This was our favorite restaurant we ate at on your trip to Vegas! The reservations required us to pay up front for the duck so we knew it had to be really good and we were not disappointed. The staff were super accommodating, my friend is picky about what comes in her drink so she had a lot of questions and they were more than happy to discuss the ingredients and also look into anything they didn't know off hand. They also helped us pick our other dishes and everything was fantastic! I got the duck fat whiskey drink and I have to say that was one of the best drinks I've ever had! It really brought out the flavor of the whiskey. We highly recommend this place! It's easy to miss because the entrance is not overly opulent. We walked by it a few times and didn't even notice that was the restaurant. However inside looks like a library or someone's home which made it very inviting and intimate.

I will start by saying the food here was excellent. Prawn toast, pepper beef, green beans and shrimp fried rice were outstanding. 5/5. Having said that, the service really fell short and unfortunately impacted our experience. We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation time with no explanation and no apology. We were headed to a concert and started to worry a bit about the time. We sat at our table for about 15 minutes before a server approached us. She was lovely, but honestly we felt sort of neglected for most of the meal. We ordered drinks right away and unfortunately it took about 25-30 minutes to get those drinks. In fact, our whole dinner appeared before our drinks did. We actually had to ask about them and it appears that she may have forgotten to bring them over to us. We also had to ask for extra water as well. It just seemed like all of the service was in slow motion and that as a table we were a bit of an afterthought. It really took away from was a delicious meal, especially given the high price point. 2/5. Overall, I would return, but would hope for a better service experience.

We celebrated my sister's birthday at Chyna Club and we were blown away by how great the food is here. The ambiance is dark lighting with elegant decor...very stylish and elevated Chinese. We preordered the Peking Duck, which was $129. The duck was massive! Biggest Peking Duck I have ever received at a restaurant. The sever told me they prepare it in house and use a custom made air fryer to prepare, which takes all day and keeps the skin at the perfect crispiness. He was 100% correct as the duck meat is super juicy and flavorful while the skin perfectly compliments it. My only complaint is that the up charge for fried rice made from the remanent duck pieces is $40, which seems on the high side. We did pay it and the fried rice was great, but they should either do that complimentary, or $20 up charge. The wine list is pretty extensive, but I found it to be hard to find a decent bottle of wine under $100. We also started with the shumai and ribs, which were both very tasty. Apparently, the ribs are highly popular and a must try here. I would not disagree. The service was very friendly and helpful...and they did a very nice dessert for my sister's birthday, which she loved!Next time we stay at the Fountainbleau we will definitely come back to Chyna Club for the peking duck.

A friend and I had a wonderful dinner here. It's a beautiful restaurant and our server, David, couldn't have been better. The menu is a little overwhelming, but he was so helpful with recommendations. We got the crispy duck salad, prawn and pea shoot dumpling, roasted black cod, garlic fried rice, and a couple small desserts. The starlight drink was creative and good, but my friend didn't love her duck #8. The sommelier, Mark, stopped by our table and was friendly as well. Excellent experience!

Located in Fountainebleu first floor, a high end Chinese restaurant. We had the Peking duck (need to order at least 24 hours ahead), fish, steamed veggies and few appetizers. Everything was so good but the Peking Duck was exceptional. We also added the duck fried rice which was so good. The Peking duck is sliced table side. The whole steamed fish was really good too. It is also deboned table side. The wine options are really good as well. Definitely will go back for the Peking duck and duck fried rice!!

I have zero dietary restrictions, but since my friends do - we decided on a whole vegetarian meal to share. My only concern was making sure we were all full by the end of it. We decided on the Green Peking Duck, Sichuan Dumplings, Chili Black Bean Taro, and Braised Tofu. Everything was so damn delicious and satisfying. We ate everything to its last bite. My personal favorite was the braised tofu - the flavors and textures were soft and so perfect. I wish I could duplicate this dish at home. We also got drinks - I forget the names of them exactly, but the alcoholic drinks were strong. Needed some getting used to. My one friend got a mocktail that was delicious and something I've already tried whipping up for myself at home. By the end of the night, we were stuffed. So satisfyingly stuffed. And incredibly happy with our selections. I would love to come back again and would be happy to recommend it to others.

Starting at the beginning: the restaurant is very nice, with a good atmosphere. It went downhill from there. It took a long time for a waiter to even come to out table (mind you, it was not packed). Took 25 minutes to get our cocktails. The rest of the service was equally slow, including a 15 minute wait to get our bill after we asked. And it wasn't just us -- all of the table sin our area were experiencing delays, and several were complaining. Took the manager 2 (!!!) hours to come out to one table that had complained. Another table had prepaid for the Peking Duck, only to finally give up and request a refund because it never came out. The server finally admitted they were understaffed. The food was good, not great. Skip this and stick with Wing Lei.
