I wasn't sure what to expect other than the "Noodle Show" but I was really blown away by most dishes. Standout dishes are for sure the Mr. Chow Noodles and the duck. Also the dumplings were great. I'm not sure what they do to these noodles but I've never had this texture before. It was so amazing I wanted to see if I could get them to go the next night there! Service was great and very attentive. Have to check out the one in Los Angeles."

Melissa S. "Komodo offers a lively - perhaps too lively - dining experience at Fontainebleau. My girlfriends and I dined here on a Friday night. The place wasn't very busy and the service is absolutely fantastic! While the Asian fusion cuisine shows promise, the premium Strip pricing makes it a little difficult to justify the overall experience. The standout dish was the crab lo mein, which delivered on both flavor and execution. Highly recommend it. If you're trying to get the best bang for your buck, the Kamikaze lobster will be your best option. And while it was good, it could've used more flavor (even after adding caviar). The cocktail program deserves praise, with well-crafted drinks complementing the menu nicely. We tried the Pikachu, Fortunes told, and the Lavender Haze (my favorite). The dessert menu truly shines, offering rich, decadent options that serve as a memorable finale to the meal. We had the banana Pagoda, 11/10!! The overwhelmingly loud music poses a significant drawback, making conversation challenging and detracting from what could otherwise be an enjoyable dining atmosphere. While the food is generally good, the Strip location comes with inflated prices that don't quite align with the quality of the experience. Consider visiting if you're craving Asian fusion and don't mind shouting across the table, but temper your expectations given the price point."

Service was simple, ands nice. Vibes were also nice, simple, clean, no weird smells, and decent enough place to get your food for dine-in.Definitely recommend"

There are two seater tables if you prefer privacy but it gets loud so expect to be yelling your conversation and try not to answer others convos since you'll hear theirs as well. The food was so amazing our waiter danced our food to us you hear me!! He knew the food was about to change our lives and the lord blessed the hands that prepared our meals! Let me tell you all what we had cause my Goodness it's that amazing! Small setting but very welcoming and feels just like home.So we started off with the wings, let me tell you the wings were fresh, so good I didn't need the ranch that came with it. I still dipped a wing in the ranch just to taste and my god I hit a little dance after every bite. The batter and ranch was store made. My mother in law took a bag of the batter home. We then had the shrimp & crab cakes. I'm not super crazy about them in general, but I was crazy about them today!! Had to shake my had cause the amount of greatness just made no sense but it did! Finally our plates came.My wife had the Salmon Noodles, my mother in law had the New York Steak & Broccolini noodles, and I had the New York Steak & Broccolini as well but added shrimp to it. The shrimp was so nice and juicy I thought they were prones but nope they were shrimp. Loved every bit of our meals. We chose the orange chicken, lemon chicken, and Mongolian beef. The beef had a perfect amount of spice. The lemon sauce was the best lemon sauce I've had - normally other places have a weird chemical lemon taste, but this was better. Everything was super filling but didn't seem too heavy on the oily side. Overall, dinner was great! Would definitely come back."

The taverna burger was juicy, seasoned to perfection, topped with goey cheese and some thiCCCer than a snicker crispy bacon. The rough chopped lettuce was fresh, and the side of fries were hot and crisp. My lavender drink was refreshing and lightly sweetened. An observation: I can tell a lot about a place by the energy level of the staff. Our waitress clearly loved her job and the restaurant. When we told her it was our first time, she was eager to give us a little tour of the venue and invited us back for brunch, music on the rooftop, and mentioned that the place is popping during First Friday. Rod U. "The best modern Vietnamese / Asian fusion eatery in Vegas. Now in its 10th year, it set the trend for big bone pho and Maine lobster pho even before influencers popularized it in recent years. It continues to innovate and impress.A go to starter, steamed sea snails in a fragrant lemongrass broth. Just the right comforting chew, like bubble gum from the sea! Also a must, the "Bo Tai Chanh" (beef Carpaccio). A complete dish where the raw beef mineral notes are perfectly accented by the spicy, zesty, citrusy, peppery notes of all the ingredients served with. Fried shallots add a great textural contrast. Finally, the simple grilled whole squid, sublime. Always perfectly cooked. Tender but toothsome at the same time. Now the main event, noodle soups. Well cooked pho noodles. Excellent, beefy, well spiced and seasoned broth that brings out the sweetness of both beef and seafood. Perfectly braised, fall off the bone tender oxtails. For marrow lovers, the big bone pho is a must get. That bone is LOADED with marrow. The whole Maine lobster pho is next level provided you wash out the head with the pho broth. It adds a whole new level of umami to the bowl and makes the lobster sweeter.Solid Bun Bo Hue exploding with flavor. Finally, the dark horse, OXTAIL PHO LOCO MOCO. Holy $hit! Rice topped with a grilled hamburger patty drenched in a gravy of pulled braised oxtail, veg, and beefy pho broth crowned with a crispy egg. Someone from Hawaii, learn how to make this so I don't need to fly 2500 miles to get this crack loco moco.Solid mixology program with inventive cocktails that feature an Asian twist.Always great service.Impressive since day one and still going strong."

