We went here on a weekday right when it opened around 11 AM and it was empty! This was great because we have toddlers who don't always want to fight with the big kids to play the games. my friend had the silver pass that gave her 100 games every day and 20% or 30% off food. Each game is worth one point, so the kids really had 100 games to play which takes longer than you think! They had tons of fun and it felt like a good amount of time we were there and not a really quick trip where each game is worth five points, so 100 points is not really many games.I can see this place getting really busy on the weekend and it being harder to play the games and have fun with Little kids, going on a weekday was great! There was also a trampoline section that they could've played in, but it was closed. They also had a bunch of little kid rides like a carousel and a lot of the games were lowered so you didn't have to lift your child up or have a stroller or stool for them to play. Whenever we go to Dave & Buster's or esports arcade, I always have to lift my kid up because he is too short. There was also ample parking so we didn't have to struggle to find a good spot. We parked right in the front. As for how clean it was, it felt pretty clean to me, but that's also because we were maybe one of the three families playing there that afternoon so it wasn't very crowded. The music also wasn't loud, in fact, I'm not even sure there was music playing because it didn't bother me.Thus, overall I would recommend this place on a weekday. The pass to get free games every day ranges from $7.99 to 30 bucks per month for 12 month agreement so you have your choice of what you want to do. Or you can go there and just buy games on the day that you decide play. We will be back again on a weekday!Oh yeah, and the staff was really friendly too. When we asked them questions, they didn't give us any attitude, probably because they didn't feel too overworked with nobody there! And they were willing to help us!

It's been over a year since my daughter and I visited Chuck E Cheese. This Chuck E Cheese location is at Lake Mead/95N exit. It's next to a few other businesses such as Dennys. As soon as we drove into the parking lot, we noticed the exterior was remodeled! It has a lot of parking spaces available too! We ended up going on a Monday afternoon around 2:00 P.M. There weren't too many customers inside Chuck E Cheese. When we looked at the menu, Chuck E Cheese's prices have certainly increased. Their food was pretty expensive for just a single large pizza and some drinks. Luckily, we looked online at Chuck E Cheese website for coupons and found a 60-minute play promo for $19.99, weekday use. Current hours of operation areMonday - Thursday: 10:00 A.M - 9:00 P.MFriday - Saturday: 10:00 A.M - 10:00 P.MSunday: 11:00 A.M - 9:00 P.MRight now, there is a Summer Fun Pass promo on-going where you can purchase a pass for unlimited visits for two full months, play up to 250 games every day, and get some discounts on food & drinks during the visit. There are three different summer packages available from Bronze, Silver, and Gold. This Chuck E Cheese was recently remodeled inside, too! There were a variety of new games. Some of the games were removed, like a lot of the mover rides such as the mini-carrousel and the giraffe. There were also fewer tables inside Chuck E Cheese, and the entertainment center area was removed. There now is a large indoor trampoline area, which a wristband is sold separately for $10.00, and a mini dance floor. We spent about an hour and a half inside Chuck E Cheese, playing a lot of the token games. There were only 5 team members inside, and we did end up waiting a lengthy time for someone to open the trampoline area, which is locked up if it's not in use. We also had to wait for the game prize area. We had fun, but for the price, we'll only come occasionally.

We had such an Amazing time at Chuck E. Cheese today! After a long shift I brought my boys in to get out some energy and when we came in Albert was attentive right away. He definitely made our experience great today and we'll definitely be back to have some fun. We came in at 3:50pm and if you are a person that is a introvert. This is definitely the perfect time for you to come in, when we came at this time there was only us and a couple other people here. We also enjoyed the french fries and personal pizza for my two boys to share and the rest was enjoyed on nostalgic video games. We'll see you guys soon thank you so much again Albert for helping us and making this a great experience.

I ordered the salad bar ... they didn't have the eggs or cucumbers . When you are paying almost $10 for the salad bar, those two things really need to be included at all times I literally pay $10 for about five salad items.

Spent way too much money on food and in my opinion wasn't worth it nor was it enough for the price they were asking for on top of that they had a few employees and the ones that they did have were more concerned about having a conversation then helping customers literally was standing in line for more than 15 minutes just trying to add a few bucks onto a play card The only thing positive I can say is that I really appreciate that there was a baby changing station in the men's room I really appreciated that I could change my daughters diaper and had a designation to do it at ultimately it is not cost friendly will not return unless price is lower

Went to a fundraiser event for my child's school. The pizza was okay. Boneless wings were okay BUT The young staff members were FRUSTRATED and OVER WORKED!!! The women's bathroom was DISGUSTING!!! Poop on the toilets and trash on floor! Salad bar was not kept up! I witnessed the young girl try to juggle 3 locations and then even try to Semi pick up the bathroom. But honestly, I don't blame the young Team membersI blame management and leads!! Becuz as I watched, I RARELY saw anybody jump in to help them out. The captains should NEVER watch as their Ship sinks! Sad and Unfortunate

I took my 3 year old here today thinking it would be less expensive than Dave & busters. They no longer offer a "pot of gold" small quantity of game "tokens". We paid $19 for 37 "tokens" and each game costs 1 token. Not too bad. Several of the games were broken and took our tokens but couldn't even play them. My daughter was watching the trampoline area and wanted to jump. i paid $10 for the wristband and she ended up being afraid and never even set foot inside of the trampoline area. big waste of money.

Kids came up to me and my cousin and asked us for our cards, when we asked for how much points we had on our cards the lady kept stuttering and looking anywhere but us, also when we were telling her what prize we wanted she kept on going to the other person not paying attention to us. Some games were rigged .but overall I had fun time with my family
