*EDITED TO RESPOND TO OWNER REGARDING THE LIGHTS:"Regarding the lighting, we understand that synchronized flashing lights may not be suitable for everyone, especially those with medical conditions. However, these lights are part of the ambiance we aim to create for the majority of our customers. If this does not align with your comfort or preferences, we kindly suggest that you prioritize your well-being by choosing an environment that better suits you."You read that correctly, Yelpers. Regardless if you have a medical condition, and despite the kind suggestion to consider light stimulation for future preferences, this business prefers to create an ambiance that may or may not suit your well-being. I mean, not even a "we will discus this with our team in order to create an environment for everyone-- not just the so-called majority." This is a business, after all. By the way, all that writing and no response regarding your employees? I appreciate your reply, though. I'm curious what will replace your business location in the next year. Good luck, buddy!Original review:MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: This place has frequent synchronized flashing lights with all of their machines. Any individuals with a history of seizures should stay away from this location. We mentioned it to the workers, but they just laughed. [Edited to include owners response down below]This place is purely aesthetics; all looks, but really not that hospitable. The staff there avoided all interaction with the customers, didn't even bother checking up, or greeting people walking in. I get it, it's a business. However, there are many other claw arcades that offer the same entertainment but with happier and hospitable environment (Go Go Crane and Lucky Puppy Claw Arcade have been the best/friendliest/welcoming thus far!)This location is also uses an obvious "payout rate system" of a minimum 5 coins, or $5. The machine is typically set with a claw strength that varies based on how many plays have occurred or based on a preset timer, meaning the claw might not have enough grip strength to reliably pick up a prize until it reaches the predetermined "winning" point atter several tries.Demoted to 1-star due to the owner's obnoxious reply.

Super cute claw machine arcade!! To play, you pay this machine and it exchanges for tokens to put into the claw machines. We paid $20 for about 23 tokens (?). 1 token = 1 round. There's probably over 30 different claw machines with mostly toy plushies and keychain prizes. Ngl it's pretty hard to win the prizes on the first try. I think the claws are loose and a little scam-like. Whenever we pressed the button, it would grasp the item well but then drop once the claw goes up all the way. I had to play at least 3-5 times before winning a prize. I like that every time you win, all the claw machines in the arcade will light up and play music lol. The plushies are semi cute, they mostly looked like Temu dupes. They have two really cute photo op walls. One that's filled with plushies and forms a giant heart; Second one has 3D letters saying "Hello Las Vegas." Great place for kids and friend gatherings!

Stumbled upon this place while visiting our favorite restaurants.... It definitely draws you in. Super cute ambiance, lots of flashing lights, clean and colorful. Tokens are reasonable, $10 minimum for 10 tokens, each machine takes 1 token/ play. It was fun but don't expect to win anything. Claws seem really loose but you will have lots of laughs. Customer service could be better, the person working there just stares at you and doesn't say anything so it's a bit uncomfortable. A nice "hey welcome in" or "have a good day" at least would have been nice.

Claw Joyland in Chinatown, Las Vegas, is an absolute attraction for family fun! The atmosphere is vibrant, and the vibe is incredibly inviting. What sets this place apart is the fairness of their claw machines--it's refreshing to see a spot where skill pays off. Whether you're with family or friends, it's a fantastic way to spend some quality time. Highly recommend checking it out!

We came across this place after a brunch nearby and decided to pop in. $1 per play, and they have super cute plushies and friendly staff. They have plenty of machine to exchange your money from cash/card to their token to play. They even offer membership if you live in the area. We go some plushies for our kids and ourselves and they provide a cute plastic bag to hold all your stuffies as you walk out. They also gave my kids keychains! How adorable! The staff here goes above and beyond to make your time here memorable. They helped us take a family picture with all of our plushies and it was so cute! Thank you! We'd definitely come back and play again when we're back in the area.

My favorite thing to do is go to claw machine arcades this one is beautiful great prizes and had some great collectibles but some were inappropriate which made me a bit uncomfortable considering I bring family all the time. Staff was okay but not exceptional. And their claws are all a bit loose . Also the machines are all a bit too loud for me personally mix that with the music it seemed overwhelming.
