A great spot tucked into the downtown of Boulder City. Mexican inspired with touches from around the world. The food and drinks were all tastefully prepared with a number of nice small touches. Cool vibe inside with some acoustic flamenco guitar on the sound system. Great service. Great food. Don't pass it by.

We celebrated my husband's birthday here a couple weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed our dinners. Our meals were carefully prepared and seasoned, and the entire staff made our evening feel special. I had the short ribs special, DH had a fish dish. We loved our green beans side and crostini with spreads. The different oils, reduction sauces, and butters added a wonderful variety of flavors. It is so special to have a unique dining experience like Casa Don Quixote in our little town.

Yelp has asked what it is I feel could stand improvement....how about adequate portions for the prices charged and/or reasonable lower prices? Likewise an owner who doesn't give the impression that overall he's doing you a tremendous favor. I believe it was Will Rogers who said he'd never Mediterranean he didn't like. Good thing he never crossed paths with this cat. Come hungry and you'll likely leave the same way.

From the personal service to the explosive flavors this little gem was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. There were two other tables while we were there but we felt like we were the only ones. The owner was fun and engaging but the food.... That's where the magic came in. They do a phenomenal job with food prep and presentation. We had sangria, asparagus, bread with dipping sauces, garlic shrimp and empanadas. Soooo good! We can't wait to visit again.

I will never return to this restaurant. As other reviewers have mentioned, the food is inconsistent, and unfortunately, the owner's behavior is downright rude. We have been loyal customers in the past, but after tonight's experience, I'm done. The owner was unkind to me and even rude to a woman who simply asked if she could order to-go. There are so many other places that prioritize customer service and genuinely care about the dining experience. This one clearly does not.

Incredible food, great service. Makes you feel like you're in Spain. From the sparkling water imported from Galicia, Spain to the homemade Sangria. It truly was an amazing experience to say the least! Will definitely be coming back here! The owner and chef Eligio is so personable and really gave us a great taste of Spain! If there's one place in Boulder City you can check out, make it this place!

Casa Don Quixote is a hidden gem that's absolutely worth the trip from Vegas--or anywhere, really. The atmosphere is unique and cozy, and the service is exceptional. Eligio, the owner, treats you like a guest in his own home. He took the time to explain every dish in detail, sharing how things were prepared and where the ingredients were sourced. You can feel how much he cares about every last detail, every bite, and every second of your experience. And the food? Out of this world. Every course was memorable. Even though I don't usually like octopus, I took a chance--and it ended up being the highlight of the meal. There's also a great selection of wine and beer, along with perfectly crafted classic cocktails. I also enjoyed Eligio's signature affogato for dessert (another highlight of the meal).Places like this are rare these days. The level of service, care, and craftsmanship at Casa Don Quixote is among the best I've ever encountered. Seriously, give it a try--you won't regret it.
