Yum! Rib tip dinner with double mac Hubby was just going to go to a fast food place but we saw this truck at the corner of Lake Mead and Rampart and I'm so glad it was there!The food was super tasty and I can't wait to go back and try other items. They were friendly and the truck looked super clean.

Okay, first things first, I am not a fan of BBQ for the reason that most places the meat is dry, tough and the BBQ sauce is way to sugary. Had to go to a fellow Vegas Warriors truck to support and DAM this is the ABSOLUTE best BBQ I have EVER had. So let me break it down for you....First visit 2 meat combo, two sides..Got hot links and chicken, mac and cheese with beans. OMG!!!Chicken was SO juicy, never have I had chicken this juicy and tender coupled with the BBQ sauce was AMAZING! Hot links, not really spicy, so don't be scared, the heat and flavor are delicious. The mac and cheese, you can tell it is homemade, just delicious. The beans, slap your Momma amazing, I wanted to bathe in em, extremely delicious!Second visit Rib combo, 5 ribs and two sides (I got double beans). Seems like not enough food right....ha! Let me tell you I came home all ready to devour this meal in its entirety, yeah that fidn't happen....ate three exceptionally meaty pork ribs and half beans and was so full I couldn't even eat 1 bean more despite wanting too.To say that CSB is delicious is an understatement, they are superior to anything I have had and I have lived and ate BBQ in Texas!!! If you haven't tried it yet, GET THERE as fast as you can!!!

This is the best BBQ that I have had in Las Vegas. Their ribs were delicious, well seasoned, and fell off the bone. I don't usually eat sliced beef, but they made me a believer. The taste was fantastic and easy to chew. For me it's also about the side dishes. The macaroni was cheesy and flavorful. I was delighted that the greens were so yummy, coming from another state, I was doubtful that they were good, but they were so tender and with a great flavor, I can't wait to return to have a second helping to their magnificent cuisine.

Once again, I have roamed they valley and located CSBBQ. Okay not true, I just looked at their FB page.

If you aren't eating here for the best BBQ in Vegas than you aren't eating real BBQ. The 3 meat meal is more than a hungry person can handle. Those baked beans are good enough to bathe in. I cannot say ANYTHING bad about thos fine food.

Best BBQ in Vegas hands down. I'm a Vegas native that's eaten BBQ from here to Texas, Tennessee, South Carolia and back and nothing I've had on the west coast comes close to Clayton Street. I've had three helpings of their brisket, ribs, hot links, beans and greens and have just been introduced to them a week ago I wanted to make special note of their greens... I've always enjoyed greens but never finished many of the ones I've eaten. They're either too bitter or salty or what have you but when I get a Clayton's plate the greens get ATE everything on the menu is a winner

This has to be one of the best if not the best BBQ I've had in a long time. The food is excellent with big portions for a small price. The people inside the truck are super friendly&know what they are doing when it comes to cooking everything from their main meals all the way down to the sides. I have not had a bad meal or experience from there&everybody I know that has been to it is now like myself a repeat regular customer.If your in the area of Lake Mead&Durango on Thursday or Saturday from 4-8pm look for them in the Big Lots parking lot. Do yourself a favor&try them out you will be happy you did.

My Son's just brought some dinner plates home for us, all I can say is DELICIOUS...I dont know what to recommend first the meats or sides. The ribs falling off the bone, baked beans I have never had such flavorful beans like these, but the coleslaw and potato salads are amazingly delicious. Thank you for such a wonderful BBQ experience. Hands down the best I've had in years.

We recently used Clayton St. BBQ for a baby shower and we can't say enough about the extraordinary experience! First, planning with the owners was seamless. They were so helpful in giving suggestions as to the amount of food we needed and what items we might wish to serve. Second, THE FOOD! Let me tell you...the brisket is HEAVEN! We had enough to serve 40 people and EVERY SINGLE BITE of brisket was gone within minutes! We also served the chicken which was amazingly tender. The sides were potato salad and their signature mac and cheese. Every item was beyond delicious and our guests RAVED about the food! You cannot go wrong working with Clayton St. BBQ for your next event! They are the BEST!
