"We were in Vegas and turned to Yelp to find some hidden gems. With almost a perfect rating, I decided on this place. When we walked in, the restaurant was empty and I was not too sure if I made the right call. But we decided to dine anyway as we were hungry by this time. We got-Scallion pancakes-5/5- most places tend to make these greasy and thin but the ones here were thick and still cooked through. They were not greasy as well, easily one of the better if not the best version I ate.Spring rolls-4/5- surprisingly not greasy and absolutely delicious. Combo chow mein-5/5- these were made with handmade fresh noodles. The chicken was unbelievably soft and perfectly cooked, the noodles absorbed the sauces beautifully. These were lip smacking delicious.Combo fried rice-5/5- umami rich, perfect chicken and moist delicious rice. We cleaned it up in no time.I loved every dish we got, and I can see why this place is rated so high. Quantities are less though and I was craving more at the end of my meal."

"We've driven through this plaza many times and stopped at other businesses but always said we need to try this place next time... well it was finally next time.A little spot with seating for a couple dozen people inside. The kitchen is behind the glass and visible from the restaurant (you get to watch them make the noodles, they were not making them when we were there though).I ordered the house special chow mein and my girlfriend ordered the vegetable fried rice. Both dishes arrived quickly and were steaming hot. The chow mein's flavor was lacking and the noodles were overcooked.Our server was great, very attentive and nice."

The food was so amazing our waiter danced our food to us you hear me!! He knew the food was about to change our lives and the lord blessed the hands that prepared our meals! Let me tell you all what we had cause my Goodness it's that amazing! Small setting but very welcoming and feels just like home.So we started off with the wings, let me tell you the wings were fresh, so good I didn't need the ranch that came with it. I still dipped a wing in the ranch just to taste and my god I hit a little dance after every bite. The batter and ranch was store made. My mother in law took a bag of the batter home. We then had the shrimp & crab cakes. I'm not super crazy about them in general, but I was crazy about them today!! Had to shake my had cause the amount of greatness just made no sense but it did! Finally our plates came.My wife had the Salmon Noodles, my mother in law had the New York Steak & Broccolini noodles, and I had the New York Steak & Broccolini as well but added shrimp to it. The shrimp was so nice and juicy I thought they were prones but nope they were shrimp. Loved every bit of our meals. We all had the strawberry lemonade & regular lemonade, each came with strawberries and blueberries. Super delicious . Bleu Kitchen thank you all so much! The service, space, and food are phenomenal! "Came in for dinner after seeing a movie and there were plenty of tables to seat since the servers are great with cleaning them and resetting! We always get the yellow curry with chicken, pad Tai with chicken, spring rolls with shrimp and pot stickers! We typically get our food for pick up but decided to dine in and it was the best! Sarah was our server and very friendly and very helpful with our dinner. The place is pretty quiet and relaxing and facilities are nice as well. Music is low so it's enjoyable for a peaceful meal. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program and enter it every time so you can redeem money off! Highly recommend and ask for Sarah!"

"This gem is located in the Chinatown plaza. We arrived shortly before they reopened for dinner and waited outside. Not long after we arrived, more people showed up, and a line began to form. When they opened, we sat down in the charmingly decorated restaurant. They serve Japanese street food, and the ambiance perfectly matches the theme.The menu features a selection of delicious favorites, and we ordered ramen and yakisoba. I enjoyed watching the chef prepare our meals as he added ingredient after ingredient to each dish. When we tasted the food, it was clear that all the different flavors balanced beautifully. The yakisoba noodles were firm and absolutely delicious. The ramen was also fantastic, but the highlight was definitely the savory broth. In other ramen places, I usually leave some broth untouched, but this was the opposite--I devoured the broth as if I hadn't eaten in days. On top of the delicious food, the service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"I stopped by Pho Mai Mai and was absolutely blown away by the food and the overall experience. They really make you feel like family here. The staff helped me pick some amazing dishes, and everything came out quickly and piping hot. The pho was hands down some of the best I've had in the area! The broth was perfectly seasoned. You can tell it's made with care and tradition. I ordered the vegetarian pho, and it was packed with fresh veggies and perfectly cooked noodles. The balance of flavors was spot-on.We also tried the crispy fried wontons and garlic chicken wings--both were absolutely delicious! The wontons were golden, crunchy and stuffed with creamy filling, and the wings were seasoned just right with a perfect kick of garlic and spice.If you're looking for a clean, comfortable spot with incredible Vietnamese food, Pho Mai Mai is a must-visit. I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu. Highly recommend!"

