The food and service was fantastic. I had a vegetarian dish that was so delicious. Better than any dish I had in many areas known for great Chinese cuisine. The Manager overheard my humble taking about a spicy oil that would be great with his appetizer. Next we it was right in front of him. This is probably unknown due to being off the strip. So want to give them a shout out for amazing dishes and great service.

The waitress recommended the cilantro beef which was amazing.Others in the party ordered the fried rice, orange chicken and Chao meeann. The first two tasted very bland. The fried rice had almost nothing in it. Veryfew addition to the rice. The orange chicken had a very thick coating, the sauce didn't have much flavor. Honestly Panda Express is a lot better on these two items.The Chao meeann was very good. Is it the best I have had, by no means, but it was good.Oh I almost forgot we also ordered the egg rolls. Honestly the ones at Costco taste better.But the cilantro beef. Now that was good.

The waitress with the "stabbed heart" tattoo around her neck should take some lessons on how to behave in public.We had a reservation for 8:15pm. We arrived at 8 and weren't seated until around 8:45. The waitress I mentioned was furious that we had the audacity to ask to be seated on time. For our drink orders, it was a very simple 4 cups of ice, tap water, ONE Diet Coke no ice.She brings the Coke with ice already in it, SLAMS IT ON THE TABLE, and then is further angered when we asked her for the Coke with NO ICE even though she knew EXACTLY what she had done wrong.I don't go to restaurants to have to deal with this type of garbage. If Miss Stabbed Heart doesn't know how to behave in public perhaps she should stay home. It's unfortunate because the food was delicious and the portions were generous for Vegas.

I just want to say I think this place might be a little bit slept on. The service was amazing. Great atmosphere and the food was flavorful and came out hot. Me and my daughter decided to eat here when we found out the Mexican restaurant in the hotel is closed down right now and I'm so glad it worked out that way. My orange chicken was really good and as a family that doesn't eat leftovers we really wanted to box our food up and take it home. Would definitely recommend especially to someone staying at the Virgin.

Place has only been open 7 days, and after a long drive, this place hit the spot!! Food is phenomenal and really hit the spot! Highly recommend the chili chicken and cilantro beef!!

I was in town for a function and noticed the old "Chow Fun" restaurant in Virgin Hotel is no longer there but replaced by "Chef Xue" and they were having an opening event. I decided to give them a try and was pleasantly surprised. I found the Chinese/Asian dishes they had to be of exceptional quality and I enjoyed a little banter with the owner who is a serial restaurateur. He explained that the current menu included popular dishes and recipes from his Michelin rated restaurant back in California. Very authentic and great tasting Chinese dishes I think needed closer to the Vegas strip. I will definitely be coming back with my wife next time I am in town.
