I been around Vegas poker rooms, but I must say, at this time, this is one of the worst, they are lucky of their location, so people goes here, but their services are horrible, oboist ever answer their phone, so you need to get there and put your name on the list.Sat down at the table, dealers never ask for my reward card, 30 mins past by, I realized I never hand the dealer my reward card, and later dealer kept on trying to get the front desk attention for my time back up, waved for 15 mins, nobody giving the dealer attention, and finally one front desk guy saw it, asked "what", dealer said need to back up his time, and......the front desk respond, give me a minute, even tho already been 15 mins the dealer tried to get their attention. The room itself is very small, too many tables, I don't even know how all idiots walking behind me hit the back of my chair, is like IDIOT! YOU FAT, turn side way That's included people that work there. No apology nothing

The poker room itself was fine. There's some characters there.. that are regulars. Like a guy that was breathing down some guys neck inspecting his cards for "marks".Apparently EVERYONE knows the guy... and is annoyed by him. There weren't a lot of cash games... I showed up between two tournaments and so I wanted to play... no tables were ready for cash games...Fortunately, it was next to the sports book and a food court. So definitely can find other things to do if you really want.Another negative.. maybe should be for casino and not poker room, was there was no blackjack near the poker room. I know a lot of people (or used to when I went to LV more) that like to go play between games too...

I had great time playing in several tournaments here on a recent Caesar's Palace stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dealers were very good. Rules were clear and any problems were resolved quickly and fairly. I managed to win a little money so that's a plus. Caesars will be my go to Poker Room from now on.

Only poker room on the strip to truly be smoke free - in the sense that it is in its own private room that doesn't allow smoke from the casino to enter it like all the other rooms. That alone gives it 5 stars. Also, the friendliest and most helpful staff around doesn't hurt.

I really like Caesars Palace's poker room. I've done well in tournaments there. But it's been closed for three months now while they put the high-stakes slots there to accommodate a renovation of the slots venue, and they're not giving out any information about when the poker room will reopen. I really wish they would keep us informed.

It's ok if you don't mind breathing in a lot of smoke from the sports book and the casino surrounding it without any dividers. Too smoky for me because I hate the smoke. An extra star for the staff who were all very helpful.
