I guess you can say it's a chain in a restaurant- but had service that belonged in a Burger King! The waitress had no idea how to split checks, had to ask 4 times for water and she didn't even understand till I requested Aqua. I understand this country is going to hell in a hand basket... but if this is the best we got, Jeeze!!!The restaurant was very clean, the food was exactly as expected, but the service was a -5 stars. Please train your staff better or do a better job when working with customers!

Near Gate D 33 Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport. Not many options of good food. Great lounge/drinks at Budweiser Signature lounge after the security before heading to all the gates. Ordered grilled chicken and bacon sandwich and it was very good. Chili's maintained its quality. It takes time to place the order and get the fresh food so it's worth only if you are ahead your gate and at least 40 mins for the boarding.

I don't even know how this place can operate under the name Chilis. Is there even a manager running this place? Worst experience ever. In fact, so bad I've already sent a letter to Brinker to complain. Yes, THAT BAD. Folks, stay away from this location. Caught a flight out before Christmas and was seated by a waitress with long black hair and a face mask on. Can't remember her first name but her last name was Wong. Each table had a sticker with a QR code that said to view menu and order online. Fantastic. I needed the prompt service before catching a flight. I ordered online but was met with an error message. Ms. Wong comes to the table with an attitude already and I said I ordered online but I got an error. She said very snarky, oh yeah that doesn't work! Like I was supposed to know that. Ok. I'll have a Dr. Pepper. She says Yeah we don't have that. I said well your menu shows you do and she says yeah well it's wrong. Ok. I'll have an iced tea. The tea was $5 but said unlimited refills. I ordered that and a sandwich. Asked for pickles. Sandwich came out cold without pickles. Ms. Wong never came to check on me and I needed a refill and pickles. I flagged her down and she came over to me and sighed really heavily and goes What? I said I need pickles and a refill. She just stared at me. I'm thinking is she ok? I said maam did you hear me? I just need pickles and tea. She goes ok find trust me I'll get the pickles but we don't offer refills on tea. I said what? Your menu says you offer free refills on all soft drinks. She goes Yeah well it's wrong. So at this point I've had enough of her attitude, I've been very kind to her thus far but I'd had it. So I just said sure it is! And she goes what did you just say to me? I said of course you don't offer free refills and of course your menu is wrong. I was somehow able to easily pay my check online, funny how the online ordering is broken but they sure will take your money! This girl has absolutely ZERO desire to work in hospitality and she's the most awful human being I've ever encountered. If she's that miserable I cannot imagine other customers haven't complained. Where is her manager? She's nasty and she's lying about the menu? And people are already stressed enough about flying during the holidays and we overpay for airport food but to be treated like absolute crap and taken advantage of on the no refills thing? Come on, Chilis. You need to do better. And someone please for the love of God, fire Ms. Wong or encourage her to quit and find a job where she doesn't interact with other humans. You'd be doing the world a HUGE favor.

This Chili's is bad. All of the ketchup packets in the condiment bar were stuck together and gross. I waited (in the standing line) 30+ minutes for a salad and a burger, while several other orders placed after mine went out. I wish I would've gone somewhere else for food.

