We booked 3 nights through Airbnb. It was a great location, amenities were perfect and our room was great. The only downside was an odd smell when entering the room. I'm guessing from the washer/dryer area?? The 1-bdrm has a full kitchen, dining area and living room area...perfect and convenient. The resort also offers a free shuttle that takes you to the strip, it runs until 9 pm each night. BEWARE you will be pressured to attend a time share presentation that, if you attend, will last about 2 hrs. Other than that, I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. It's a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip yet close enough that if do want the experience, you could take the shuttle or a rideshare there.

This was my 2nd time at this location, both from doing a timeshare presentation. Upon visiting I was told I would receive a free weekend stay where I would only be responsible for paying the taxes of $25.42 for the entire weekend, this was in return for me having PREVIOUSLY attended a presentation. I was told I would not have to attend another presentation on my next stay but upon checking in I was only then told I would have to attend one. I told them I was single as I am in the middle of a separation and they told me that was fine. When I went to the presentation their manager told me because my wife wasn't there I could not attend the presentation. I tried to explain the situation and they kept saying they did not care. I explained that I arrived as single and as per their policy, that was fine as long as my partner was not traveling with me and she wasn't due to our situation. I told them over and over I wanted to stay for the presentation and they declined. I was also with a friend who was single who witnessed everything and they allowed him to continue but not me. They then proceeded to charge me full price for the entire weekend stay. These guys are scum bags of the worst kind, their timeshares are a scam in general and I would avoid at all costs. The number you guys just provided in your response to this review isn't even a real number shows how much you guys care about making this right?

We checked in yesterday and regretted by the concierge's then were told to go over to the desk across the way, which encouraged you to go to a timeshare lecture. While they give out gifts, if you were to attend a 90 minute timeshare lecture, you can only do so is both you and your spouse Were there so when you travel on business by yourself, you're not entitled, she said gift a little disappointed, not to mention, they lose an opportunity to try to sell their vacation resort. We did find parking for your room entry to the tower is by key card, which is located to the right Button not actually that close to the door. The elevators also work with key card scanner under the keys. The rooms we had are two bedroom with living room and kitchen fairly basic in my opinion. The kitchen does have an on oven but not much in the way of pots and pans. If you have knives, they did have a water pitcher in the fridge. The icemaker does not produce ice, they were all sitting was cleaned. The bedroom set up is two full size beds in one bedroom with a bathroom outside of the room. The living room has a pullout sofa and the master bedroom has a king bed. The master bath is of the design of a large picture window and open doorway to the shower area no way of closing it. There is a laundry on site in row the facilities have pool gym, market, conference rooms, etc.You get a wristband with key or did not work. Wi-Fi is available. Room seems quiet. It is right near the airport. They have a bus they can take you to the Paris hotel for free this location while somewhat central is also away from everything. We drove to dinner we could not walk.

Decent enough property but it's very dated and has some maintenance issues.I rented a 1br unit because I was attending a wedding in Vegas with my daughter. We rented via Airbnb and I was a little worried the place would try wrangle me into attending a timeshare presentation, but they didn't. We were put in tower 1. Like I said, it's dated. The good: two separate sinks, 1 between the bedroom and bathroom, the other in the bathroom. The unit we were given was accessible. I didn't request that. The shower was huge. There was a separate Jacuzzi tub that we didn't use.The kitchen was well stocked with plates & such The fold out couch wasn't bad, my daughter had no complaints. The not so good: the toilet thought about flushing but didn't complete the operation. I wound up using the lobby bathroom more than once. The living room had a busted curtain pull on the blackout drapes. You can't hang dresses in either of the closets. The only bar is halfway down and is only good for hanging pants. It's ridiculous. We had to hang our dresses for the wedding over the jacuzzi tub.The door lock plate on the bedroom door was broken so the door wouldn't close. The appliances were long in the tooth. The place was probably state of the art in Y2K.It was pretty quit and felt safe enough. It was good, inexpensive home off of the strip but close enough to get there quickly. Lots of free parking.

Just off the main strip club Wyndham has great amenities and daily activities. Spent mornings at the pool. Separate kids and adult pool which I was thankful for. Lifeguards on duty watched over all of us having too much fun. Everyone appreciated their presence. There's plenty of lounge chairs. Pool bar guys and cafe servers were awesome. The cafe serves breakfast and lunch alongside Starbucks. If you have the vip wristband you can get the extra discounts when making purchases. The wristbands are also your keyless entry for pool gates, building entry and room key. Standard room has a kitchenette with table for 4 sleeper couch, with separate bedroom. Two TVs, lots of dresser space and large closets. The bathroom was a little on the quaint side maybe in the future these could be remodeled. Was a little lacking. I think the rooms could use an update overall. Some carpet cleaning and new furniture. Just personal preference. On the first night we had to get the sink plunged. It wasn't draining properly but maintenance crew here is awesome! We had a few requests during our weeklong stay and they came promptly and worked efficiently. Overall great service. No loud neighbors or ruckus. Large separate towers so underground parking can get a little confusing or become a hike. But the bellmen come to the rescue if you call for their assistance in the lobby.