The seating in the restaurant is very limited, so make sure you set out some time to wait if you have a bigger party. Ask for the chili oil they serve on the side. I ordered the hot stone bibimbap and the presentation was great, came with side salad with the most amazing dressing, kimchi also good and I was informed it is fermented for 3 weeks like one would hope. The bibimbap was very good with the bulgogi but the portion of meat was small needs more. Also on the hot stone please do not add lettuce it wilts and the texture turns nasty on the palate. Very glad to have them in centennial as options are mostly chains so this is a nice refresher and I will return hopefully for a bigger portion of meat. thank you"

"We stopped by this place on a whim and so glad we did. We got there around 3:30pm and were surprised to see it packed with quite a few people waiting at that hour. Make sure you go and sign in yourself when you get there (I would suggest if the owners see this page that they put up a sign because a lot of people after us, and including us, had no clue). We weren't sure if we were going to wait since we were starved but man, we are so glad we waited. The servers are very nice but they hustle! Since we had time waiting we already knew what we wanted by the time we sat. The food comes out as it's ready so don't go in expecting a flow of your food (such as appetizers or cold foods first, for example, my cucumber salad was one of the last items to come out). Also, don't expect a quick sit down meal. We were there for almost 2 hours between waiting to be seated and waiting for our dishes to come out. I can say that I appreciated it because we ordered so much food that had we eaten everything all at once, we would have had a ton of leftovers but the way it was spaced, we were still very full, but able to enjoy everything without having to scarf it down! We love soup dumplings and I have to say these were truly the best we have ever had. The truffle ones were incredible and worth every penny. I would recommend this place to anyone that appreciates good homemade noodles and dumplings and can appreciate a great quality of food. It's worth the wait!"

Wonton soup has always been a little bland to me but I add soy sauce and it's perfect. They had a great amount of wontons and noodles. I'm not a big fan of all the veggies in wonton soup because I don't feel like they're cooked long enough LOL - but I just put them to the side. Overall the soup was what I was craving. It was warm and filling and the wontons did not fall apart --they were also full of chicken and shrimp. There was plenty of chicken and shrimp in the soup too."

The restaurant is a bit small so there will usually be a wait during peak hours for lunch/dinnertime. Service could feel rushed but food always comes out quick! Hainanese whole chicken $41 (5/5) - succulent and juicy organic chicken! The meat is tender and firm; tastier than your typical regular chicken. You'll never get a dry piece of chicken here. They masterfully debone the whole chicken for you which I truely appreciate. No more using your hands and gnawing away the meat around any bones! The dish is accompanied with fragrant chicken broth flavored rice, pickled daikon/carrot, and 3 sauces: chili, scallion/ginger, and sweet soy.Shrimp and pork wonton noodle soup $14.95 (5/5) - the dumplings are filled with pork and shrimp, and have a slight bounce in them. I like how the shrimp still has a slight crunch in texture (nothing is worse than a mushy shrimp dumpling). The noodles have a good chew and you can tell that they were handmade. Soup is light and clear, which is a good sign that there are no heavy oils or fat. Give this place a try for a quick, delicious, and healthy meal!"

