So nice I have to review it twice... because this crazy place has like three names under one roof but if you aim for Chubby Boy or Fortune, you've hit the right place. You've also hit the jackpot, because this Fortune is truly a prize of Chinese cuisine. You will enjoy the best of the best of both continental Chinese food and Hong Kong barbecue. The char siu (pork barbecue) is amazing. The pork is in beautiful, even slices, no hodge-podge of mystery cuts. Lean, but unctuous and flavorful. The crispy roast pork, well let me say I could hear my dining companion crunching on it from across the table! We also had the best sweet and sour chicken in Las Vegas, and some tasty side greens as well. You know how some places you could eat off the floor? There are some restaurants where I'm afraid to eat off their plates. Not here!! Everything is sparkling clean, just immaculate. Finally, the service is out of the ordinary. So welcoming and gracious. Really, find this place. Next to the new "Souperb" (next to try!)

I wasn't sure what I was getting into when I first went because this restaurant had 3 different names. But what is important to know is that they are all one name now under something Fortune. It is a little bit nicer of an ambiance than what I was expecting, but the food was great overall! The noodle dishes, soup and stir fry, had an authentic Cantonese flavor. The bbq was also delicious. A bit more on the pricier side for Cantonese food fare but worth the extra to ensure the food was prepared well and tasty. Will come again futing my next trip to Vegas!

In A Nutshell:-Chubby Boy BBQ is a great find.-It's co-located w/ a new restaurant called Fortune so just walk inside.-They have a lot of options for duck like Roasted Duck or Peking Duck.-The large Roasted Duck was $40 & you get alot of delicious portions.-Their Green Beans are superb too.-Their classic Fried Rice is another great side dish to order, you get a nice healthy portion.-The service is very friendly & attentive.Overall, I would definitely eat here again, they have a really good food & great service.

Canto food I've been looking for in Vegas!! Under the parent company called Noodle Man (only tried their other location and it was horrible). The 3 meat combo dish is such a great deal! All the meats were really tender and juicy. We had the staff pick the 3 best meats of the day for us (duck, chicken, pork)...so happy we had her pick. She explained why those picks too. We're looking forward to trying more dishes, and coming here for our canto cafe food cravings now!! We ordered takeout for our road trip. We were sick of accidental mid-drive hunger which ends us up with horrible fast food options. This thought ahead this time. Just it's not the easiest packages to eat from on a road trip. We had an oil spillage accident in the car from holding it unevenly. It's 15min-30min wait for a to go order. We called in to order. Best to know Mandarin, or know exactly what you'll want to order from the menu. When picking up the food, you'll have to walk over to the middle of the restaurant where the 2nd cashier/chubby boy bbq is.

I wanted to order a whole roasted duck for Thanksgiving and when I went to get it I decided I should order food and try some of the other offerings since I'd never eaten there and it was exactly as I'd expected. I ordered baked bbq pork buns which were perfect, sugar cane shrimp, which was delicious and of course I chewed on the sugar cane as well, and Chongqing noodles which were delectable. So glad i found this place. New favorite.

Pretty easy to get a table, fairly clean restaurant compared to equivalent Chinese restaurants. The food is great, the best dish is the salt & pepper dish filets. They're super crispy and big pieces of fish. As far as other dishes, the hot and sour soup was not too sour, but the right amount of spicy. They also have tasty and chewy handpulled noodles, which are tasty for stir fry dishes too. 1 of the dishes I ordered was the long life noodles. It has the right texture, but could use more mushrooms. Would go again to try some soup noodle dishes.

We tried several dim sum and everything was very tasty. The chow mein was too. We especially liked the shrimp balls. A return visit would allow us to try other dim sum.

Pretty tasty but salty too. Everything we ordered was delicious.Roasted pork: perfectly executed. Crispy skin. Very tender and moist meat. Flavorful. The sauce they provide added even more umami. String beans: people have been Ravi g about these string beans. They were indeed worth the hype. Must be a sprinkling of crack magic. Dried scallop fried rice: again, so tasty and delicious. Rice shouldn't be that tasty. Uncle Roger's favorite ingredient must be in there, right? After the meal, I found my mouth craving a waterfall. I would gladly go back though.

Awesome!!! Among the best Peking Duck if not the best Peking Duck in Las Vegas. The food is very, very authentic and each item ordered was perfect. I went with the Peking Duck, beef chow fun (dry), salt and pepper shrimp, and the sautéed bok choy with garlic bulb, The restaurant itself is beautiful and very very spacious. The front door is extremely deceiving and so out of whack I thought it was hilarious. The kitchen and rest rooms are spotlessly clean. The Peking Duck was perfect. Crisp skin and tender juicy meat. Plenty of buns, Housen sauce etc. The beef chow fun was delicious as was the salt and pepper shrimp. I love. Bok choy.Plenty of parking out front. Noodle Man posters on the wall and the name Noodle Man on the door. Another funny aspect

Hong Kong style chow mien is too greasy. Told the server but she ignored it. The overall taste weren't too impressive. Service wasn't that good.