Amenities are good. Older facilities but it is within walking distance of the strip so you can park your car there and stay there for free and walk to planet Hollywood fairly easily. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk depending on the street lights. The staff is always really friendly and check you in rather quickly unless you're coming at the prime time where there is check in at four and on a weekend. They do try to get you to go to a timeshare talk by offering you free stuff. We always buy this. We have other things we want to do and it's very sales so we prefer not to waste our time , it's really hard to leave when you start these things without agreeing to buy something because they just keep you there and keep calling new managers and more people to keep talking to you about the same thing when you've said no million times. But if you skip that, it's a really nice stay. Our favorite part is the pool because there is a section where babies and little kids can walk to the water very safely like a baby pool and then it becomes a larger pool for older kids. The water is always pretty temperature control. It's not too cold and not too hot and you can bring toys into the pool which some places don't allow you to do. There's also a playground and a large chess set where the kids can play and they have ping-pong zoo ball and a lot of other activities in the Center. They also offer formal activities, such as movies or bingo that you can participate in and win prizes. The rooms come quick with the fridge and washer and dryer and all the plates utensils and cooking tools that you need if you don't want to eat out every day because it's so expensive to eat by the strip there are some local foods farther away from the strip, that's still near the hotel but it's nice to just go grocery shopping and eat inside the house sometimes when you want a lazy day. But the hotel also has a cafeteria-ish place where you can buy food if you're lazy to cook and you actually don't want to leave the hotel either. We definitely recommend this place and we stay here often !

The customer service at this location is THE WORST!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. We left our room, found that my son had left his airpods in the room, by tracking them. Got back to the room and they had moved to another location at the property. Someone stole them out of our room! We followed them around the property to an employee locker room. We showed the guest services manager Mary Tapasa and her supervisor, Freida Heckman, she REFUSED to help us find them. Said that they did their "due Diligence" by sending a security guard to the room to check. Appah was the security guard's name. We watched as the airpods moved around the property but we could never catch up with them in real time. NO ONE WOULD HELP US. They had us fill out a report and said they would call us if someone turned them in.We drove 5 hours home, tracked them again, and now they are at someone's house!!! 370 East Harmon, yet the hotel will still not help us. We have filed a police report. I have tried finding a corporate contact to complain to, but no one will give me that information. It is so frustrating! We try to teach our kids about customer service, kindness and being honest and this happens to him! I will never stay at any Wyndahm again because of this experience. Before this, we had two other issues with customer service: 1. Asked where the ice machine was, guest services said they would bring us a complimentary bag- it never came. 2. We called a UP elevator, got it, our wrist keys would not scan, the elevator went down, a salesman for the timeshare got in and scolded us, telugu us we were doing it wrong and it would not work because we didn't push the correct button. Simple, but did not need to talk down to us. 3. At 8 am on checkout day, the maid knocked on our door constantly until I got out of bed to answer it. Probably 3 minutes of knocking! We had been up since 3 am for the Formula 1 race. Rooms were clean and spacious, but if you expect anyone ro be considerate and nice to you- don't stay here.Update: The Asst General manager called me today, the AirPods have been returned and will be mailed to me.

Wyndham Grand Desert was a major disappointment to say the least. We were guests of a VIP timeshare owner, and even though our room didn't cost us money out of pocket, I'd prefer to pay to stay at a Las Vegas resort over dealing with Wyndham. The timeshare salespeople are rude, pushy and dishonest. After checking in and receiving my room key I was told I had to get a wristband for security purposes and listen the timeshare salespeople pitch. I said we're not interested and we wanted to go to our room, and their response was, "come on, it's our job to talk to you."No means no. When I say I'm not interested and I want to go to my room, be respectful and let me leave. FYI, the wristband wasn't necessary, so next time make sure to bypass that step when checking in.*Update, the phone number provided by Wyndham in response to my review is disconnected. Seems fitting in that they were dishonest from the start.

SCAM ALERT - DO NOT Book here!! Club Wyndham uses Extra Holidays to book it's reservations. Google, "Club Wyndham and Extra Holidays Scam". Also - check the reviews if you Google, "Extra Holidays". You will see that they are a scam. I booked 4 rooms for friends and family months in advance for New Years in Las Vegas and they cancelled with only 1 month notice siting a techinical glitch but then sent me an email saying that I cancelled the reservations - such scumbags. That prompted me with searching how to remedy my already booked vacation and airfare and found out that they do this ALL the TIME.I posted this review and Google and they sent me a reply with a phone number that was not in service. Their "we take these concerns seriously" is BS.
