Chuck E Cheese's

I bought a birthday party for two of my children because their birthdays are on the same day. The packages were extremely overpriced for what you got. They left details out and the service was so horrible. I will not be having another birthday party there again. Even when it came to redeeming the tickets, they were out of stock on most items and my kids ended up taking the tickets home. Chuck E. Cheese isn't what it used to be.

games are more expensive than they used to be but the game pass is worth it! I wish it wasn't so hot inside but it's right next door to my favorite food spot

we went to the newer Chuckie Cheese on Craig Rd in North Las Vegas and were really pleased! Ty, Shay and Irad are the best team that work there. friendly and nice. it was very clean and everything worked! get the gold summer package. saved us $.

Staff are doing great, they gonna take care on what you need and ask.Waiting is not that long.

Don't come here if you care about service. Don't come here if you care to have a beer while the kids play either. This is the location off Sunset (just west of Stephanie.) The service is super super slow (I stood in line for 10min on one occasion - at the register with no staff in sight) and the manager seems to be bothered that she has to do anything at all. They offer beer and wine but you are limited to only 2 drinks per ID. I understand this is a kids joint, but the parents should be able to relax and have a few cold ones while the kids play (especially since you're likely to be there for at least a couple hours.) Just a dumb policy (that didn't affect me other than causing inconvenience and frustration because I was in line for so long.) Overall the place is newer and fairly clean. The pizza is NOT good, but kids didn't care much because they were too busy playing. I won't be visiting this place again and recommend you go elsewhere too.

Been to a few Chuck E Cheeses, and this one is immaculate and heavenly in Compared to its other locations here in Las Vegas. Staff here is very friendly and professional, and they do a pretty good job keeping the place clean and the games functioning. Not too hot for their pizza, it's not bad, but not great, but their salad bar is especially clean and definitely healthier than pizza. I like the security measures that they take to keep your kids safe, and I love that they have healthy snacks available instead of just burgers, fries and pizza.

Andre at the Craig and Revere location has horrible customer service skills. His location is under staffed so kids wasn't able to jump and he had a nasty attitude when we asked for a refund. We will never come back to this location
