Chef Michael has catered many business events myself and many colleagues have attended. He's known in our circles to deliver consistently quality, crowd-pleasing fare with attention to detail, fresh takes on the classics and a diverse repertoire of culinary preferences such as kosher, vegan and gluten-free. My background,as professional chef and caterer of 7 years, gives me a unique perspective on catering. From back of the house, front of the house service, menu and meal planning and pricing, speaking to Michael and testing his chops, so to speak, I was so impressed, he is the only caterer I personally endorse and have referred former clients. I am looking forward to the next event that Chef Michael of Call the Caterer provides exceptional service and delectable food that I have the good fortune of attending.

You know your in trouble when your doctors tells you to lose some weight and you are now testing as type II diabetic. Its a serious wake up call to stop eating junk food and get serious about losing weight and getting healthy. As part of my quest I discovered Chef Michael Call, owner of Call the Caterer. What a blessing, Chef Michael and his team are able to prepare and deliver weekly dinners every Monday for that week. Chef Michael takes careful consideration of your personal needs such as food allergies and in my case diabetes. The food is delicious and healthy and the convenience of not having to cook every evening when you get home from work is so stress relieving! I haven't even discussed his fees, but trust me they are much lower and more affordable than you think. I never thought I would be able to say I have a professional chef prepare my evening meals but now I can, and much healthier for it!!

We had our wedding at the El Cortez on Fremont Street in Las Vegas. They recommended Call the Caterer. When I emailed them, they were quick to respond with sample menus to choose from that we could customize. We chose an Italian Buffet. The pricing was definitely reasonable per person compared to other caterers I had contacted. They arrived on time after our wedding ceremony and served the food. Everyone thought the food was amazing (and it was). I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Call the Caterer for being part of making our big day special!!!

We recently had a funeral luncheon and Call the Caterer was very easy to work with. They suggested a menu in our price range and it was delicious, ready to serve on time, and a beautiful spread. Their homemade breadsticks were popular with everyone and the fresh salad was perfect. They offered two homemade, tasty dressings, also.I would highly recommend them.

I called Michael in a last-minute rush to cater a dinner for 15. He didn't hesitate. And Wow! Every one of my guests wanted his contact information. The food was delicious. The menu was simple but his touches made simple dishes great. Gorgonzola and almonds on green beans made a spectacular side dish. The chicken could be cut with a fork and the beef was tender and savory. All that with two day's notice! The service was superior. Ordering was simple, delivery was efficient and on-time. Pick up was also on time the next day. You won't be disappointed with any aspect of his work. And the price is very fair and I even had some leftovers. While I was nervous, he was calm and handled everything smoothly. Working with him was a great experience.

I asked Michael to cater our family celebration for Mother's Day. In a word, everything was EXCELLENT! This excellence prevailed from our first contact, continued through the menu, selection, and pricing process, and ended up with a memorable event that was enjoyed by the entire family. I wholeheartedly recommend Chef Michael and look forward to having another opportunity to engage his services.

We have been eating Michael's food for years. It is delicious! He is very accommodating and can meet all of your dietary needs. We had a baptism recently and the food was delivered on time, tasty and the price was great! The fruit and green salads were divine. Great company to work with! Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving is stressful enough. Organizing for 15 people in Las Vegas when you live in New York is usually a recipe for family fights and disappointment. Michael at Call the Caterer made our Thanksgiving! The food was prepared exactly as expected, delivered on time as promised, and most of all delicious. Michael is professional and fairly priced for the quality of food and service that he provides. I never had a doubt (maybe I was a little nervous that the guy would show at all) but he did as he promised and I'm thankful for that. Thanks to Michael and his team for delivering on Thanksgiving.

Mike was really easy to work with, and provided us with an advanced tasting for our party. The shrimp was good size, which was a concern of my husband's, and tasted great. We liked all the appetizers, and so did our guests. Mike stayed on top of cleaning up the party area, and delivered on all he promised. Just wish I had a chance to eat more of the stuffed mushrooms and Beef Wellington bites before they disappeared. Thanks, Mike!

We had our wedding catered by Call the Caterer this past May and we could not have been more pleased! Food was excellent, well prepared and fresh.
