"Super friendly family and veteran owned business, GO NAVY! Fair prices that are cheaper than the major Filipino and Asian store chains in most products. We found very fresh vegetables to make our sinigang here. They also stocked our favorite snacks (chips, and sweets from the Philippines)We definitely will be repeat customers going forward. Support this local and family owned business!"
"While I was in North Las Vegas, I stumbled upon Maligaya Asian Market. It's slightly closer to my residence than going to the stores in Spring Mountain. Maligaya Asian Market is located at Craig road and Allen Lane. It's in a small plaza. As soon as I walked inside the store, I noticed that the inventory was scattered everywhere! Some of the merchandise was on the floor, others was stacked almost all the way to the ceiling. Nothing was organized. It was very difficult to look through all of the inventory. The owner did not greet me nor even offer to help me out. I was looking for some Original Calpicos and couldn't locate any. Their merchandise is pretty expensive compared to other marketplaces. It was a interesting experience. I don't think I'll be coming back again anytime soon."
"Best injera and selection of spices! Also the bulk items nice priced selections. This is where I always go to get my Ful and mitmita."
"OMG must go and eat here! I thought they only had sliced meats and sides. They also grilled fish and meats plus like Panda Express but all Korean foods. Very tasty! Tons of kimbap options too.I'll be back to try more.Only a few small tables inside if you want to eat in. Staff super nice brought us different food to try. Great prices too!"
"Very nice customer service welcomed me into the store with greetings! Let me pick out which breads eye wanted from the racks"
"Checked out MVP Korean Mini Mart to save myself a trip to the further, more populated areas for a few essentials. For a mini mart, this shop definitely packs a lot more than expected! My favorites are their selection of noodles and all things in the freezers - exactly what I needed! I also enjoyed their novelty BTS and Kakao products and hot sauces based on the variety of noodles. They conveniently have 15 minute parking spaces directly in front of the store, with ample parking surrounding in the lot + no card minimum!"
"A great little Korea market with a little bit of everything. Prices are reasonable, if not cheaper than other markets around town. There is a small food area for takeout only. They are always friendly and helpful. Area is sketchy but we've had no issues. It seems like the shopping center has been slowly making improvements. Hope you decide to check them out :)"
"Wonderful collection of Indian and British offerings, with a smattering of other cultures in there for good measure. The owners are lovely and very helpful.Take time and look in every nook and cranny, there are gems here all over the place. There is a frozen section too, and you can find clotted cream here and crumpets.Dont forget to pick up some Spotted Dick"
"Word has it in one of my social media groups, that this place has a good selection of local hawaiian staples. My conclusion is: YES they do! I swung by here over the weekend, looking for poi because I forgot it at another store. I wasn't expecting anything but I was really happy (and relieved) that this store carried it...and the good kind! This place has a convenience store feel and caters mostly to the Filipinos and Hawaiians. It has all sorts of condiments, snacks and frozen items. It's a really great place to stock up or get your last minute ingredients or to satisfy your cravings. My only problem is the parking. Totally not the store's fault but just a FYI. The store is located next to a dance school and some other type of school. When it's during the time of drop off/pick up, there's a ton of cars all over the place just sitting there, and with just one row of parking, you're going to have to be patient. But go on a time when schools out, easy parking everywhere!"
"This Market has been the cleanest place in Las Vegas by far, they have so many verity multi cultural items, that we can't find elsewhere. I love this place without a doubt. The new owner John is a great person with great customer service. the first time I walked in, he greeted us with respect. this place has earned my business.Thank you."
"Beautiful, clean store! Very well stocked with great selection of items, ready to eat food, baked goods, fresh fish, fresh vegetables, meat! Their frozen section is really well stocked too! Employees are friendly and knowledgeable about their products, answering questions."
"Mood- A little Secret but not so much secret about meWhen I go shopping, I don't like getting a cart. Especially in specialty food stores. If I have a cart I have this internal compulsive need to fill the cart up. Maybe due to being hungry as a kid, but none the less, to help curb this I will treat my experience as I'm a responsible adult and hold my goodies and not over indulge. Now does this usually work. Yes, however in this store did it? Most certainly not, they had Hawaiian food that I have not seen in a long time since living over there. Upon entering was quickly greeted. As I strolled each of the isles it was apparent my standard no cart rule was not going to work. The owner knew what I was doing and laughed he brought me a basket. LolI lit up like a little kid at a candy store when I got to the frozen food isle. Phone calls were made and I can say this, I bought one ok maybe 2 of everything in that frozen section. This store has so many offerings that I didn't expect. And on top of my love for Hawaiian food there was Filipino items that I normally get shipped to me here too. It was a great day for me to be in that store. While the store is quaint. It is very organized. If you know what food item your looking for you'll probably find it. Now if you don't know much about the cultures you may not know what your looking at. Would most def recommend. Pricing is typical for a specialty grocery. However I didn't feel it was overly priced. The customer service I received was superb. It was a great experience, and the location makes my life easier. Location is Centennial/ Aliante- ample parking"

