4.5 stars.Came here on a Sunday night and the workers were really busy attending to customers plus online orders being picked up. The service wasn't the greatest but they were really busy so that might've been why. Ambiance has a cute vibe to it with decorations throughout. There's a couple of tables/chairs to sit at but the place can get a little packed with the people waiting in line right next to the tables. I ordered a small gelati with strawberry Italian ice and vanilla custard. The custard was creamy and flavorful and pairs nicely with the strawberry Italian ice which was soft and not too icy. Parking is fairly easy in the lot and their storefront can be seen from the street so it's easy to find as well.

I am from the east coast and I love water ice!It is hard to find here on the west coast. But CJ's has many flavors! It is amazing!Mango and cherry are my favorites, especially when you order a gelati-they add some vanilla custard to it making it even more delectable!Also, try their Rice Crispies Entree. It is one of our favorites! This is a perfect place to bring the family for a tasty treat! We have so many points that we traded them in for a sweatshirt (or you can trade in for $ off of your bill)Definitely recommend!

One word - YUM! This was our first time having CJ's and it was definitely worth the wait! Let me start by saying we are huge Italian ice fans I went to college in Maryland where I would always have Rita's and this by far topped for me. There were so many different options to choose from from cereal to candy from cups to cones. I loved all those options.

I highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake sundae! The vanilla custard was super creamy and the cheesecake bites with the strawberry sauce made a really yummy combo. The service was okay but I think they were just really busy and overwhelmed. I would be willing to try it again so that's why I'm giving them 5 stars. The ambiance is chill here with tables and chairs to sit at after getting your treat!

Stopped in after a day at the Galleria mall. It was quick, and the employee taking our order was very kind. They have a cute photo op wall inside for those that love taking cute photos with their desserts. We took our order to go and both enjoyed it! I tried the blueberry crumble sundae. This is normally my go to order at most ice cream/custard places. I feel cheesecake squares would be better than crumbled graham crackers, but it was still a good take.

Perfect for a warm evening. We have not been here so had to stop and check it out. We were the only ones so gave us time to decide what we want. Large variety of sundaes, frozen custards, gelatos and variations. I went with the warm apple and my daughter did the Oreo combo. Even for a regular size, it was a lot for us. At $8.50 each and if you share, would be reasonable. Nice flavors. Made to order only. Good and courteous service. Will be back.
