"This is a hidden treasure and a great off strip steakhouse!The interior is large and simple but has a very old world Las Vegas feeling. The server was truly excellent. Attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. The shrimp cocktail starter was excellent with fresh shrimp and a tangy classic sauce. Unlike most steakhouses where everything is a la carte, at this restaurant entrees include a wonderful house salad mixed table-side as well as a choice of potato or vegetables. I had the pork chop entree which was thick yet tender and tasty and juicy. The baked potato was large and served with a choice of toppings. For dessert I had the "walk through the Black Forest" which featured a small Black Forest brownie and tasty cherry ice cream. While not a fancy place, this was a delicious dining experience with amazing service and great service."

"My buddies and I wanted Italian food and we saw good reviews of this spot on yelp and decided to give it a shot. This restaurant is located in a small plaza with decent parking. We came around dinner time soit was a little busy. [Service] Upon entering, we were seated immediately and given menu's. Our server was friendly and patient with us while we combed through the menu. When we finished placing our order the food came out in no time at all. Multiple staff checked in on us to see if we were doing alright or needed anything through out our meal. Great service! [Food] I ordered the meatballs as an appetizer and shrimp scampi linguini as an entree. We also decided to order the lobster Mac and cheese and share that. The meatballs were delicious and the marinara sauce was so good. The Mac and cheese was to die for. Bursting with flavor and they were good chunks of lobster in there as well. My entree was definitely my favorite. The shrimps are huge and had a nice charred taste to them. The pasta was perfect as well. Amazing food! Overall, we had a wonderful dinner here. I'd highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for good Italian food. I will be back to try out their other menu options for sure."

Tortilla soup was stellar and I'm picky about it. Atmosphere is a bit of a nostalgic tilt to Wild West but yet friendly and inviting even on Halloween."

"I am a Wynn/Vegas regular and am always looking for great restaurants. I had never been to Casa Playa and decided it was time to try it. For appetizers we enjoyed the queso fundido, guac, and papas bravas. All recommendable, especially the queso as it comes with fresh hand made tortillas. The half chicken is tastefully spiced and fiery. You must try the forbidden fruit margarita which was boozy and reminiscent of a mangonada! The obsidian margarita was not memorable."

"We moved so we decided to start looking for a 'neighborhood' sushi spot and we found one!!!! It's not AYCE which is exactly what I love and it's hands down the best sushi I have had. We have been here a few times and it doesn't seem busy which is insane. The fish tastes so fresh and the quality is exceptional. Their presentation is also gorgeous. Me and my husband usually split 3 rolls and we are stuffed after. I tell every one about this little gem! The presentation is fantastic and it's consistently good and the service is great!"

"I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for dinner and it was absolutely delicious! This is a local favorite! Head chef, Angelo did a fantastic job and the staff was wonderful. He came out to greet guests and made sure everyone had everything that they needed. We came with a big group and they took care of everyone as if they were the only person there. Even the salad was delicious- great combination of flavor and the dressing topped it offI had the scallops as a main dish and that was also tasty. The appetizers were also delicious. My favorite was the shrimp! It was fresh and the sauce was so good! It's very close to the strip and a quick Uber ride makes it easy and convenient to get to."

I am hesitant to write a review since I think this spot benefits from being tucked away from the strip, but I think they will appreciate a rating.What to know:- make reservations 48hr ahead- preorder menu for reservations, need to call 24hr ahead- large shared parking lot- real good food. 50-80 $/pax- no liquor license (yet - they are a new restaurant and expect their license by March 2025)Food highlights: (everything was ordered in advance, not sure if thats completely necessary)- Squid con patatas: fresh and tender baby squid, cooked the best I have had. Potato was very yum and soft. Mixed with onion and parsley- Pan con salmon: bread with salmon and mustard sauce (tapa). One order is one piece only. Salmon was broken into chunks, not overcooked. Mustard sauce with dill was nice.- Almond cake: delicious cake served with ice cream (not your average haagen dazs) and berries- Pan con tomate (added ham): tomato flavor is light and refined. I don't like the artificialness of canned tomato products and thought these tasted great. We added spanish ham (we were told from Serrano) which I thought was worth the extra cost. Very flavorful and cut in-houseOnly the mussels I thought were under the bar set by the other dishes. Everything else was near perfect. The owners are a couple who run the whole operation, from taking your order to making your dessert. They are great to chat with as well. Excellent service and atmosphere."

