Carversteak

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Carversteak while entertaining friends from out of town who were in search of a great steakhouse experience. Although I had initially planned to try some new places, they were unfortunately unavailable, so I decided to return to a tried-and-true favorite. Carversteak did not disappoint--once again, they exceeded expectations with their impeccable ambiance, exceptional service, and unforgettable flavors.My friend and I started with the Seared Crab Cake, which was perfectly crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. For the main course, we opted for the Domestic Wagyu Rib Cap, paired with Roasted Broccolini and Potato Gratin--a combination that was nothing short of divine. To cap off the evening, we shared the Campfire Sundae, a delightful and indulgent treat that left us both smiling.Every bite was a reminder of why I keep coming back to Carversteak. The meal was so delicious that I'm already planning my next visit--this time, ordering all that just for myself! Despite being vegan, I wanted to treat my omni BF to a special meal where he could order a steak and have it cooked right. So I made a reservation for this place once I discovered the separate vegan menu. This wasn't merely a few salads to choose from, the options were ones they took care on. I started with the vegan butternut squash soup. It came with toasted hazelnuts and some croutons on top and was delicious. For my entree I had the roasted eggplant. It was half of a very large eggplant roasted until creamy & tender. On top were breadcrumbs, a sauce, and some fresh herbs. I got a side of asparagus made vegan which was delicious. My BF ordered the fillet, double stuffed potato, and mushrooms. In hind sight, we should have asked for his mushrooms to be made vegan so we could share both veggies. But I was satisfied with my meal and he really enjoyed his. The only vegan option for dessert was the sorbet so we shared a trio which was a nice finish to our meal. Servers were extremely attentive. Drinks were a bit pricey, but we found that to be the case everywhere we dined in Vegas. My BF really loved when the server came over with a box to "choose his weapon" where he got to pick out his knife for the main course.An expensive, but special meal that we really enjoyed for our trip. We would definitely dine again when in town!

Recently had the opportunity to dine at Carversteak for my mom's birthday dinner. Right when we got seated, they gave her a birthday card and everyone throughout the night wished her happy birthday. Super thoughtful touch that made her feel special on her birthday! The food itself was amazing - everything we ordered even down to the salad was delicious. Service was amazing, never had to ask for anything because they really thought of everything. I loved the knife selection for our steaks too! I'd recommend ordering the martini cart as they make it table side and it's a fun little experience. I'd recommend dining her for a girls night out, date night, or a celebration!

Carversteak was a hit! Everything we tried was delicious and the service was A plus! We tried different steaks, each cooked perfectly. We can really taste the difference between each of the cuts. Each person gets to choose their steak knives which was a fun twist. The service was super attentive but not in an intrusive way. Water was always filled. Requests promptly followed up. Our waiter Michael was super knowledgeable and friendly. The ambiance was also perfect, lighting not too dim but you don't need a flashlight to read the menu, and classic rock and R&B music played in the background, but not so loud that you can't hold a conversation. Overall could not asked for more for our dining experience.

Reservations for 2 @ 7pm on Saturday. We were seated promptly however they put us in their private knife room dining area right off the bar instead of the main dining room, which I didn't care for. It felt like being left out from the "adult table". Aside from that, service was fantastic. Ordered:Wagyu Sliders: 5/5 Delicious! You only get 2 but don't pass them up. Crab cake: 3.5/5 $32 Presented in a fun way with old bay seasoning in the shape of a crab on the plate (pic didn't turn out good). It was good but lacking on the lump crab. French Onion soup: 5/5 didn't look the best with some burnt cheese on the outside but tasted great. Scallops: 4/5 Scallops were cooked to perfection. Succulent. I could have done without all the sauce they were in with even more sauce on the side. Way too much. Striploin: 5/5 cooked to the perfect temperature. Delicious.

I have been here several times, and every time the bill has been picked up by the company I was with, which definitely helps the good time. However, having said that, read on...Las Vegas is rife with Steakhouses- overpriced, over-the-top steakhouses. I find most of them pretentious, and the steaks are unnecessarily expensive- it's a steak, not a bar of gold. There are a few steakhouse that I have been to that are actually okay, and go against the pretentious mode- and Carversteak is one of them. While expensive, it is not pretentious, the service is excellent without being overbearing and the steaks are definitely good. On my most recent visit, I was with a group of 10, I ordered a Wedge Salad and an aged KC bone-in Strip steak. While it wasn't the best steak I ever had, it was good, cooked perfectly, although it lacked that "aged" flavor which I love so much. Still, it was good and I was happy.Again, all the steakhouses in Vegas, this is definitely one of the better ones. Still expensive, but hey, welcome to Vegas...

A very beautiful and stylish steakhouse. We came in for our anniversary dinner and everything was perfect. The martini cart was the highlight for me, I had a vodka Gibson which was so tasty, hubby had Vesper as usual. The food menu was a bit different than traditional steakhouse which was awesome! We shared Caesar salad that the chef accommodated our gluten free and dairy free requests. For the mains we had hot seafood platter, spicy salmon crispy rice, dry aged ribeye and king crab Oscar. It was so much food for hubby and I, and they were so delicious! We had sorbets to take back to our room as desserts, hubby had double espresso to fight off food coma. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, all staff members were very professional and we had a very great anniversary dinner!

Great service Great ambiance Me and my girlfriends came here for pre concert Janet Jackson dinner . Our waiter was Adam he was very friendly and helpful with menu. Eco came to table he had made the dinner special with his small conversation . The food was hot very tasteful . First time trying steak tartare it was delicious .Everything was delicious. Try the cinnamon cremeux cheesecake to die for.

This is my second time dining here this week. We are visiting from out of state and very impressed with the excellent hospitality, knowledgeable staff, and delicious food.If you are looking for a total dining experience on the strip, this is it. Thank you Jenny and George and the whole staff for a wonderful evening.
