I could literally talk for hours about how amazing Chefster is, and I seriously don't think we could have pulled off our wedding without them. My husband and I are from Houston, so we already had the challenge of planning a wedding long distance. With no exposure to Vegas vendors I was totally at a loss at how to make my selections, but I knew food was at the top of my priority list, so I just started out planning my wedding by finding a food caterer. Once I realized how much money it would save to have a private chef at a private penthouse (versus another hotel ballroom with standard lackluster wedding food), I started interviewing a number of local private chefs, and there was no doubt once I sampled Aaron's food that he far outstripped everyone else we had met. I freaking love how he and Mandy also strive for environmentally responsible foods - they really do pick great ingredients and use that strong foundation to generate a delicious meal with stunning plating. From start to finish they just knock every aspect of food preparation out of the park. Once we picked them, they helped us find almost every other vendor we needed without us having to lift a finger. For what I would consider an amazingly low fee, Aaron and Mandy essentially performed the same service for us as a full blown wedding planner (which we didn't have, and thanks to Chefster, never needed). Response time was always immediate, they didn't mind taking the time to have numerous phone calls with me to make sure everything was on point and met our vision (which it totally did), and by the end of the process my husband and I both felt like we hadn't just picked an outstanding vendor, we had made new friends who we will never forget. I had a number of wedding guests tell me it was the best meal they had had in ages, which says a lot since we all know that weddings often have less than inspiring fare. Aaron even came out during the reception and talked to our guests, which really personalized the meal for everyone. The day of our wedding, there was some adverse weather that caused literally all of our ceremony plans to be thrown out the window at the last minute, and I cannot stress enough that Aaron and Mandy were the reason our reception still managed to go off without a hitch despite crazy time changes and last minute improvisations. I freaking adore Aaron and Mandy, and if you want great food that also comes with a great experience, go with Chefster!!!

I seriously can't say enough good things about our experience with Chef Aaron. All the planning and prep was so easy! He was really easy to communicate with and so accommodating, helped make a menu which was exactly what I wanted and he even went out of his way to arrange, pick up and deliver some rentals to make the table look as fancy as it tasted. The service was impeccable but really the highlight of the night was the food. Everything was not only delicious but also beautifully served and put together. Nothing over/undercooked and you can tell he doesn't skimp out on quality ingredients. Overall our dinner was perfect and I would highly recommend Chef Aaron for anyone looking for a delicious and unique dining experience.

I created a Yelp profile just to rate Chef Aaron with Cheftser because he is so deserving of the praise.My boyfriend and I hired Aaron to meal prep breakfast and lunch for us 5x a week and do dinners 3x a week because neither of us cook if we're not eating out at a nice restaurant, then we're generally not eating well.My idea of meal prep prior to meeting Aaron was someone cooking one dish in bulk on a Sunday night and packaging it 5x in tupperware. Not with Aaron - he prepares us individual weekly menus, all gourmet. Each meal is different every day and every week the menu changes. The menus are thoughtful and creative - you can tell an artist (not merely a cook) was behind its creation.He only gets the best ingredients. I had to smile inside when I heard him say that he only shops at Whole Foods because "when you love food, you can't shop anywhere else." Or something to that effect. He takes pride in his craft - why compromise on quality and taste by shopping for poor ingredients?The food is so delicious. Man I feel like a princess when I eat his fruit topped waffles or delicious morning smoothies. At night, his veggie stir fry and strudels are what I crave. I am a meat eater and I don't even miss the meat - he feeds us healthy but doesn't compromise on taste.Last, Aaron is just personable. I worked from home the first day he cooked in our kitchen. He's easy to talk to and he whistles while he works ... my point is that he REALLY enjoys his work (and in fact he insisted it was not work, although I'd disagree based on the time I saw him put into our meals) and it shows. That's important.Anyway, between the yummy food and the great service from Aaron, I know where my money is going. And I can feel good about the meals I am getting because I see them as an investment in my health. His prepped meals make it convenient for me to eat well that it leaves me no excuses to eat poorly.

Working with Aaron and his team on business catering has been fantastic and takes the stress off any event from 25 to over 100 guests. We provide a budget, preferred entrees and let them have at it. They set up and clean up too, which is really the best part of the whole experience (that and the delicious desserts!!) Highly recommended!

My family and I rented a house in Vegas and Chefster cooked us multiple meals -- they were all delicious! Aaron and Mandy catered to our multiple dietary restrictions and everyone was incredibly happy. I will definitely use them the next time I'm in town.

I hired Chefster to cater a 3-day retreat I led at a villa this spring, and the entire experience was....amazing! Chef Aaron and Mandy created a menu that went so above and beyond what I expected. From incorporating delicious smoothies and crepes for breakfast, to phenomenal salads and soups for lunch, to hearty stews and plant-powered entrees for dinner, and delicious snacks midday, my guests raved about the food. What I also appreciate about Chefster is how fully they engage with guests (vs. hiding out in a kitchen) and how amenable they are to honoring food allergies/sensitivities (and we had a lot!). Just a terrific experience in every way. Hire them for your event or party without hesitation!

This past Saturday we had Chefster cater our wedding and it was fabulous! Chef Aaron and Mandy even helped secure and coordinate all the rentals (tables, linens, dishes, etc.), including some really beautiful lighting. But the food...OMG the food. Our family couldn't stop talking about it the next day and on Monday my friends from the office raved about it as well. Chef Aaron even coordinated with the pastry chef to deliver the most perfect cake. I didn't have to worry about the hassle of cake tasting or proofing the design. I only had to provide a couple ideas of a theme that I liked and it turned out so beautiful. On top of that, I can't remember a time that I had a more delicious slice of cake. The professionalism of Chef Aaron and his staff was also something that needs to be mentioned in this review. They handled the whole evening with such grace and impeccable timing. The party was hosted at a friends house and the following day I received a text from them stating that if it wasn't for the rental things stacked in the corner, you would never know that there was a party there the night before! Tell me you know a better catering company/personal chef and I will beg to differ. I will most certainly use them again.

We had chefster cater 3 meals during our family vacation in Vegas this summer. They were so wonderful to work with, from creating the menu, picking the dates and working around our busy plans. we loved getting to know Aaron and enjoyed having him be part of our vacation. There were 13 of us. 7 adults and 6 kids from 4years old-13years old. From setting the table, serving and cleaning up it was such a treat to not have to do that while on vacation. He was able to satisfy the adults with delicious meals and the picky kids loved it too! I would highly recommend them to cater your next event.

I recently hosted my husband's 40th birthday in Las Vegas. Chefster was hired to prepare several meals, and the food was delicious! Our guests had wonderful things to say at each meal, and, the guest of honor, my husband, was in heaven. Chef Aaron and Mandy were professional and personable. We will definitely hire them when we return to Vegas!
