I have to say, this experience was unforgettable! First off, our bartender, Andrew, was incredible. Although he mentioned he was new, you would never have guessed it. He guided us through the menu with ease and charm, making the evening feel fun and welcoming. Andrew's friendly and talkative nature truly enhanced our night, and he even made us want to stay longer just to keep enjoying his company! The bar itself is quite small, but the caviar-themed decor was beautifully done and added a unique touch to the ambiance. My friend and I went because we'd never tried caviar before, and we were intrigued by their inventive menu items. One of the highlights was the caviar bumps, which are served on your hand for a fun and playful experience. We also paired it with a shot of Belvedere vodka, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well they complemented each other, definitely a must try!But the real showstopper was the caviar tacos. They were tiny but packed with the most incredible flavor. I can confidently say they were the best tacos I've ever had in my life, and my friend wholeheartedly agreed. The presentation was just as impressive as the taste, making the tacos the star of the evening.Although I didn't get to experience the speakeasy night since it was closed on Sunday and Monday, I am already planning to go back to check it out and, of course, to have more of those amazing caviar tacos! I really hope Andrew is there when I return because his service truly made the night memorable.

New speakeasy specializing in all things caviar. Nice. The perfect place to cap off a profitable cash game session with the poker buds.Yes, they offer the traditional caviar service with blinis and all the fixins but the forte is from the "Caviar Bites" menu. Agreeable caviar adorning everyday eats in sensible enough portions not to turn them overly salty. Pairing the bites with super chilled, straight vodka and perfection is achieved.Do try the "Caspian's chips and dip" that pairs the original synthetic tasting Pringles with onion dip topped with a pile of white sturgeon caviar. It just works the same way that the best pairing to any great wine is plain potato chips.Continue with their Asian take on deviled eggs. Siracha and yuzu aioli perfectly taint the filling of the deviled eggs whose yolky taste elevates that of the briny eggsCaviar waffles, a playful deconstructed take on the traditional caviar service great for those who don't want to be overwhelmed with the salinity. Finally the "Crabby caviar tacos", great eats. A mini crunchy corn taco of blue crab and dill chimi and zesty pickled onions topped with a dollop of caviar. Sweet, tangy, salty, briny with textural contrast. What's not to love?Tip: Order an additional 30g tin of the white sturgeon caviar to perfect the "stuff" to caviar ratio to your indulgent level.Solid service. Vegas ultra lounge pricing. Cocktails $23-$25. Bottles (wines and bottle service) 500-1,000 percent retail.A pricy, indulgent experience but one that makes caviar very approachable for those wanting to try and outright enjoyable for those who already love it.

While walking around the casino, we were invited for a complimentary drink at Caspian's. It's a speakeasy hidden behind a grand picture near the casino in Caesar's Palace. When you walk in, you're transported to a beautiful and elegant lounge. There is a full bar and they serve caviar food options which we didn't have time to try. It's an intimate setting that maybe fits 50 people with various chairs and tables spread around the room. On stage, they had talented singers/musicians playing music. They even took requests from the audience. Overall, it was nice but I'd say the vibe and audience was on the older side.

Came here for a quick drink after seeing Absinthe, and it was fantastic. The bar itself is a quick step out of the Caesar's traffic, and the bartender was absolutely wonderful. I had the Citrus Ember- a light and I refreshint cocktail with yellow chartreuse and campari, and it came out quick and easily, with the price being what you'd expect on the strip. The atmosphere was a bit loud but it was entirely full, so not surprising at all. The tasting menu was what really caught my eye, as well as the speakeasy. I will absolutely be back here to try their menu and get past that gorgeous painting into the mysterious speakeasy.

If you are a fan of caviar, Caspian's is a must! It is located near Nobu, with a small bar front, and then behind the big wall art is the speak easy. You can easily order 1 of everything on the menu since its small bite size and share with your friends. Good drinks and bumps of caviar will make anyone happy.

If you need gateway caviar, this is the place to start.Came by as we walked by this way so often we thought might as well since we're in Vegas. Luckily it wasn't busy so the server could help us immediately. BE WARNED: They will ask for Sparkling or Still. ASK FOR TAP. We ended up getting bottled water opened for us. Our mistake. We grabbed a Drink that was similar to a Mai Tai but with Banana Liquor. Then while we were there, we had to grab some Caviar since they had that listed everywhere on their menus. We went and grabbed the Pringles and Caviar and it was honest an eye opener. Like this is why people like this stuff? Amazed. I've watched videos on how it's extracted and now I get why people price it for what it is and eat it. It was paired with a nice onion dip and had us wanting more. Honestly might get this again before we leave tomorrow.

What a terrible experience at here Caspian's!We've been enjoyed our vacation in Las Vegas so far until then‼ My husband and I were looking forward to coming there long time because we've been serched where we want to go. But this lady told us "You can not bring in any bag or purse. This is policy." What this meaning we can't? We came from other state and I was just carrying cookies as souvenir for not eat there of course. And My husband was carrying cigers in his small bag but he was just carrying his cigers to smoke ciger for later somewhere else. She was not even trying to explain to us why and just keeping say "This is policy. You have to back your room and your stuffs away." So we asked her "We're not staying at Caesars Palace. Where can we check in?" She just said "No locations. Just back to your hotel and your stuffs away" What a mean lady! So we decided to just leave there. I hope they can make location to check in our bag somewhere for future. We'll not coming back though. Her words destroyed our one of dream in Las Vegas!