I love this market!!! Prices are reasonable, it is well stocked with variety of items, and frozen seafood quality is top notch. Their frozen hamachi kama is straight imported from Japan. The store is extremely clean and well-organized. The owners are great people and all of their staff have always been extremely nice and helpful :)

A no nonsense Filipino market. If you're looking for something to make your Filipino food and don't want to travel to Chinatown if you're on the Northside. Then I recommend this place if you're familiar with filipino people and know the culture. That's the kind of service you'll receive. The prices are higher than you would pay in Chinatown or a big chain Filipino market but for the convenience its expected.

We are visiting Vegas and my daughter has been super sick past few days and can't keep anything in. Thanks to yelp, I found this place. I was looking for Juk (porridge) for her and once they heard my daughter's been sick, made special off the menu plain juk for her.Thank you so much!! I'm forever grateful for their kindness. Best service!!=EDIT= Had to buy some food for this tired mama메추리알 조림 (marinated quail eggs) 꼬막무침 (seasoned clams) 생 깻잎 김치 (seasoned fresh perilla leaves) 김치전 (kimchi pancake) 돼지 불고기 김밥 (spicy pork kimbap) So delicious!!!!! Highly recommend every single one of those items. Thanks again!!

We LOVE this place! They have a great variety of super fresh made in house salsa. Their salsa verde is the best! The butcher counter offers a ton of great quality meats. Their carne asada is the best we've ever had. Chips, guacamole, ceviche, tres leches cake ....all the traditional delicious Mexican favs all under one roof. For your next BBQ party this is where you should go. Family owned and always friendly service.

If you like Greenland grocery store, then you'd like this grocery store.I love that this place is close to home AND has a great selection of Korean snacks, frozen goodies, and SAKE! They're just missing ready made food (banchan) and I wouldn't need to go up to Sahara/Rainbow (Greenland) at all. They have my fave bottled kimchee here; idk the brand name but, I know it's the "white cap" kimchee lol i like that it's not too spicy but, more on the pickley side. Crunchy and tangy!Recently came here to re-up on my "white cap" kimchee and noticed they even had radish wrap and meats -- perfect for at home KBBQ

I pass this grocery store every day, twice a day, as it is on my route to and from work and I had no idea it was there. I was being lazy one day and didn't want to drive to Chinatown to go to the big Korean supermarket I know best, so I decided to look up if there were any Asian stores in my vicinity. Turns out this little gem was hiding in plain sight. Also turns out, some of my Korean friends/co-workers recommend this place. It's bigger than it looks and has a very "interesting" set up. And when I say that I mean there's stuff everywhere, so you might need to look around for something if you can't find it at first (example, I wanted some Korean pears but there weren't any in produce section, just apples, but I did see them in a cooler closer to the front of the store.) One of the things I found the hardest about this store in particular is that I do not read or speak Korean. The bigger supermarket I usually go to has English labels on stuff, this place does not. However, the labels on the shelves are in both so you can kind of get an idea. You can also ask the very friendly staff for assistance, but again that would be easier if I spoke Korean. The pricing here is amazing. I spent $40 on over 2 bags of stuff, including the very expensive pears. And I really, really loved finding the perilla leaves every one talks about.Speaking of what everyone talks about, the area. It's not shady to me. I've been to places that are actually scary in my life and this little shopping center that used to house Lotus of Siam and still houses some of the best food in the area is not scary and certainly not during the day. We all have our own experiences and as with any bigger city, watch your surroundings but I wouldn't ever not recommend visiting.

The India British Market is a total godsend for us Anglo-Americans living in Las Vegas. Even after living in the USA for well over twenty years, sometimes you just get that hankering for some those old favorites you grew up with, especially during the holidays and this store has it all. Honestly the selection is amazing, they cram a lot into what is a relatively small store, everything from chocolate and candy to many savory items, pies, meats, desserts and holiday specialty items they pretty much have it all! It has been very rare I haven't been able to find what I am looking for. Now, obviously with most of the items being imported, or specialty items with a limited audience, prices inherently reflect this, but are fair and comparable to other channels for trying to source these types of goods. The owners here are super friendly and helpful, it's always a fun experience visiting here, has a cool small market vibe, with the added benefit that you will often meet other British folks in here too.Even if you are not from the UK or familiar with British goods, I'd highly encourage going to try some items - you might just get hooked :)

