Churros 101

This has to be the best place to buy fresh and absolutely delicious churros. I was greeted by an amazing woman with a beautiful smile. She took my order and suggested to try the chocolate sauce to dip my churros in and a horchata. The gentleman cooking was very friendly and also so nice to remind me to be careful it was very hot. My cinnamon churros were made fresh and the first bite made me want more. When you dip into the chocolate the combination is oh so good. I will be returning, the flavor of these churros is absolutely addicting. They have a perfect location you can find them easily and have the cutest stand for their business.

On New Year's Day, I stopped in on my way home when I saw the tent outside of Summerlin Takeout! I had them before after Foodie fest with my friends but I had showed up late and they weren't fresh- still good.Today I tried them straight out of the fryer! The owners are husband and wife. The wife is from Spain. I was helped by Paul. I was with my family and Paul spoke to us and told their story. It was really cool learning about Spanish churros versus the more popular in America version that is from Mexico.These are fresh Spanish churros with different dipping sauces most notable is the hot chocolate.These are apparently not sprinkled with sugar or cinnamon traditional but focused on the sauce, but Paul made us some of both and I prefer the ones with sugar and cinnamon I mean it's sugar! LOLanyways the churros themselves are incredible, they import flour. They had other goods we ordered: actual Spanish horchata, traditional lemon cake, empanada with meat, and some filled churros.We loved everything. For those items I spent around $30 and it was well worth it. Great price, great service, tent setup outside was nice and clean and new. The work space was also very clean.

Not the traditional southwestern Mexican style churros but still delicious. These churros were crunchy and flavorful. The cheese cake was very different, I didn't have any but my wife loved it. It was difficult finding the location (they should fix that) but when you do it's worth a try.

Oh my god these are the most amazing churros I've ever had!! The chocolate dipping sauce is truly next level!! They are super friendly people! Definitely stop and check them out!!

Loved these churros! So tasty and great! And Spain style! They were very friendly as well. Got to try them out at the Great American Foodie Festival this past weekend in Vegas and so happy they were there. Got to even talk about Spain a bit! Highly recommend!

The best churros in Vegas... there I said it! We try to catch their food truck location every now and then. They're very active in their socials so if you want to know where they'll be the next day, just follow them on IG. This is a solid 5 stars! Aside from the crazy deliciousness of their Spanish churros, they provide amazing service too! The owners are super friendly. Don't forget to get the chocolate dipping sauce.

The best churros by far in Las Vegas. They remind me back home ... stuffed dulce de leche omg the best!!! I also had food like the tortilla de papa and it was amazing! I will definitely recommend 100%

Finally!!! Churros 101 showed up at the Food Truck Frenzy at Farm/Durango in Centennial Hills a few weeks ago! I'd been looking forward to trying out Churros 101 for a few months now!We ordered 3 Churros which ended up being a lot more than we had originally though! It The order came with two different dipping sauces, chocolate sauce and a dulce de leche. The Churros were fried perfectly with a good amount of cinnamon on-top! They were fresh and super scrumptious! The chocolate sauce was more of a dark chocolate than a milk chocolate. The dulce de leche sauce was a good addition to the Churros! Overall these were really good Churros and I would come here to this food truck again, just for the Churros!

Best churros I've ever had! No joke. The chocolate sauce accompanying it hit the spot. Stumbled across them one day. Won't stumble next time!
