"This place is bomb! Saw this place was walking distance from my sisters house and had to try it! I got my childhood favorite- tigers blood. Can't wait to go back!"
"I came across the Hot Mess food truck at the Tuff n Nuff MMA event at the South Point Hotel and Casino in July and was pleasantly surprised by the quality anf frsh taste of the food. At first I was hesitant to choose this truck as everyone else seemed to be going to some of the other trucks in the food court area. However the small (six items) had a few different choices that sounded good to me so I took the leap and was glad I did. The menu has a little Chinese, a bit of Mexican, some American and most items are a fusion of all three. Simone opted for the Thai Chicken Skewers, with Peanut Sauce and Spicy Cucumber Salad. While this was fairly basic it was also very good in its simplicity. Juicy marinated grilled thigh meat with mild peanut sauce. The cucumber salad was not overly hot but had just enough of a vinegary red pepper spicy kick. I ordered a Spicy Chino Burrito ( is it okay to say Chino?) A large grilled flour tortilla was stuffed generously with fired popcorn chicken, Chinese fried rice and a lightly sweetened orange soy glaze. Although the chicken was of the frozen variety it was perfectly crispy and the fried rice was loaded with veggies and egg and not over flavored with soy sauce as you may find in some of your more local Chinese places. To finish off the meal we had the very American Deep Fried Oreo, done perfectly with Tempura Batter. These were not at all greasy and the Oreo on the inside were still had a bit of that cookie crunch. They came in an order of three but they were so good we doubled up the order and got six. They were the perfect indulgence. I would suggest the Hot Mess if you are able to find it in Vegas. 4 stars."
"We ordered Queso Taco, Quesadillas and Birria Tamales. Everything was delish!!! Perfectly melted cheese on the Queso Taco. The Quesadilla had a generous amount of meet If we had to pick one, the Tamales were our fave. Reminded us of Tamales that we got from a street vendor in Mexico City This was our first time in this area and it was interesting to see all of the different food trucks. We will definitely be back to try other menu items ... looking forward to the ramen"
"This small taco truck had stood out to me a few times before while visiting a neighboring competitor across the street so I finally decided to see why there was such a large crowd forming. The selection of meats here is surprising seeing as how this place is tiny. I ordered some asada, al pastor, cabeza, buche and tripa tacos. Oh man these tacos were utterly mouthwatering. I'm literally salivating as I remember having these tacos! The tripas were nice and crispy but a little chewy and all the other meats were cooked to perfection. You're given the salsa and onions separately to add yourself in a bag with salsa. I also got an asada Burrito which was perfect. Rice and beans with your protein and onions and cilantro. Nothing better than that."

"YELP 365 CHALLENGE 2014-(111/365) "New Kid on the Taco Block"Jessica R. sent me a compliment: Gone? we were there just yesterday! (Referring to Karina's #2 who used to occupy that spot) All the while I thought Karina's had returned directly across Luv-It Frozen Custard, we checked it out but sadly that wasn't the case.Different name, different people(A guy and two women) serving up your usual spread-Tacos, Tortas, Burritos(with rice!) and something called Caramelo($2) which was basically a taco with melted cheese, so we decided to have one with Tripa(intestine) extra crispy, and that was bomb! Apparently the guy that runs this spot used to work for Karina's so that was a good sign. Oh, FRESH TORTILLAS made on the spot too!The ladies had also mentioned that they were also serving Chiles Rellenos($7) and Coctel de Camaron($12)(this was during Lent) which sounded good to pass up, so we got them both. Rellenos were delicious and the Coctel was good, but no one does it like Los Tacos. I finished with a couple more Tacos de Tripa(no cheese this time) and at the end of our meal, we were fans. Service was great overall, and they made you feel as if you were eating in their home. Gotta love that!Pretty decent amount of traffic, great people, and tasty looking burritos as well, we will surely return. ALOHA!!!Shaka Meter: \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ 4*Don't know if they're still serving the Rellenos and Coctel, but they do have solid tacos! Try 'em out! **CASH ONLY FOLKS!**"
"Discovered these delicious butter cookies made by the kindest people down at Lake Las Vegas. Had to remind my kids to save me some, they tried to eat them all! I'll keep my eye out for you around town. Hope to see you soon."
"You simply haven't tasted food like this before! We get catering every Tuesday at work and let me tell you, every single person in the office is digging right in. Even the pickiest eaters are getting seconds! The flavor is unmatched and Randy is the most kind, phenomenal guy. He even goes out of his way to cater food to vegetarian and vegan food preferences. Thank you, Randy!"
"Excellent quality food, good prices we always come here when we visit Las Vegas. I usually get the Molito and my wife gets the breakfast burrito without meat. Both excellent."

