to buy my own. Your housekeeper can come take it back. I've stayed at Conrad hotels around the world, but Conrad Las Vegas is by far the worst hotel I've ever encountered. Last night, the housekeeper used a key to enter my room at midnight while I was sleeping. What kind of place allows this?! It's an unbelievable violation of privacy and respect. On top of that, I found gum next to my bed - absolutely disgusting. The comfort and hygiene here are beyond terrible. I've stayed in cheaper places like Motel 8 off a gas station and had a far better experience. This hotel is a joke. You're the worst.@Conrad!

This is one of three hotels within resorts world, the Conrad is the one in the middle and the best price for what you get. The rooms are spacious, the staff, for the most part is attentive and on point. Housekeeping is a little bit of an issue, sometimes you have to hunt them down to get your room cleaned, but all in all a nice spot in Vegas. Resorts world is like a city, everything you could possibly need from a little shopping store for goodies to great restaurants to fantastic bars and yes, plenty of gambling. It's only about three years old so it still has that really brand new feel which I like. Pricey? Yes, but what else is new? Here's the part that really threw me this morning as I was leaving, I was given a $25 bonus credit to use at the bar in the lobby at my discretion. I thought what a perfect way to have a champagne on my departure. So not knowing there were rules to this credit, I checked out on the hotel app before going to the lobby bar where I was told you've already checked out your credit is gone. I think that should be said upfront when you check in not something in the end after you've checked out and didn't know the rules. Maybe a small thing, but it makes the trip and the hotel look bad in my mind. Other than that, I would recommend it.
