One of my favorite food trucks! Reasonably priced and unique fusion dishes that always taste good and keep me interested!! I love that they're always experimenting with new dishes and flavors! Anytime they do something with pork belly, it's my favorite!!

Good or bad.. we will never know. Food truck cancelled same day as event. Not reliable. I would not recommend this place - don't set yourself up for disappointment.... We ended up having to order pizza last moment for a very large crowd and deposit wasn't refunded yet either. We will not be using them again

Shea is a loser and a con artist. We worked together years ago so I considered him an old friend. Reached out to him last year when I was looking to start a food trailer of my own and he said he could hook me up. I sent him an $800 deposit via Cash app. He sent a forged invoice from the trailer supplier and fake invoices that his partner at Caider Nation denied knowledge of. Over the next few months sent a total of $10,000 as separate draws as the supposed build was happening. He would send fake pictures of the build to keep me on the hook. When we were at the delivery date and after $10,000 in payments, I asked for the VIN# which he could never produce. Fortunately, I had paid the rest on a credit card which I called in as fraud and was able to recover. Filed reports with local PD and IC3. Shea you loser, you still owe me $800 plus interest. You should be ashamed of yourself. I hope you rot in hell.

If I could give Caidernation more than 5 stars if I could! Holy smokes is this food truck hands down one of the best food trucks we've ever tasted! Not only is their food fresh, they are creative and serve amazing quality food and the taste is out of this world! We literally drive half hour or more just to have their food! Two enthusiastic thumbs up for Chef Shea and Caidernation.

The philly cheese steak needs help. It doesn't taste anything like a Philly and they don't trim the fat. It's super annoying having to stop repeadly to pull big pieces of fat out of your mouth. Never have I ever while eating a Philly. The fries. Super salty.

I'm sure the food is great but I never had the chance, paid for an event that Chef Shea was planning, was already soundly sketchy but went with it to support. Event cancelled day of which was on a Friday, a week later and still have not received my refund for the supposedly event. Not only out 150, actually 225 cause a friend was supposed to come as well. Not a well run business by Chef Shea, hopefully the food makes up for the lack of a business man.

Food was great, my date.. not so much. Get the brisket fries guys they are bomb. Im so glad I had these to eat to get me by lmao!