For $48 we got cheese bread, fried shrimp, fries, 1 lb of snow crab, 1 lb of shrimp, two potatoes, and two corns.There was so much food for two people and Sam's spice level with the Cajun sauce was extremely satisfying for us. "Had a very pleasant dinner at Wing Lei recently. Had a friend visiting and he had raved about Wing Lei's Imperial Duck so we decided to have dinner here. Although the duck was main focus of our dinner, our friend suggested we do the tasting menu, to make decision making a lot easier for everyone. We had Chef Ming's Summer Special and it was quite a treat! We did not do the wine pairing but if I get the chance next time, I'm definitely doing that. The tasting menu started with a simple tea and a yuzu-watermelon appetizer. The first whimsy course was the king crab and caviar, and some of you may know, I am a HUGE sucker for caviar...It came with edible flowers as garnish and I personally thought the edible flowers added to the flavor profile. I was smitten by the truffle soup dumpling. Two in a row, they served the two guilty pleasures of mine: caviar and truffle. (Call me basic, I don't care) The broth had a deep flavor without being heavy or oily.I'm going to skip a couple course, the Imperial Pecking Duck; served table-side. It was the copestone of the meal, although there were a couple more courses after... They gave two different options for the wrap: the thin wrap and a bao wrap. I didn't think I would like the bao wrap but I think it was one of my favorite! Such a simple combination but a burst of flavors in your mouth. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The unlikely colors of green and gold actually fuse well and create a very luxurious ambiance and of course the service was impeccable. We all ordered cocktails and in my opinion this is one of the restaurants that have a great cocktail option. Some restaurants on the strip can be lacking on their cocktail menu but all the cocktails at Wing Lei were delicious! Reservation are recommended!"

"My mom and I went to try this place since it was close to home. When we first walked in first impression very empty, it looked like a very simple and plain cantina like restaurant with unmatching chairs and tables and little decor. Had a strange musty odor and place looked rundown. They brought out chips and salsa however the chips tasted stale and we ordered two Jamaica drinks that were both way too sweet to drink. Tried to get waitress to ask for water but she was nowhere to be found till order came out. Water came and didnt work to make the drinks we ordered less sweeter so decided to drink the water and tasted like it was from the sink. We both ordered seafood cocktails that were both below expectation and tasted just okay. Overall experience left us with not wanting to return."

We then had the shrimp & crab cakes. I'm not super crazy about them in general, but I was crazy about them today!! Had to shake my had cause the amount of greatness just made no sense but it did! Finally our plates came.My wife had the Salmon Noodles, my mother in law had the New York Steak & Broccolini noodles, and I had the New York Steak & Broccolini as well but added shrimp to it. The shrimp was so nice and juicy I thought they were prones but nope they were shrimp. Loved every bit of our meals. For our first visit, we decided to sit at the bar, and the experience was fantastic, thanks in large part to our amazing bartender. Although I can't recall his name (it started with a C--update coming soon!), he truly deserves recognition for crafting incredible drinks, including the best mocktail I've ever had.The happy hour menu offered solid discounts on both drinks and food, making it the perfect opportunity to sample a variety of dishes. We went all in and tried the tuna and hamachi tiradito, sliders, salmon and tuna tacos, French onion soup, steak & frites. The highlights for me were the hamachi tiradito, the perfectly cooked and flavorful steak & frites, and the juicy sliders, which I know will be my go-tos for future visits. My mocktail, the Cancer, was hands down the best I've ever had--refreshing, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. My boyfriend had the Sagittarius and an espresso martini, both of which he thoroughly enjoyed.The ambiance was lively yet comfortable. I loved their decor! The food was delicious across the board, and the service, especially from our bartender and servers, elevated the evening.We can't wait to return to Prime 141 to try more of their menu and drinks. "When you first walk in, you will see the ordering counter and the paper menu. We were greeted and helped by the friendly Zach. He was able to answer any and all questions and made some recommendations. Zach was really what made this experience good. He walked around constantly checking on each table to make sure they had everything they needed to enjoy their meal. I really appreciated his customer service.The interior is rather stark with tables and chairs. For first time visitors, they hand you a push pin and ask you to mark on the large maps hanging on the wall where you are from. They offer several different lobster rolls. I went with the Connecticut Roll - served warm with melted butter and I was excited to see they served Lobster Bisque. I ordered it too. My friend selected the LBI - avocado, mayo and tomato. I have to be honest, the rolls are a little small for what you pay. My roll was $23.99 and my friend's roll was $25.99. For the price, I would have expected the rolls to be a little larger and deeper with more lobster. The lobster was fresh and tasty so no complaints on the flavors. The side of cole slaw was a perfect side to accompany this meal. The lobster bisque was just okay for me. I am used to more seasoning in the bisque and it tasted a little bland. They served one piece of lobster in the bisque and the price was $10.00.According to the menu, you can add 50% more lobster meat for $10.00 and double meat will cost you $19.00. I completely understand that this lobster comes all the way from the East Coast so I am sure this is the reason they have to charge so much.They feature a HH everyday from 2pm - 4:30pm where you can buy one roll, get one for half price or $5.00 off any roll. I think I will return and grab this deal in the future.Easy to find and parking is a breeze."
