This place is 5 stars all the way. If you try to make a reservation however just speak and say operator, because the automated reservation system... Drove us nuts.lol saying operator will get you to a human in the restaurant. I've been a restaurant manager for 10+ years and our server Dexter, nothing less than amazing. I'd hire him without blinking an eye. His attention to detail, patience and knowledge of menu. Impeccable. BravoAfter 10 minutes of asking questions and suggestion's we arrived at chicken marsala & rigatoni w/ broccoli & sausage. Food came out in a reasonable time. Everything was hot and very good. The restaurant was filled and we know exactly why. 2 things to consider. Your eyes are bigger than your stomach, and you can always order more later. For four people we had 2 main entrees and were stuffed. We came hungry, and left full. -parking can be crazy if you do make reservations leave 1hr early to prepare for traffic, parking, and walking. If you are running late get ahold of the restaurant, they will be busy. Restaurant is nicely decorated with photos and art and has tvs playing sports.

As a group of 10, this was a hit for our family on vacation. The portions are amazing for big groups and it was just what we needed. Not pictured was also a Caesar Salad and Scarpariello Wings we ordered and shared. Both not pictured because it was gone because of how tasty everything was. The only leftovers we had was some Meatballs because compared to wide variety of items they offer it was nothing too special. The Vodka Penne was a favorite and everyone enjoyed this the most! For transparency all of this came out to $300 and as a high group we didn't think it was bad at all because of you go somewhere a single dish for a person ranges $15 - $20. In addition, we still had some leftovers so we all thought it was definitely worth it.Service was decent, our waiter wasn't very attentive but there was one man checking up on us and we appreciated it very much.

Im not sure where the hype comes from but my experience was nothing special. My brother shared how great this place was after visiting the NY location. Food: 1/5 My boyfriend and I ordered the $45 lasagna to share, which was a large portion, but ultimately not memorable or worth it. I don't think I could tell the difference between frozen lasagna and this. Ive made homemade lasagna for a fraction of the cost with better quality and flavor. Perhaps other items on the menu are better but I saw many raving reviews on the lasagna so I assumed it was safe.Service: 5/5 On the bright side, our server was professional and attentive. He checked in on us frequently and always ensured our waters were filled. Ambiance: 4/5 Lots of seating and conveniently located near lots of other hotels and stores. I personally didnt really care for the decor but I get the vibe.

Had a really nice dinner here on January 9th. It was the rehearsal dinner for my son & daughter-in-law, and we had 14 very happy people. The family style food was delicious and plentiful. We ordered multiple appetizers & dinners to share, along with some bottles of wine. It wound up being quite reasonable, under 700. We had white mussels, calamari, garlic bread with cheese, Caesar salad, lasagna, chicken parmigiana, linguine with a red sauce, rigatoni & broccoli, and shrimp scampi. I might be leaving something out, but it was a big table. While the food was good, the best part of the evening was our server, Jane. She was beyond excellent and kept checking in with us, making suggestions and really taking part in our eating. If you're on the strip and and you're in the mood for Italian, this place is good. I think each entree can easily feed 3-4.

Quality/Quantity - To really appreciate this place, you need a large party. And do family style eating. We have been coming here since they opened, but in the last 8+ years, we just don't have enough people in our party to appreciate this place.Today we came for happy hour.Garlic Bread Parm - I really liked this, my daughter less so.Red - Montepulciano - To wash it all down. Served in a "shot" glass and I had to ask for a wine glass... See pictures. I did not really enjoy this. Also available: Lunch specials, brunch, jazz brunch, etc.Atmosphere - Huge location. Two floors. Classic decor.Table, bar, and private dining options.Service - Just okay. Not good or bad.Price - $17 + tip.Owner Comment - Congrats on your 34+ years of success and with your 5 locations.

A good family dinner this past month! Came here with reservation for 4 people and was seated within 5 minutes of checking in. What we ordered: -Stuffed mushrooms: Tender mushrooms, good amount of meat. Good overall appetizer. -Scarpiello Wings: The star of the show. A MUST order. Huge portion, definitely for sharing. Bright hit of lemon, whole chunks of garlic and aromatic rosemary really ties it together. Creamy white sauce dip gave a hit of cheese. Moist and delicious. Would come back just for this. -Mixed Seafood Pasta w/Red Sauce: Very generous portion for sharing once again. We chose a linguine noodle which was cooked well, but I felt the sauce had a hard time sticking to the noodles so I found myself constantly having to dip it back into the sauce to get more flavor on it. The seafood was all cooked fine and there was plenty throughout. I think my biggest gripe was the sauce issue. Loved the large slices of garlic and overall flavor. -Complimentary bread: Fresh and fluffy assorted bread. Some had some tomato and cheese on the top with more of a focaccia style while other pieces were a more thinly sliced sourdough type. Ask for the olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip on the side. The restaurant and parking: Carmine's is located inside Caesar's Palace Forum Shops. Parking for Caesar's is not free unless you are a rewards members within certain tiers. Otherwise, I believe it is a flat rate of $20. The restaurant is large and has seating on both the first and second floor. Some of the booths are a little bit snug so you may need to push the tables out before sitting. There is happy hour for some dishes and drinks from 2-4pm I believe only on weekdays. Be sure to bring a group of people because portions are meant to be shared here. Service was pretty prompt and we received a refill on bread and waters. Overall: A nice meal, but I would like to try other menu items next time. Also, order the wings.

Went randomly for Happy Hour after shopping around the forum shops.Restaurant was empty, we were the only ones at the bar. Service was friendly. We got a few items on their happy hour- which in our opinion was a little more than what we felt it should be- $14 for mid calamari was ehhhh although The zucchini fires were sooooo good! We also got the mussels- they were tasty & I enjoyed the bread it was accompanied with. The only problem I could say- I wish the mussels were boiled to the point the shells actually opened. Half of ours were unopened which is unpleasant for the consumer. Are the defect? Were they just not cooked for the correct amount of time? Nonetheless, they were tasty! Not the best happy hour in Vegas- or the forum shops but a good pit stop. (:
