I ask the Sales Clerk MARCUS (I mean BOSS/ MANAGER which he wanted me to know real bad, lol) if I could get a sleeve of some cigars. Why did this ignorant person want to go back and forth about me calling them sleeves and wanted to force me to call it a box instead of a sleeve and refused me service because I would not call a sleeve a box. Little education for you. When you sell cigars in bulk they come in a box. You can sell them as sleeves which are the packs of 15 or individual. I worked in a convenient tore years ago and ordered product so thats why i knew that. Well, ignorant MARCUS wanted to belittle me because I am a gay woman who challenged his authority and that was the only way to get back because at no point was i belligerent. He refused me service and gave me permission to video and take his picture. After that I left and went to King Smokes where I asked for the same thing and got it immediately with no issue. If you want to stay ignorant just say that but to refuse someone service for correcting you is ignorant and just dumb. Please fire MARCUS he is definitely going to be blasted on social media for the gay hate incident and I am going to make sure I inform all agencies that can make a difference . We don't need that energy at any establishment. Who makes someone lose business over their own ignorance? MARCUS please blow him up like he wanted so bad!I also have video so please reach put to me if you need proof.

I can absolutely see why this place only has two stars when really they should have negative one. I went there to buy a Vape and I will post a picture of it I spoke to the lady and said this has absolutely no flavor in it at all! After I just made my purchase I didn't even leave the store yet or walk away from the register she said as long as it works it doesn't matter if it has flavor in it. The my question is. Why would I want to buy something without any flavor???Her attitude was disgusting and she honestly did not care about keeping a customer at all.If you smoke at all this is not the smoke shop I recommend ANYONE going to. Never again will this place get a dollar from me.

If you appreciate your hard earned money and don't want some arrogant asshole who is blatantly rude and ignorant finessing you at a register for what should be normal priced item..just don't come here.

Terrible customer service. Dude had major attitude and was on an "important" phone call and couldn't be bothered answer a simple question. The guy working the morning shift on Oct, 18th should be fired. Because he clearly hates his job. And is definitely dragging your business down! I'd give ZERO stars if I could. And I'm not one leave bad reviews but this guy got me heated.

I won $500 at Dotty's and decided to go buy several things at the smoke shop next door. The man working there seemed very put out because I asked to see a few things. I asked him what something was and he said he couldn't explain it. So I moved on to the lighters There were 2 I wanted to buy but he said I coukdnt see or touch anything I hadn't bought yet. I offered to put my purse on the counter, to endure him I woukd run off with anything but he said you can't look at anything . I will never return. I'm headed down the road to a smokeshop that actually understands the process of buying and selling things. Especially items that cost over 30 dollars. To except t me to buy a lighter at that cost I have to actually feel it to be sure it isn't cheap. This young man is seriously hurting this business.

0 stars. I just purchased 3 packs of cone wraps. The skinny black guy with no teeth charged me $25.94. They can't possibly cost $7+/ pack. They are usually $4-$5. My bad for not speaking up at the time, but I wanted to get outta there. Seems cashier is stealing from his customers, and probably his boss too.

Horrible. I needed something in a timely manner. So, I googled the closest smoke shop in the area. Cheyenne Smoke Shop popped up. You would think someone would be inside the building around the time they say they're opening for business. But NO! I'm currently standing right in front of the SmokeShop STILL waiting for the stuff I need. And I'm not the only person here waiting for them to open sadly. They advertise a 9am opening and it's now 9:50. It's safe to say I'll be late to where I'm going due to all this unnecessary waiting. Customer service is important to me. Time management is important to me.And not wasting my time is very important to me. I'm a business owner myself. This is trash service.

Discount? Not sure. Prices seem average compared to others not directly located on or near strip. My review is based on the employee being rude. He was on his cell phone chatting with a friend the entire time. He should have ignored me until I asked for help and then hung up. He acted annoyed I was there bothering him and interrupting him. LOL. So damn weird, right? Like come on!!! Obviously not the greatest job in the world, but not hard at all. If he was more interactive I would have bought more. Didn't seem interested in helping or showing me anything. He was hesitant to let me touch items, which is weird. I wanted to feel the quality. One of the items was in a plastic sleeve and I wanted to open it and see the quality and he said I couldn't do it unless I bought it. What???!!!!! You're insane bro! That's not how it works. It wasn't custom, it's what the manufacture put it in for shipping purposes. What are you trying to protect? Fingerprints on wood? Lol. Other options didn't even have a cover. Such an inconvenience for me as a shopper. Get off your phone butt head.

Great friendly service. Great prices and great selections as far as pretty glass blown pieces. Great selection of pocket knives and collectible knives, too. Go n Shop for that Smoker Frd.!!! ME!!! LOL
