Capon's Burgers

The Nuttah Buttah was the best sundae I've ever had! I subbed the chocolate ice cream with vanilla and my goodness I couldn't stop eating it even if I wanted to. The hot fudge and Reese cup were nice additions and proportioned perfectly with the rest of the toppings. The service was really slow, but since the sundae was so decadent and delicious I honestly didn't mind. The seating was clean and spacious. I would absolutely recommend trying their sundaes.

After leaving a concert i decided to try the fountainbleu food court. Let it be known, if you want to grab something after a show you better leave the show early because it gets really crazy busy. We left a little early and glad we did I waited about 40 min for chicken tenders, milkshake and fries (there were only 3 people ahead of me). The massive line behind me... I don't want to think about how long it took. Many of them gave up it was taking so long for them to even be able to order. The service was friendly but slow.The food court was clean and laid out well. There are not any normal fast food restaurants here. First off, Capon's is WAY to insanely overpriced. 14 dollars for a non alcoholic milkshake that was probably just some blue bunny ice cream blended up. There was nothing special about the shake. I really thought it would be the best shake I've ever had. Wrong. It wasn't really even good. I decided to try the chicken tenders. I will say the tenders are MASSIVE! I think they were more like giant chicken breast with how big they were. I wanted to like them but to me it was just another chicken tender. Nothing special. I got the ranch and herb on the side it was very good. More like a dill ranch but I really liked it. The truffle parmesean fries were good. The waffle fries were cold by the time I got them though. They were a little skimpy on the aioli, in my opinion. I wish there was a little more to dip my fries underneath in it. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything here that would make me want to try it again. Minus a star for such a long wait. Burger was delicious, had BlackJack with fries. Burger would have been more than filling for a lighter lunch. Waffle fries were just ok, nothing spectacular. $17 for burger and $8 for fries. $6 for 20oz pop.Self service at the food hall. Mostly bright atmosphere, clean. Distinct smell throughout Fontainebleau.

Came here out of HUNGER, and they delivered!!!! Got the bigger without tut bun to avoid unnecessary calories. The service was very fast and friendly. Is a food court place so not formal but the food is very good. They also have gelato is you want dessert.

Came here with my family and ate dinner in the food hall at Fontaine Bleu. The line was long but it was worth the wait. I got the smoke show burger and a side of loaded truffle fries. The smoke show burger was delicious! It was filled with flavor and the bun was very buttery and toasted. The patty was also very juicy! The loaded truffle fries were good as well. It was in a waffle fry form and you can definitely taste the truffle in it. If I am ever back, I will try their other burgers and desserts.

This place is always crowded and it's the best food option in the food court. The chicken sandwiches and burgers are delicious and I love the fries .

This is inside Fountainebleu on the second floor. The burger and chicken sandwiches are big and tasty. The french fries were huge. Tried the soft serve and it was amazing too. Don't be surprised by the Vegas prices after all you are in a hotel built and a tourist town for those willing to spend.

We had a smoke show and a buffalo billy. They both had great flavors. The buffalo billy was served with buffalo sauce and blue cheese inside the sandwich. Even though I'm not a huge fan of blue cheese it was still a very tasty sandwich. The smoke show burger has a very good and savory flavor with just a hint of smoke. The wife and I enjoyed the food. Things to point out are: if there are more than 6 people waiting for their food and 3 people ordering, it seems like the place is at capacity and there is parking happening. We got our order in but the service wasn't great. The area is like a food court so the seating is first come first serve. The do not serve ice water and all beverages are in bottles. The ambiance wasn't loud but it was louder than average atmosphere when we were there on a Sunday late afternoon.

My boyfriend wanted to try these burgers so we stopped by while in Vegas. They are located in the foot court area of the casino, not a great vibe, and seems pretty slow compared to other casinos. Burgers: We ordered the Capon's Classic and the Smoke Show. We also got an order of the fries and a chocolate milkshake. The burgers were good. They toast the bun and my bf liked that. I enjoyed the smoke show over the classic, the bacon onion jam and crispy onion straws elevated the burger. These seem to be in between a burger and smash, they aren't thick and juicy but also aren't smashed and crispy. Fries: Ours were cold and dry, not worth the calories. Shake: the chocolate shake was yummy, very chocolaty Overall it was a decent burger, but not the best I've had. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back.

One of the best burgers I've ever had.The Smoke Show burger comes with caramelized onion bacon jam (insanely good!), American cheese, crispy onion straws, pickles, and secret schmear. The meat itself is incredibly juicy and there's a little crisp on the edges. The homemade potato bun is warm and holds everything together. The onion rings were also some of the best I've ever had. Very sweet and tender inside, and fried to golden perfection. Each onion ring was fab without a single dud. Prices are high. This meal is around $30 per person. But like I said it was one of the best burgers I've ever had and before I left I was already planning which burger I'd have next time (Black Jack - if you care to know). So yes I'll be back for sure. The food hall here is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The food I've tried so far has been amazing. Whether this burger comes from a celebrity chef or not none of that has ever mattered to me. Simply put the burger and onion rings were awesome.