"This was my favorite noodle soup spot that has recently opened, however after coming here consistently, I can say that sadly the beef stone pot noodle soup never has any consistency. Came in around 8pm and the restaurant had many tables available. We love sitting by the aquariums, giving our meal some privacy and setting the mood. We ordered the lamb stir fry and this is SPICY! Very flavorful but be prepared. We were very pleased with it since we love spicy food. However with the stone pot beef soup, we first noticed the soup being red/orange in color. The last few times it was clear. However this time we ordered it with chili oil versus schezuan numbing, because the last time we got it, the numbing flavor was over powerful. However this time the flavor was unbearable. We could also taste the schezuan pepper as well as chili oil so we weren't sure if there was a language barrier, because we didn't want the schezuan numbing. Anyways, we tried to tough it out and it got worse. We went through PITCHERS of waters and napkins from blowing our noses. We also tried to ask the server to dilute the soup, however it was too unbearable. Comparing to all of our other experiences, we've realized we've had 5 different versions of this soup. Once it was just right with a hint of numbing spice, second they didn't add any spice at all, third, too my numbing was added, forth numbing and chili oil was added. We're not sure where there's a communication issue since we order from the iPad/our phones and we just pick and choose the same options. But we're going to let them work their kinks for now."

The shrimp paste wrapped in tofu was amazing and tasted so fresh. Their rice dish was on point, definitely getting both again.The chicken in the chicken curry was very soft and pulled apart very easily. Very flavorful. Baguette was soft, the outer layer was crisp but still tender. Would highly recommend it.Bought shrimp spring rolls, the wrapper is a little chewy but the basil flavor was nice.Also bought Banh mi to go, but unfortunately completely forgot to take it out. Left it at the restaurant so couldn't try it. It was in a small box.Thai tea was refreshing. Loved the fresh coconut.Definitely coming back, there's a lot of dishes I'll like to try."

"Where to start? In Vegas with some buddies and we try this place based on a recommendation from our Uber Driver on a previous trip. Located in Shanghai Plaza away from the strip this place could double its size and easily keep the tables full. In fact, if you have a group larger than 6 you will end up being shoehorned into a table. But the food and service easily make up for that. We had a group of 7 so our seating arrangement was a tad tight but they made it work. Sapporo beer and Sake helped wash down some of THE best Chinese food we've enjoyed anywhere. Seriously. We had several appetizers and 7-8 dishes and they were all fabulous. From Mama's Famous Pork Buns (you gotta try them) to the Twice Cooked Pork (spicy), the Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Lo Mein, Mama's Special Fried Rice etc, the meal was spot on. Mama has another place opened in the Palace Station Casino which I can only assume is bigger. So next time in town we'll have to go there.China Mama is the real deal."

For as long as we have been visiting this side of town, we finally got to try this spot. Our family was in town for Thanksgiving break. We arrived for a Sunday dinner. It is located in a nice shopping plaza where parking was plentiful. Since the restaurant is in the smaller side, the wait was about 35-40 minutes for us to get seated. You can see through the large window in the kitchen the workers are hand pulling the fresh noodles infront of their chest constantly. We ordered onion pancakes and 4 soup noodles with hand pulled noodles in each soup. My pork ribs noodle soup was savory and delicious. The wifey's beef brisket noodle soup was just as flavorful as mine. We both agreed they hit the spot after a brisk evening. The onion pancakes were light, fluffy, and tasty. Our server was friendly and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our experience at the Magic Noodles despite the wait. Now that we are aware of this gem, we will be back."

