Wow, I'm speechless at the service I received today. The young, Asian girl at the register was the rudest person I have ever met. I've never had an encounter where an employee gave me complete and uttermost disrespect. The 3 other customers mumbled to me,"If the food wasn't so good, I wouldn't even step foot in this establishment." All I asked was how much the price was for each entree I ordered and the employee said, "Why don't you just pay it, instead of asking questions." And much more. Will not be coming back here.

I found this place to be a cool little hole in the wall. I read the reviews before I came to this establishment as I usually do, and I just can't help but feel that people are being malicious. The young lady at the counter was not rude in the slightest. Understand that not everyone is comfortable with this type of interaction. The wait time on my food, Curry chicken & wonton soup was no more than 10 minutes. I was impressed. However, I wasn't impressed with being given fried rice when I asked for white. This is why they got a 4/5 for me. Overalls the food as good and I would definitely return.

Haven't even got to try the food but the service is horrible. They are understaffed so I understand the wait times but that is no reason for the waiter to be so nasty.The girl added a Thai tea to my order without me saying I wanted one. I asked for a milk tea but she said they didn't have any. When I told her I didn't order it she got an attitude and started rolling her eyes raising her voice at me. I asked for a refund for the drink. This is the last time I'll ever visit this place or any chance restaurants associated with this place.

I am a regular patron here. Food is delicious and conveniently in a shopping area with a major grocery store. I don't like to grocery shop unless I've eaten, otherwise I may buy extra sweets. Service is usually pretty fast. The staff is usually quick and lacks the warm service you hope for. The price point makes up for it. Stop for lunch and have a great quick, affordable deal.

Their specials are great! Service is fast and friendly. If you're looking for a quick bite this would be it on the East Side.

Mango / pineapple Slushy 10/10 . Wait wasn't too long had the lunch special food was good. Donuts were fire and the service was great.

2022Honestly food is really good, I LOVE the chow main (and other plates) the only thing is that the staff is extremely rude. Absolutely Rude, not sure if they were having a bad day, I've only been here twice first time it was wonderful second time lady had such an attitude with me I asked for chili oil and she rolled her eyes at me said here and slam it on the counter. I was very happy to be back and in a good mood smiling no reason for her to be this way. Not sure if it's a culture thing but I won't be going back specially with my 10 year old witnessing this. Customer service over food, rather go on the other side of the street for Hibachi Grill buffet. Sorry hopefully this helps so no one else has to go through this.UPDATE: 10/2023This is my second review and my third time going back. The women is so good at making people leave. As soon as I walked in she was snapping I think green beans, she said nothing and with the longest face I've ever seen didn't welcome us nor smile not even turn to look at us. We were a party of 8 people. You would think it's good business, right. She got up and handed us 2 menus for all of us , seriously? At this point I had enough and we all walked out. We ended up going to china A go to with the nice gentleman that is sometimes at this location (China Tango) . Is you go and wonder why it's so lonely it's because this women's attitude. You never know if she'll be there or not and rather avoided it completely.

Had lunch at China Tango on Nellis. The food was great, but the only drink choices were water or sugary canned soft drinks, there were no sauces available and none were offered, and the young person at the register had absolutely zero personality.

Yeap, i guess its true. Others are complaining the same girl at the front counter. Young lady at the front had an attitude as if she doesnt like her job. I went there two days in a row and same girl with no expression on her face. She doesn't even say thank you or goodbye. No smile at all. Not good customer service. Makes me not want to go there anymore.

Today I had the worst experience at this place and I've gone there numerous amount of times. Today I made sure that I called in my food before I drove all the way over there so I called in at 11:08. The young lady answered the phone. She told me to come in 10 minutes to pick up my order, I get there in 15 minutes I pay for my order, and my order was not even ready at all. I stood there, waiting. The young lady had told me oh the food is almost done. I did not get my food until 11:50. turned around and had to rush back to be able to get to work on time what I do not understand and what I was confused about is if I called you at 11:08 why am I getting my food at 11:50 that food should already be ready and expensive I got was oh we had a busy morning. I also ask for extra honey, walnut shrimp, and it was not even there.