On my travels home from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, I had a layover in Las Vegas and decided to have dinner. I decided to have Chili's since it was basically near my departure gate. It was quite convenient.Airport comfort food can be a hit or miss, but when you have a Chili's is supposedly is pretty good already. With that said, I discovered this place is having a layover in Las Vegas. Had four hours to kill so and it up having dinner here late night. The menu was limited, but it is was probably the only reasonable solution for a layover meal, so I ended up getting a mushroom Swiss burger that came in French fries. Ended up getting a drink from a nearby store to complete the meal. It was a totally a to-go meal, since I wanted to sit next to an outlet to charge my phone. It would have been nice to dine in, but it wasn't meant to be. The menu was limited and only the burgers were basically the only one thing that was appealing to me at the time. For the most part though, it was nice to have a familiar restaurant chain at the Las Vegas airport. It was nice for anyone and everyone to grab a meal or snack here before they have to fly out of Las Vegas. Or if they're arriving, something to have before heading out of the airport. The burger was cooked rare, as how I liked it to be. It was delicious and definitely hit the spot after an evening of traveling from Sioux Falls, South Dakota to Denver, and now Las Vegas on United Airlines. If your flight is coming in or you're flying out of the D gates, consider coming here to Chili's and grab a burger to go. If you are one of those that doesn't like burgers, there's usually something for everyone. The overall experience here at this Chili's location at the Las Vegas Harry Reid international airport was quick and neat. It probably would have been more pleasant if I had dined inside the small restaurant, but I wanted to be near the charging stations to charge my phone, so I opted out for take out. The service here was okay and typical. The lady who took my order was nice and friendly enough. She also called out my order when it was done. You're basically just putting in Your order and paying. Basic customer service is only needed here. And when the order is ready, they'll call out your receipt number and I went and grabbed it. The entire experience took about 20 minutes from the ordering process to picking up the order when it was ready. During my experience here at this Chili's kiosk oasis at Las Vegas airport, the dining room wasn't that crowded and it was past 8:30pm on a Monday evening on Labor Day Monday 2023, which in hindsight, I could have dined in but rather had liked to charge my phone. Still, it was a good one to be had here. Only thing that was missed at Chili's in Las Vegas was the possibility of alcohol. Or me lacking it for my meal. That's probably it. Overall, a good meal for the weary traveler for sure. If you are traveling thru Las Vegas and near the D terminal gates, consider coming to Chilis for a quick bite while waiting for your flight. Or if you're arriving, have a quiet bite at the airport before you head out.The Chili's restaurant at the Las Vegas international airport is a wonderful expansion of the brand. It's located where the D gates are. Best to come hungry if you've been on a plane somewhere and coming here to Las Vegas. Their prices are pretty standard on what you'd find at a Chili's restaurant outside of an airport. The bright side is that there wasn't any line after 8:30pm, but the dine in seating area was usually occupied anyway. The only way you'd find yourself here is basically you'd have to either be a ticketed traveler flying from Las Vegas, flying to Las Vegas from another city, or an employee of the airport, an airline, or one of the many airport merchants employees / staff. Random Public individuals is not allowed. The airport has parking available if you decide to use it and come here with the airline ticket or if you are an employee of the airport. Uber & Lyft are also there for your use, if you need them to get to your flight on time. Doesn't hurt to grab a bite here at Chilis on your way out too. 4.0 stars for the overall experience. 5.0 stars for the location and 3.0 stars for the prices. 4.0 stars for the food.Support local!B

Ordered one drink and 2 items of food from the section that says FROM OUR KITCHEN, got the bill, said to the bar tender why isn't my food happy hour price, she said oh the items from THE KITCHEN on the menu are not on happy hour!!! She said you can call the corporate office if you want!!! Look at the menu in photos , plus where are the prices for the food????? BIG FAIL CHILI'S, WHO ARE YOU TRYING TO RIP OFF? Oh for sure I called the corporate office to handle this, is it a big deal, yes because they are ripping people off with out them paying attention. Most people won't bother to inquire about this misleading menu, hopefully I did some folks a favor.

Busy place in Terminal D. I stop here for a quick breakfast and coffee many times. Always good staff and the food isn't much to be desired but if you're hungry it might do.

If only I could give a lower review. I had been on an 8 hour flight and it was an hour before they closed. I was very hungry naturally and only wanted a bite to eat but they denied me regardless if others were eating and drinking there. They ignored me at first than gave me the finger, this Chilis ought to be outlawed and closed permanently.

Boneless bites aren't fried fresh. They sit in a warmer until ordered so not only was it not hot but the texture was rubbery. Paid more at the airport and got worse quality.

Absolutely horrendous service. No more than 20 people in this restaurant and it took a solid 15 minutes to be seated and I waited 35 minutes for an appetizer. Ridiculous. Maybe it's the staff who just don't care about their jobs, or the management that has failed to train them. Either way, won't be coming back..
