Just wow!! Beautiful decor and excellent service.Pulpo a la Parilla taco: 8/10. The octopus was tender, the blue corn tortilla was fresh and tender. It tasted a bit underseasoned to me, but still interesting.Quest birria tacos: 10/10. As good as the birria in Mexico. Absolutely delicious. Deep deep flavor.Har Gow dumplings: 10/10. I'm picky about dumplings, and these are the best I've had from a restaurant in a long time.Yu Xiang eggplant: 10/10. An absolute revelation. So simple, but amazing.

The chips and salsa were just okay--I wish they offered a chunkier salsa. We also ordered the Queso Fundido, but it was pretty mid. It felt more like a "make your own cheese quesadilla" situation than anything special.I got the Quesadilla de Chicharrón, which was decent, but overall, the food here is just overly fancy. Honestly, I'd rather go to a good taqueria for a more authentic and satisfying meal. That said, the ambiance is nice, and that's pretty much what you're paying for--along with the José Andrés name. It's a cool spot to try once, but not somewhere I'd rush back to.

China Poblano in the cosmopolitan was the highlight of my Vegas trip this time - specifically the chefs tasting experience. The chinese mexican fusion is genius and Jose Andres take on the dishes was special. Very fun experience. Favorite dish - chinas sweetest tomatoes (not pictured) and the carnitas tacosLeast favorite dish - the churros / mango sticky rice which had no sticky rice just mousse with teeny bit of fried rice krispies on top.

We've passed by this place many a time as it's across from the food court. We finally decided to try it. The wait staff was great I forget his name but he was so patient with me and my many questions. It's an interesting concept. Chinese x Mexican collab. My favorite was quite simple - the chips sand salsa paired either with the salt-air margarita. We only sampled a few dishes and enjoyed everything we tried. We will definitely give this place another visit. Enjoy!

So far, Las Vegas has not let me down. This oxtail noodle soup was amazing. Everything had so many herbs and spices, so flavorful. Noodles wereperfect al dente, oxtail easily slid right off the bone. It's very similar to PHO, but take it up 10 notches.

Is inside the Cosmopolitan Hotel on the second floor. Casual friendly. Service is good. Food comes fast. You have a choice of Chinese or Mexican cuisine. The Quail eggs Siu Mai was my favorite from the dim sum menu.

This is a vegan review. They have few vegan options but not that many. Young coconut ceviche - 5/5 but very small portion size Nopales taco - 2/5 it had a sour taste. Not sure if that's nopales would taste or if it is pickledTwenty vegetable fried rice - 4/5 it had complex flavors. I especially liked it with their chilli Oil (it had a unique taste)18 monk - 3/5 just some bland noodles. Overall I expected an interesting experience with the fusion of flavors but it was just some average Chinese and Mexican dishes put together in the same menu.

Located inside the Cosmopolitan. Very vineyard and the ambience is lovely. The food is great. It is really a Colombo between spicy chinese and spicy Mexican cuisine. The sauces are available for extra heat. The Dan Dan noodle and the Xi'an are so tasty. The QueSo birria was so flavorful. Best Salty Air Margarita - it was a cloud look a like and foamy margarita. The falca was good as well. Very orange-y and delicious Customer service was good as well. I recommend making a reservation. I can't wait to try again.