Birrieria Dimas is a must try. We spotted the food truck outside of a smiths and we decided to give it a go. I wanted to get the full experience so we ordered a few of their items. Of course all the items on the menu contain birria. The birria is well seasoned and very tasty. We tried the Birria fries that were really good. One thing next time I would get the fries on the side due to them getting real soft fast. The birria ramen was delicious, specially with its tasty broth. The Pizzadilla was basically a quesadilla. Wish they would have done a little better on making it more of a pizza than a large quesadilla. Over all good was really good and would come and try other items in the future

We stopped across the street at "The Fat Guy Taco" place, long lines and from what we could see not very hearty looking tacos. So we drove across the street to this truck. First, it feels like you're in TJ when pulling up to the truck. The guys were working the line and taking orders. The prices were reasonable and when we got our tacos they were pretty damn good.Al Pastor, very tasty. Chorizo, same really tasty. I'm not a big fan of fries and Mexican meats but the Asada Fries were really good. So, if you think that waiting in line for the "fat guys" tacos is what you want to do, do it. If not, go across the street and get some really good food at a good price.

I had the pleasure of enjoying some of their asada tacos at foodie land and they did not disappoint. Asada had a smokey flavor and plenty of it on the taco, straight fire. I love the salad bar where you can dress your own tacos. The owner was awesome and super chill. I would 100% recommend to anyone. They have a new meat flavor which is habanero chicken and it was fantastic. Nice and tender. The salsas are amazing.

The family went to Luv It Custard for a late-night dessert run and just happened to see this taco truck parked outside the liquor store across the parking lot. We decided to make it a whole late-night meal so we ordered some tacos. We only tried the al pastor and the carne asada and both were the best I've had anywhere. We live in Southern California so we have tried countless little taco stands, searching for a hands-down favorite. Well we found it! Unfortunately for us it's this little truck in Vegas!! I can't wait till our next Vegas trip, we'll be stopping for these tacos more than once!

Found this cute little booth at the LV craft show at the Veil in Silverton. I bought the butter cookies and they are the best I've ever had! So light and buttery, bringing me back to my childhood. Definitely will be looking for these at the next show I attend.

