Great meat market, love how it's a family feel, very clean, and Oscar welcomes us every time we come in. We came here for the Wagu, tallow, chichattones, and a few other things for the week and it was delicious! Price is right, they have some other grocery items there which I thought was great. I saw tomatoes, jalepenos, onions, cheese, candy, drinks.

The store is very clean. I was helped right away. My only draw back is when paying$25 a pound. I like to see the cut before I purchase. Here it's cut to order. Fresh? Yes. I however prefer a much heavier marble in my prime cut. If this steak would have been on display I wouldn't have purchased it at that price point. The other Butcher Block I go to has similar prices but I'm able to select my steak from the case. I would go back for other marinated meats.

The meat is life changing. I moved from LA two years ago. When I first moved here I could not compare no meat to @lacarniceriameatmarket But now. After your new location. Because I tried the meat when you were at Jones has gotten so good. Don't know what changed. But this is the best meat market I have ever purchased from. Not to mention the ladies and staff are really nice and helpful. Thank you for bringing a carneceria to Vegas!

First time trying this location. Have driven past it for many years, just never noticed it before. I think they may have updated the front signage.Stopped in for the birria and tried the Menudo (bomb), carnitas, and queso birria tacos. Super tasty. The inside is just like straight of Tijuana look and layout. Have to warn you, the smell inside can be a little off putting. Just because it is the real deal Mexican food so you smell the birria Cheva (goat) and the tripe of the menudo in the air. It is a little more pricey than other Mexican food locations. Worth the try.

Best meat in town. First time trying this place and it was amazing. I have been to other meat markets and not the same results. My new meat market. The service was fast and amazing. They even have menudo (next time I'm trying some).

Best meat market in all Vegas. Coming from the meat industry (dad) I know good and quality meat. Los Primos definitely have the new vision of meat markets. It's clean, quality meats, amazing customer service. Get ranchera marinated, Tasajo ranchera marinated and rib eye is also good.

I really like this butchers shop. They have high Australian wagyu as well, if you are looking for it.

All I can say is straight fire!!!! The service was quick & easy. I was impressed by how clean the place was usually Carniceria have dirty floors but this place is 5 starts in my book.

I absolutely love this Carnicería! They have great meat very fresh and the store is always stocked with everything and veryclean. Everyone is always so helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my meats!
