Had an even better meal here again and definitely a five-star experience! They've corrected the service issues from our first meal and our server George was awesome - very friendly and thoughtful with his recommendations. Wife and I ordered three appetizers, two entrees, two sides and a dessert. For starters we had the bread plate which was just as fresh and delicious as last time along with the meatballs and the octopus. Again the meatballs were exceptional - really some of the best in Vegas. When I order octopus at a restaurant it's usually a hit or miss experience as many places overcook it into a chewy mess. Quite the contrary at Carama - there's was super tender with a wonderful depth of flavor. I ordered the swordfish entree and again I often find the same pitfalls as with octopus in that it can easily go from perfectly moist and tender to dry and flavorless in an instant. This was probably the best swordfish I've ever had. It was cooked perfectly with a tasty tomato pesto. Delicious!Wife had the ricotta tortellini which was a classic preparation. You can definitely tell it's homemade pasta with very fresh filling. Our sides were the polenta (of course) and the broccoli. What else can I say about the polenta that wasn't already in my first visit review? It's just so good I could make a meal out of it by itself and be happy. For dessert we had the Illusione del Limone which is a tart and moist cake with a thin outer fondant made to look exactly like a lemon. It was the perfect balance of sweet and tart and a great way to finish the meal. Overall I can't recommend this place enough. Excellent quality food and great service in a beautiful environment.

I really wanted to love this new Wolfgang Pucks restaurant. Ambiance- very nice, romanticService-I came early 6pm that's early in Vegas but had very good service Food- I ordered the cheese plate for an appetizer. Really good house made breads. The cheese board would be a little skimpy if you were sharing. I had the tagolini bolognese. It was thin tagolini more like linguine. Flavor was good but super salty. I could only eat 1/2 due to the saltiness of the dish. Pricing-average pricing for Vegas but the drinks were very expensive $25-$30Again there are so many options that are better. Giadas in the Cromwell was much better than this one. Maybe somebody else had a better experience. My husband and I have been to his steakhouse and loved everything about it. This not so much

Food was B+Ambiance was B-Service was F-Really, really terrible service. Everything was "off" and super slow. I wont share the detail but absolutely the worst service I have ever received in Las Vegas in 25+ yearsFood is pretty solid, even if it was not served at ideal temperature. Good wine selection as well

We were celebrating a special event in Carama, and had reserved table for two a few weeks beforehand. After checking in, the treatment was fluent and friendly throughout, and both the food and overall experience were of high end. The house bread was fantastic and combined nicely with the cheese plate. The shrimp pasta was just about perfectly cooked to al dente, athough perhaps an extra notification prior to the order about the level of spiceness might have been a good idea - we did not excpect such a hot dish in this place, but it worked fine. The osso bucco was was soft and tender - like butter, falling practically off the bone - and the presentation was elegant, but it might have been just a bit more flavorful; perhaps I expected slightly more generously that brown crust derived from the initial searing to my taste, as that works to fine tune and diversify the texture and flavor, but it was obvious that the required long and slow braicing process was applied in a highly professional manner (I might guess through sous vide), so I did not have any complains and simply enjoyed. The final touch that ensured the great visit was the tiramisu that was given us as a gift. Of all the tiramisu variants I have eaten, I can comfortably say this was one of the most delicious so far, perhaps excluding my trips to Italy though. The wine and cocktail list was balanced and the recommended drinks combined well. The servers were friendly and professional, and made sure it all was going fluently. Even we entered on Monday at 6pm, the place was filling fast so reservation is obviously recommended. The price is a bit elevated but well in par with such a high quality.

Okay so this place must change its menu several times a year. The last couple of times it was a miss, but this time, let me tell you...if they don't change anything I'll be back!First of all, let's talk about the impeccable service and hostesses. I was seated and connected to my profile of allergens and preferences. I also didn't have just one person serving me, I had 2. A wonderful lady named Amber and a very kind sir Troy. The ambiance is always beautiful here. The decor is stylish, clean, yet well lit for any Italian experience. Lets get down to old and new items1.) The Little Gems Cesar Salad-arguably the best Caesar Salad on the strip. No seriously, I've legit had them all.2.) The Calamari-So they actually took my suggestion! I emailed the manager and gave feedback that the Calamari was served on too large of a plate with a bunch of useless vegetables that were not calamari. I suggested they make the pieces better juicier and just serve that on a smaller bowl. They actually did it, and it was delicious. Again arguably the best Calamari in the strip3.) Tbe Wines-I suggest the Cab-S T Sietti from Italy by the glass. Remarkable.4.) The Mushroom Gnocci-yea, just like order this .Its honestly the best dish I have had the whole trip(except from really good sushi)5.) The Lobster Risotto- Was cooked to perfection! The lobster was amazing and melted my mouth. The flavor from the broth was better than even Hells Kitchen. It now takes first as best Lobster Risotto on the strip, knocking out Rivea. However, one suggestion is that they blanch and peel the tomatoes they used to plate. The tomatoes skin added a small inconsistency to the dish.

Restaurant is very nicely done - many servers and they do pay attention to detail. Really enjoyed my time. Now here is my comments about the food. Veal parmasean was perfectly thin - perfectly balanced with the veal to breading ratio. The veal was allowed to shine - where typical restaurants over sauce, bread and cheese. Also, when done right, veal does not need to be a chop - with a bone. I have to say this is #2 on my list all time. The quality of the veal was outstanding - not a single blemish. Well done! One thing I would suggest is if someone purchases an entree - bring a side of bread with it. I was looking for bread to dab in the sauce - evidently you need to purchase the bread. If you want to elevate - you can!

Another excellent restaurant out of the Wolfgang Puck series and maybe one of my favorites as we love Italian cuisine! The service was outstanding, I wouldn't expect any less and all our wishes were accommodated, from the time we made our reservation to the time we asked to get the check due to a show we had to catch. Love the ambiance of this new restaurant and it will definitely be on our list to visit the next time we are in Vegas.

Beautiful restaurant, great ambiance and attentive service! We ordered our plates at different times throughout the course of the night and they came out surprisingly extremely fast but we never felt rushed. The grilled octopus was one of the best I've had, not overcooked & rubbery, or dry & charred. We also ordered a margherita pizza which is Neapolitan style, and the meatball appetizer had a nice kick to it. For pasta, we got the linguine fra diavolo and ricotta tortellini which were both on point I wanted to try the lobster risotto, but wanted to save room for dessert so next time! We ended up getting five(!!) desserts, the lemon cake was delicious! Their gelato is one of the best and made fresh daily too.The sommelier came over to check in with us, as well as their wonderful chef who chatted with us for a bit. All in all, it was a very pleasant evening and as locals, we will be back!