"Been coming here ever since being the first to review in 2017. Fan since day one...Now, especially that we're in COVID times, this outdoor option is perfect. Their tacos de tripa (Beef Intestines/Chitlins/Chitterlings) is still the best in town(request them EXTRA CRISPY!) .Prices increased to $1.75 a taco($2.00 for Lengua/Beef Tongue) and for those that prefer flour tortillas, they sell "Arab Tacos at $2.00 each. Their Al Pastor is equally good, and sometimes we get a couple of burritos to go.If you find yourself on the Eastside, hit them up on 30th and E Charleston. ALOHA!!!SHAKA METER: \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ 5"
"Tried this food truck at the Las Vegas Foodie Fest that was at Silverton. They were friendly and the tacos I had were very good.Prices are fair so if you like true street tacos then give this truck a try.I hope to see them at more events.I payed $7 for 2 asada tacos and a soda."
"During my most recent visit, I enjoyed the Pot Pie filled with lentils, garbanzos, white beans, carrots, peas, beans and corn. It is one of the items that are in the heated case, ready to be eaten on the spot. Along with that, I enjoyed the Blueberry Coffee Cake. The visual display of food items is what attracts customers. So, unless you pay close attention, the fact that everything is vegan is not conspicuous. I don't think it matters to the average customer. This vendor has no shortage of business."
"Located in front of the Horseshoe Casino on the Strip, is this small food shack. They sell a variety of creative hotdogs, but I was here for a cup of elote (street corn in a cup). So good and nice snack after walking down the Strip or drinking and dancing at Ole Red. Will be back."
"Every party ever thrown in Vegas/Henderson should feature The Goodfellas Grill. The service was seamless and the guys manning the grills took care of every detail. But the food is the main reason to book Goodfellas. Friends and family who had them cater in the past couldn't stop hyping the meatballs. The meatballs were definitely worth the praise. For me, though, it was the sausage and peppers and salad that I couldn't get over. The salad had pine nuts, artichoke hearts, fresh mozzarella, and all the fresh veggies someone downing Italian food could want. They were grilling up three kinds of sandwiches to order alongside trays of ziti and the delicious salad. I went to bed that night fully planning to eat the leftovers for breakfast the next day. Woke up to discover my Sister had so much fun she forgot to put the food in the fridge and it sat out all night. Nothing like a little food safety was going to keep me from that ziti. Ate it anyway and here I am to tell the tale. Long story short: book Goodfellas Grill."
"Seriously delicious. My GF's company booked them for an event and they were well received by the guests. She plans on booking them again. Definitely great crew to book your own events."
"I was in the search for Sinaloa tacos/Karinas which I knew was on the corner of Decatur and Vegas. I ended up seeing this bustling little cart and thought it was it. It was not and that cart was in fact across the street at the gas station. However, we were here and there was people so we stayed and ordered up a snack as planned. Felipe's tacos is in the Milford Automotive parkinglot and shares its space with a hotdog vendor so it's a easy way to tell where you are at. The menu is no frills with the meat types under the order window and then you can tell them in what vessel you want it (tacos, burrito, torta, quesadilla) from as far as I can tell. Pretty much everyone was going for tacos though. We ordered some cabeza and lengua. The plus of this place is you can see at the window the tortillas are being made fresh by hand. For $1.50 the tacos are a good size and come with onions and cilantro and they throw a few radishes and limes on your plate There is a DIY bar with 3 salsa bottles (a mild green, a spicy green, chipotle red) and some pickled red onions. Cabeza had good flavor and parts were tender, BUT it was in larger pieces and unfortunately the BF got a taco with really large balls of fat/gelatinous facial parts. Normally that mixed all up makes for flavor, but in a huge bite like that made for ick factor. Lengua was surprisingly good. This was very tender and good seasoning. It was prepared in a way that it fell apart in shreds so it just depends whether you're a fan of that or more toothsome cubed bites, but I thought it was solid. The tortilla was good and a bit crispy on the edges. I think it's probably a quality cart judging from the crowd and my lengua, but maybe for cabeza this is not our spot."
"I had these over the weekend and I'm still craving them today! The owner Lacey is such a sweet person. You can tell they take pride in their hot dogs. The Vienna beef hot dogs are absolutely delicious. We ordered all of their specialty hot dogs and ate them while walking the farmers market. The Cowboy was my favorite.I love how they have a weekly schedule and they visit different parts of town."
"First timer here. To start off, parking is pretty horrendous, if you can even find a spot. I came last weekend in the afternoon when it was something like 107 degrees outside, so walking blocks into the venue wasn't real fun, but the upside was that lines for food inside weren't bad at all. As for the food, the highlight was the lamb prepared on a rotating spit above charcoal briquettes. It was moist and not at all gamey. I'd get this again! The spanikopita was nice and flaky and very good. Disappointing were the dolmas with dried out grape leaves and the pastitsio which was also somewhat dry. Unlike other Greek festivals I've been to where there's plenty of seats and tables set up for eating inside a church auditorium, everything here is outdoors. There's tented areas, but it's HOT HOT HOT and it's all situated around grass and dirt. The massive speakers on the stage are also right next to one of the tents, and the music is blaring. I was literally eating in silence and sweating and not wanting to shout to talk the entire time. As for mask wearing, it's virtually non-existent. At least it's outdoors, but people are seated very close to each other under the tented areas where everyone's eating. TIP: If you want to see the Greek dancing, which is always fun and lively, come at night. I'm told it also gets crazy crowded then."
"Drove by and noticed this food truck of the corner of my eye and decided to pull into the parking lot to give it a try. BEST DECISION, food is amazing if anyone is driving by and would like some quality food for a great price give them a shot u won't regret it"
"I have been coming to Vegas StrEATS off and on since it first started. I am disappointed in how the cost of the food has gone up. I remember when I could try a little something from a few different trucks for $3 or $5 each and now I noticed a lot of the trucks are charging more. I knew I was going for some "crack tacos" at Tacos El Gordo when we were done with this visit so I decided to just get some funnel cake to split with my peeps. Nothing like unhealthy fried dough before dinner! It was super delicious but not for almost $10. They charge a certain price for the funnel cake but then additional for other toppings. The food trucks aren't always the same at each festival which is something I actually like. It is nice to try something new and an old favorite. It was nice to see yelp set up at Vegas StrEATS too! They had some fun games going on and freebies you could win. I got a cool bouncy ball :)Security checks your ID and purse if you have one before entering so be prepared. Entry is free you just have to pay for whatever you want from the food trucks or other vendors. They have different bands playing each time so check the facebook page for Vegas StrEATS to see who is playing the upcoming festival as well what food trucks and vendors will be there."
"After many years in Vegas I finally managed to go to a first Friday. It was such a blast! Everyone was in a good mood and there was so much going on! Me and my friends enjoyed bar hopping!"
