Amazing Chinese food in Boulder City! They get busy fast, order early for take out!Excellent customer service. Lovely restaurant with unique decor. Whenever we want quality Chinese we go here. This is also our go to restaurant for our vegetarian guests.

Service is outstanding! Food comes quick, expertly prepared and very flavorful. Always accommodating to our large party! Always return when in town.

My husband & I have lived in Henderson for over seven years, but we found this wonderful gem last November! The China Bistro, in a small strip mall in Nevada, found this wonderful gem on Nevada Highway in Boulder City, has one of the best Chinese and Thai, dishes in the area! I ordered a mouth-watering shrimp and lobster sauce on the Family menu while my husband ordered Mongolian beef. The appetizers included egg rolls, egg drop soup, and a crab rangoon!Their sauces are homemade! We not only loved our dishes, but the cheerful and welcoming atmosphere at this restaurant! China Bistro is at the top of our list for oriental food!

This place serves up some great authentic Chinese food! The entire staff is super friendly and it was also great to meet the chef! She came out and was so nice and her food is great!Potstickers - Nice and crisp on the outside, the dipping sauce is delicious! Comes with six pieces and is a great appetizer.Chicken Egg Foo Young - Comes with two large patties, cooked beautifully with a tasty gravy. Uniquely, this place also offers a beef egg foo young which I might try next time. The chef did let us know that all egg foo young dishes come with the same gravy. It's delicious!String Beans - So delicious! I loved the garlic flavored sauce, beans were cooked with a nice crispness. Pepper Beef - The beef was super tender and surrounded by fresh crisp peppers and onions. I really liked this sauce! It is a mildly spicy dish.BBQ Pork Fried Rice - Another yum! Great flavor, great portion!

Food was bland. "Vegetables" in Pad See Ew were red and green peppers, nothing else. Noisy and loud wait staff. Loud surfaces and holiday music created noise platform. Dishes thrown into bins when clearing tables. Metal cart that clanked over every tile seam used for both dishes and food service. Really poor, unfortunately, hoped it would be much better. Will not return.

YUM!!! YUM!!! YUM!!! Always fantastic!! Had the usual, pineapple fried rice vegetable egg foo young with gravy was delicious and try the twice cooked pork. Thanks for ALWAYS providing great tasting food ....Five stars!!!'n

I love this place! Great food and service! Been going here regularly for 3 years now, we always get take out. They are terrific and friendly it is always busy. I love the vegetarian options, they have great flavor. The portions are generous! I always pig out and stuff myself here. I highly reccomend.

what a delightful experience! The food was so fresh & delicious! The server, Tristan, was attentive & delightful! The restaurant is very clean & inviting. Bring from out of state this far exceeded our expectations.