They were breaded well and very crispy. I highly recommend their katsu. The ramen was delicious too! The Japchae was flavorful, and the home made gyoza was big and filled with fresh ingredients. They always offer good portions of solid Thai food at reasonable prices, so this was an easy decision. During this visit we enjoyed...- Chicken Pad See Ew (no pesky veggies to get in the way)- Chicken fried Rice- Tom Yum Soup (10 spicy level)We did go in around noon time this past Monday, so it was completely dead when we walked in. We were greeted by a friendly employee who invited us to choose wherever we wanted to eat. He had our drinks delivered to our table in a swift manner. We placed our order and didn't have to wait too long for the food to come out. My pad see ew was fantastic! Very tasty with plenty of fresh tender chicken pieces! The plate never stood a chance! :PMy friend really enjoyed his Tom Yum soup but felt like it could have been hotter for a spicy level 10. lol Then again, the nerve endings in his taste buds are apparently dead. So take that for what its worth. Also the chicken fried rice was outstanding with plenty of fresh chicken. The dining area can get a little cramped once the place starts filling up, as it did while we were dining there.Still a solid spot for good Thai food at a reasonable price. I really enjoy the TSNH locations around town and will continue to patronize them,4 solid stars."

"Today was our first time trying The Magic Noodle and we really enjoyed our first experience here! The Magic Noodle can be found near the southwest corner of Warm Springs and Rainbow Blvd, very close to the Weera Thai location. The dining area is cozy and quaint. The word must be out on this place because it was pretty packed when we here around 12:30 pm today. We ordered:- Chicken with Mushroom Noodle soup ($14.95)- House Special Chow Mien ($13.95)Portions are pretty sizeable. My House Special Chow Mien came with plenty of shrimp, beef, chicken, and veggies. Very tasty and filling! The real star of the show are the noodles! We both ordered the pulled noodles, and they were outstanding! It was pretty cool getting to watch them cook and hand pull the noodles right there as you wait and eat. My partners Chicken with Mushroom Noodle soup was pretty huge. The noodles were very fresh and tasted fantastic! If I'm being honest the broth was a little on the bland side. We did have to add a few things to try to add a little more flavor to it. Still, the noodles were incredible! :)Service was outstanding! Our drinks were always topped off without asking and never got close to ever being empty. Our server was friendly and added to the experience.We really enjoyed our meal here today and will absolutely be back to try other menu items. 4 solid stars."

"Tucked away in the corner of the Palazzo casino is the Hong Kong Café. Offering more traditional Cantonese and Szechuan dishes that have a wide variety of taste for your pallet. A more modern vibe and nice layout also allows for a space between the tables which gives you a little bit of breathing room.Stopped in here twice now and found it easily accessible both on a weekend and weekday night. Definitely a stop for many Asian patrons which is a great sign. Our waiter on both occasions was exceptionally nice and attentive. Several appetizers, several soft drinks, tea and three entrées on both occasions average about $50-$55 a person (no alcohol), which is a good deal in Las Vegas these days compared to some of the restaurants in the area. Any leftovers you can take to go, and the waitress was kind enough to offer us some extra of their house made, extra spicy, super Chinese mustard!"

The owner? lady Yong was so kind and generous to us. Besides the food tasting good, the service is what will bring us back. She packed a free extra rice for us to take with our leftover kalbi and told us not to tip a lot. But of course we tipped well. Thank you, will be back!"

"I always wanted to try an authentic traditional Chinese breakfast, perhaps I really need to travel to China to compare because this wasn't good to me at all. The customer service was non-existent. You pretty much have to advocate for yourself with seating, ordering, and obtaining your bill. I saw people literally standing in front of the register signaling to the staff they were ready so I mirrored that. The food was bland. No flavoring at all. I chose the traditional tendon and beef noodle soup and not even the broth was flavorful. The chinese donuts were very oily no taste at all. The plum juice was not what I was expecting. Instead of sweet it was quite Smokey, bitter, and thick. It didn't pair well with my choice of breakfast items at all. All I can say is, I experienced something new , which is always a fun thing to do however, this is just not for me."

Good Chinese decor, the place is neat and if you have a big party for the family or friends there is a huge table with a classic Lazy Susan for dining convenience. Again don't expect a lot here since the dining is so fast. But at least with our experience, our servers were both accommodating, fast and friendly. Great food, fast service, no drama. I love it."