"Good place to shop for your Filipino needs. Aisle 1 - closest to the DVDs. I call it the random aisle. Theres air fresheners, skin cleaners, spices, canned goods, a freezer for ice cream, lumpia wrappers, and Chinese sausage.Aisle 2 - mainly canned goods. You can find Ligo here. Canned jack fruit, kaong, coconut gel, beans, and more. Spaghetti sauce in a plastic bag. Pancit noodles. Sushi wrappers and furikake, and dried mungo beans. Aisle 3 - fresh vegetable section. Different sauces such as soy sauce, patis, cooking sauces. Chicharon. Sky flakes and other crackers. Pocky & Polvorone. Aisle 4 - snacks like shrimp chips, boy bawang, nagaraya, etc. Seasoning packets and frozen leafy vegetables in the freezer. They carry Goldilocks pan de sal on a rack near the register, there's a section for rice, and you can also rent Filipino DVDs for a day."
"Lots of options for your needs. Some stuff are a bit pricy the services and ambiance was soso. Maybe cuz it was closer to closing time. A bit far from where I'm at but will be back tho"
"2/27/2024Called in a teriyaki and grilled mackerel bento boxes...Last trip, prior I was able to get my lunch card stamped...Honestly, this would be one of my reasons to relocate here!!!...Excellent food presentation and for the value is truly better than going to a Japanese restaurant..Perfect way to end a very long and tiring travel day.. lol..Got my stamp card punched and maybe next trip I can fill it up.."
"Great Eastern European store!! It sells large clay pots for $29.99 which is a good price even compared to online!! They have several cheeses and lots of meats. Their larges selection is actually the meats. There's pretty much everything you find in the other euro stores too but the prices are competitive. English is very poor."
"LOVE this store! we are Polish and have shopped here for many years. This is the only store I've found many Polish products and gladly drive across town to stock up. All products are imported and makes it feel like home when we shop there."
"Wow what fun. This is a real great market for all your Indian spices and anything related to Indian foods. My intention was to eat here but due to covid the cafe could not find cooks and staff to run the cafe. I hope that changes soon. This market has everything imaginable for Indian style cooking, it has a ginormous refrigerated section as well as a frozen section, there is so much grocery items I doubt you would be hard pressed to not be able to find what you might possibly want for cooking needs.I'm gonna really look forward to shopping here when I'm in town and hopefully the cafe will be open then."
"I couldn't help but feel so overwhelmed by how much products they stock in such a small space. Their specialty is Asian Ginseng herbal medicine, Asian dried herbs for medicinal purpose and menthol topical ointment from an array of brands . They don't offer any fresh seafood or meats . Do carry a huge selection of frozen ones in the freezer . Vast amounts of dried seafoods too. Different brands of dumplings in the freezer aisle , dried noodles selections has its own aisle . Small section in the back for fresh vegetables."
"Mood - Easily Influenced I have so many screenshots in my phone of places that are appealing to me. And when I have the time I go thru my list and entertain those pictures. I saw this place on an IG post and knew it was a must to go and try it out. Upon entering, it is a grocery with a walk up counter for food and a seating area. Everyone was very friendly. You go to the back and place your order, go sit should you choose to dine in, and pay at the front register. We opted for 2 of the beef combo plates and their apple basil drink. This is always one of my favs.. Now when I saw that rice I was in heaven, and the taste was a close your eyes and just enjoy type moment. I'm very pleased with the food I got to enjoy. Interior is great. There are several items that are for sale, from grocery to household needs. It will make things easier when I'm trying to procure items for certain meals that are a part of my happy place moments. The seating area should you choose to dine indoors is quaint but there a few table and chair arrangements. Would def recommend- pricing for the portions was reasonable. The customer service and hospitality was beyond friendly. This made the whole meal quite enjoyable. Location is Tropicana/ Spencer- ample parking"
"India Bazaar is a great addition to the neighborhood! You can find a plethora of spices, nuts, rice, snacks, sauces and pickles, teas and coffee, canned desserts, ice -creams, beans, and microwave ready Indian meals. It's clean, spacious and convenient. The staff are helpful and nice. It's their opening day so the cafe isn't open yet and there are still no price tags on most of their merchandise. However, everything went well paying up for the goods I got that I'm excited to try. Browsing around was fun and convenient given the ample space between racks. Check this place out folks!"
"Just happened to walk by and into this little store. If you are looking for a huge selection of instant noodles, this is the place. For me, I don't do instant noodles. I did find Maggi and Aloha Shoyu. With 1/2 of Hawaii's finest, I don't think I'll be back soon. Nice you woman working the store by herself."
"For a small Euro market, it is neat, clean and has a good variety of mainstay/favorite items. I look for the spices, sweet chocolate cakes and now the Ayran yoghurt drinks. Finally found a variety of this type of drink! Its not everyones taste, but so am I. Hahaha.CC accepted w/$10+ purchase."
