Thanks to Kim, the manager, and the rest of the team... My daughter's graduation party was incredible. I placed such a last-minute order and they made it happen & the food was incredible. This was a large order of TEN 18-inch sandwiches and they did not even flinch. Plus they sliced everything and labeled every bag and everything was so organized. I can't wait to call them again for our next family party!

I showed up 15 minutes before they were closing and they refused to provide service. Remember the good old days of customer service? These young kids have no clue what that even is. They just wanted to get out of there. This was my first time there too...what a lasting impression for my first and last visit. By the way kids, back in the day, you served food until closing time and then you closed up the store. Those were some good times. I will cherish them always as these kids today will never get it.After leaving, I went to the other Capriotti's by Costco, ordered my sandwiches, and was back in my car by 6:03 (3 minutes after the other location's closing time). This tells me I would have been outta there before they closed...but oh well, they lose!

Worst Capriottis ever. Maybe the worst store in general. I've been here 3 times since I've moved to the area. All 3 times have been different workers. Every time they get things wrong and on top of that.....they look like they hate their lives. Deceitful Practices.....their menu prices aren't what you're paying. Thieves should be ashamed of themselves. Sending these pictures to corporate for sure

$51 for two very underwhelming, under-filled sandwiches with overly chewy "feels like" four day old bread. These sandwiches did not feel fresh, and I've definitely experienced better from Capriotti's elsewhere. First and only time picking up from this location. Look elsewhere.

Be careful ordering from this Capriotti's. I would not recommend using their online ordering system. I made a catering order online that was over $300. The day of my party I called to be sure everything would be ready on time and they had completely lost my order. It was going to be too late by the time it would be made and I had to make other last-minute arrangements and asked that they just refund me for the order. Here I am over a month later, I still have not been refunded. I've talked to several different people the latest was "a note would be left for the owner and don't worry I will get my money back" I don't leave a lot of reviews but I wanted to make sure others are aware. I have basically just donated $307 to Capriotti's and hopefully one day I am able to get it back.

Horrible sandwich! The meat was so thick a Philly cheesesteak is supposed to be thinly sliced meat. It was so thick and hard, I ordered double cheese. There was no cheese. There was some on the bottom, but she should be on top of the cheesesteak. If somebody ordered double cheese, there should be cheese on top. It's not what it looks like I. The picture why would you put the cheese on the bottom ?! In the picture the chz is on top!

Just went in tonight to order 2 sandwiches. I haven't been to this sandwich shop in a while. I asked the man taking my order if he recommend the cheese steak sandwich. He literally said, "the last time I ate it, I threw up." Um what?!I then just ordered my usual sandwich which was a "hot bobby." I asked him what was on a chicken parm sandwich and he said chicken, cheese, oregano and marinara sauce. We got our sandwiches. The chicken parm was so wet the paper on the outside of the sandwich was dripping. We went to the table and opened it. The sandwich had mushrooms, pepper and onions.....on a chicken parm. The man that took my order said he forgot to tell me that was on it as well. I just asked for my money back for the 1 sandwich. I paid with card but he just opened the register and gave me $15. Nice gesture for the mix up. I went home to eat my sandwich, opened it and it was a cold bobby, not what I ordered. I swear everytime I go to a capriotties they mess up my order. It's not like I. Ordering anything crazy, just ordering off their menu. Food is so expensive to go out for places to mess up your order and expect you to keep coming back. Hopefully I don't throw up from my sandwich like the other guy did the cheese steak.
