Go see Wayne. The waiter is patient and great at explaining the ingredients! He helped us pick a few options by listing and sharing what's included in the dish. Wayne is an amazing asset to this branch ! Usually I don't rave about service but really he is a difference maker ! I felt it's an authentic Chengdu style restaurant The cucumber dish, the beef with peppers and sliced potatoes are a must. Enjoy. You will be back after your experience here!!

We came for lunch. There were plenty of parking spaces. The service was courteous. We ordered some traditional Sichuan food: Griddle Cooked Diaphragm, Mapo Tofu, Fish in spicy soup, Stir fried pig kidney. Except the last one was very salty, everything else was all authentic and wonderfully presented.

Good authentic meal. Part of my group got here around 11:15am on Thanksgiving day. They wouldn't seat us until our whole group was there, but did seem to hold a table for us while the rest of our group arrived (11:50am). Cost was $291.78 for lunch for 5 adults, 2 toddlers. We got 10 dishes, 4 bowls of rice, and 1 tea. * Sauteed Shred Potato ($15.99) - 3.5 stars. * Snowflake Beef Slices in Golden Sauce ($25.99) - 3.5 stars. Quite spicy. * Flavored Pork Crura ($25.99) - 4.5 stars. * Stir-friend Pig's Liver & Kidney ($22.99) - 4 stars. * Sauteed Beef Green Onions ($21.99) - 4 stars. * Vegie Meatball Soup ($15.99) - 4 stars. * Chicken fried noodles ($15.99) - 3.5 stars. * Pickled Chili with CKG ($22.99) - 3 stars. Very spicy. * Griddle Diaphragm Veg ($26.99) - 3 stars. Not for me, quite spicy.* Sauteed String Bean w/ Ground Pork ($17.99) - 3 stars. Good crunch but a bit dry.

This is my favorite Szechuan restaurant in Las Vegas if not anywhere I've been. The rice is so plain looking but crazy good with that obvious and addicting Szechuan papper numbing seasoning. I'm getting better at ordering each time I go and look forward to be served by kind and helpful wait staff. I love the decor of this place. An Asians artistic rendition of French Trompe l'oeil covers the walls adjacent to dining tables really adds an elevated style to the otherwise cafeteria type room. I never leave without grabbing a jar of their homemade Szechuan Pepper oil. So many good things to order!

This is a 626 classic whose prices shot up once they picked up significant hype from mainstream food media a while back (e.g. Jonathan Gold, Michelin's Bib Gourmand, etc). I hadn't frequented them for a while because of these disproportionate prices, but their price discrepancy compared to other Chinese restaurants have become a bit more reasonable over the years. I've now tried this Vegas location several times now and the quality is on par with their 626 locations. They carry all the classics, and the ones I rotate through most include their Boiled Fish, Twice Cooked Pork, Ma Po Tofu, Toothpick Lamb, Kung Pao Chicken, and Sauteed Eggplant. They're also one of the few Chinese restaurants in town I've seen with Mung Bean Jelly Noodles.

I'm back. This is as authentic Chinese as if gets. The music is Chinese. This place has an A health rating and a lot of awards. This [pink] menu is brand new. It looks a LOT smaller. They serve you a pitcher of water with metal cups. For my appetizer, I'm having the Cucumber Salad. That is a big serving. This is delicious! No heat and very well seasoned. I see cilantro and garlic too. Wait! The old menu is still available. Two menus at once?! I guess so. The old menu has more picture. I did notice some differences. For my drink, I'm having the Walovi Chinese Herbal tea. It's chilled and rather sweet (the way I like it). Michael Crockett has ordered Toothpick Lamb with Cumin (1 pepper rating). It is quite good! The taste of vumin is there for sure. For my entree, I'm having the Boiled Sliced Fish in Hot Sauce (2 pepper rating). It is served in a hot metal pot (like a small wok). There is a log fish in here. Rice is optional (none for me). What a great meal!

Possibly the best Szechuan resto du monde! All of our dishes were fine. The beef and onions were amazing. Best beef dish ever.

Never thought I would do a review on eggplant. Everything we had was so delicious and had a kick of spice. Our friend from Cali took us here and said that it is the closest to authentic Chinese food. The restaurant itself sits behind a major shopping plaza and is easy to miss if you're not paying attention. Food is ordered family style and portions were large enough to share at our table of 7. Server was very helpful navigating the menu. Pricing was reasonable. Sad I didn't get take photos but will definitely update this review on the next one. That spicy eggplant is calling my name.

Parking lot, tinted windows, and location behind the main road seemed a little dodgy at night time but inside it was brightly lit, clean and great ambiance. Food quality and taste wise it's exactly like the ones in SoCal. Top notch Szechuan cuisine. Best of the best, and most authentic.Service was prompt and food came out quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful.

3.5 star for the food! The portion is big, they gave you lots of food to try to match the expensive price. The eggplant is very good, excellent flavor. Mapo tofu needs more beef, and more spices. Overall, the food is worth to try, It's pricy, but it's in Vegas!