"El Super came in clutch when the awesome salad spot across the parking lot was out of avocado. Was able to grab one and slide through the checkout very quickly. What's a Cobb salad without avocado? Thanks, El Super!!"
"2/29/2024-In the area, and had to make a stop!I love being able to find the fruit strawberry sandwiches...Lucked out with a variety of sushi options...Picked up a bag of rice crackers for home..Another reason I would move here.. lol...Staff always friendly and helpful.."
"So glad they open one closer to Summerlin area. Place is big and have big selection of products. They have a cooked food area- with tacos, chicken, salsa, ceviche. They make tortillas as well. There is a tamales station - both sweet and savory. Good selection of bread and cakes. Their produce and vegetables are cheaper than regular markets and fresh. Like their meat and poultry areas. Place is big and clean. May need more help."
"The best place to find your middle eastern goods. I drive all the way from Henderson just to shop here. I haven't found any other store to sell the variety I can find here. The breads and zaatar are always good and if I want to make hummus, this place has the best chickpea dip."
"This buffet style takeout also has Asian groceries for sale. It's small but very convenient! They also cater!"
"What a nice welcome surprise with the brand new Ranch Mediterranean Market opening! This store has everything. It is predominantly a Persian/Iranian full line grocery store that stocks everything from fresh fruit and vegetables, rice, jams, teas, canned goods, pickled items, dairy cases, real saffron, prepared meats and a full halal meat counter. It doesn't end there...They also have a halal deli with various favorite halal cold cuts, imported hard and soft cheeses from Iran and several different olives imported from Italy. They will have a bakery too. They were setting up their brand new large hearth oven where they will be making and baking fresh breads and other delectable items everyday! They also have beautiful gifts, tea sets, dishes and samovars. Hadi and Susan were so nice and welcomed us into their store. They had a soft opening and are planning a Grand Opening to be determined at a later date after the store is completely arranged. All in all this store is going to be a one stop fabulous shop for all your Mediterranean/Persian grocery needs!"
"I really enjoy shopping here and even more so now that I live on this side of town. The food quality is solid, the service is cool. I don't speak Spanish, I do notice the employees seem more chatty with Spanish speakers and that's totally cool, I need to learn so I can be chatty as well. They are friendly though, I just like to know my cashiers at the store for a personal connection. Although I did give 5 stars, if I could rate the parking lot, it would be negative 100. As a single woman, I NEVER feel SAFE in the parking lot due to the pan handling and I'm always looking over my shoulders and running to my car. I will NEVER shop there at night because of the pan handling, I don't feel safe.Could I drive across town to Henderson or Summerlin to shop and feel "safer"? Sure, but I live here and want to shop and support my local grocery store. As the anchor store here, you gotta do something. It's dim lit and not safe at night at all. It's not safe in the day but I at least take a better chance surviving it in the daylight."
"Great market. Love finding all the middle eastern foods here. The family who runs it are so nice. They have fresh fruit and veggies and there meats are amazing. Many different types of bread as well. I love this place. You must stop in and say hello and check out the amazing things they sell. You won't be dissapointed"
"This gem of a market is incredible. Not only do they have all your kosher and Jewish needs covered but they offer fresh chef-made family meals. My mind was blown today when i stopped in for the first time. The owner Shay is so nice and took the time to walk me through the menu and show me all their food selections. I opted for the Jerusalem mix (a yummy mix of lamb, chicken and beef) with rice and carrots/green beans and potatoes as well as cabbage rolls filled with beef and cous cous. Every dinner comes with dessert too! The pricing is very reasonable. I was so impressed and the food was absolutely delicious. This is such a game changer for me with my busy schedule as an entrepreneur and mom! A great solution that allows me to maximize my time and still give my family home cooked meals! Highly recommend!"
"It's nice. I rarely find something that i want, but it's an adventure worth checking out. I wish they offered more coffee brands from a variety of countries. They did not have any brands that i was looking for, but had some brands I've never heard of. The produce is always interesting to browse, and they offer some unique/not found in national chain grocery items. Customer service was good."
"I always come to Greenland when im craving korean items such as Kimbap (korean sushi), of course Kim Chee & other various veggies that they make fresh daily. I also like the mochi and bakery section as u enter for sweet treats."
"Super cool Thai supermarket that I never knew existed another great yelp find! This market although small has all the Thai essentials that you need! Even small plants like Thai chilli and kefir lime plants! There were all the varieties of curry, fresh produce, frozen items and rice in small packets so you don't need to buy a 10 pound bag of sweet rice! I just learned about this market and have already been there 3 times this month! There's usually 2 staff and they are really efficient and will get you in and out!"