Steven M. "It was the first day of October and I found myself at the Oktoberfest celebration at the Orleans casino that only had one actual booth for German food.....which is super strange for a German festival. After walking around for a bit I stumbled upon the Lit Wings truck and knew I needed to try the "Buffaloaded" fries they had featured on the tent. I placed my order and was handed a super hot bowl of absolutely delicious looking french fries covered in blue cheese and buffalo chicken chunks. I waited a few minutes for these fresh bad boys to cool down, but I fell in love after just one bite. I ordered the large which was $15 (a little overpriced, but it's a food truck so you kind of know what you are getting into when you go to one) and it had a plentiful amount of both french fries and Buffalo chicken pieces. Although that was the only thing I actually tried, this truck also features chicken strips, chicken wings, elotes fries, and various other things that all looked pretty dang good as well.Overall, the Lit Wings food truck saved the day for a super lackluster festival by not only getting my business, but my girlfriends also. If you see this truck somewhere, check it out, the Buffaloaded fries will NOT let you down."

Presentation: 5/5 Excellent presentation overall the meal looked appealing and appetizing Burger: 5/5 This is one of the best burgers I've had in Vegas, my typical favorite burgers are In-N-Out and Gordon Ramsey "Burger". "This is going to make me sound so biased, but I've never tried Todd's, even though I've heard only good things, because it seems weird to me that a "nice" restaurant would be by the grocery store, movie theater, nerd store (lol) and dentist I go to. However, Valentine's Day was on a Wednesday, during a very busy week at work, we decided to be super low key and eat near our home. This is when I thought, "Well, why not finally try Todd's?"Good thing we did! First, I have to say the service here is INCREDIBLE. We were new, obviously, and there were many regulars coming in that night, but our server, and everyone else we came into contact with, treated us in the same friendly, excited manner. There seems to be a lot of care and concern and I appreciate that. Second, the ambiance is great. The restaurant is nice and clean, especially the bathroom. The colors are dark and the lighting is moody so it's very romantic. It kind of made me think of a home style café/pub in the UK/Europe, with the big bar and wine bottles. Third, the food! That short rib with the jalapeno mash is to die for and we've already discussed that when we get that craving for some meat, we are coming here to have this short rib. Also, the Brussel sprouts are amazing and I definitely recommend those! Four stars for the rest of the food. The service was great!Pro tip: for large groups, make a reservation for 2 people more than you actually plan to have. Located in Shanghai Plaza away from the strip this place could double its size and easily keep the tables full. In fact, if you have a group larger than 6 you will end up being shoehorned into a table. But the food and service easily make up for that. We had a group of 7 so our seating arrangement was a tad tight but they made it work. Sapporo beer and Sake helped wash down some of THE best Chinese food we've enjoyed anywhere. Seriously. We had several appetizers and 7-8 dishes and they were all fabulous. From Mama's Famous Pork Buns (you gotta try them) to the Twice Cooked Pork (spicy), the Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Lo Mein, Mama's Special Fried Rice etc, the meal was spot on. "I made same day reservations for a party of 5 on a Wednesday evening. 3 of 5 arrived 30 minutes early, so they decided to seat us at the table next to the door - not a great spot as I could smell the funky air outside. But as we got them to uncork our bottle of red ($20 corkage fee) and as the rest of the party arrived, it eventually didn't bother me as much. But still would have liked a better table. We all decided to do the 7-course omakase, which they were able to accommodate (usual cost is $190 per 2 people). My fiancé and I were the only ones who have had omakase and had eaten escargot so there were a few virgins on our table which was exciting in itself. Each course and overall rating by everyone: 1. Scallop/uni/ikura carpaccio (unsure of exact name of dish but I've eaten more than my fair share of Japanese food and it definitely ate like a carpaccio) - 4/52. Salmon ceviche with light, airy, crispy chips - 4/5,Remember these chips as it will come into play for another course 3. Raw oyster - too fishy, not fresh - 0/54. Escargot - this was the first time I had grilled escargot, usually I have it drenched in butter the way the French prepare them. The virgins were surprised that they liked this - 5/55. Seared bass - cooked to perfection! My fave overall - 5/56. Bone marrow topped with grilled steak and foie gras - needed something citrusy to cut through the fat but still a good dish. By the time this was served, we were all so full. 1 needed help finishing her serving and asked for more of the chips (same one from the ceviche) - they served her with a small plate of chips - 4/57. All the gelatos were creamy and smooth - ube was our favorite flavor but the matcha was not bitter and the French vanilla was not overly sweet. 5/5. Cakes/pie: mango, chocolate mousse, & tiramisu- just ok. 3/5.This was my second time here and come back for the food and excellent service, most especially it's not on the strip. A LOT of the dishes have fish sauce. Just be aware. Even the soy sauce is house made with fish sauce. The soup dumplings were amazing. Bite into them with the flavor that spills and almost pops out... so good! The Crispy Orange Beef is awesome. I keep trying other things and end up always coming back to this crisp but tender amazingly seasoned beef in an orange sauce. I just cannot get enough of it. I don't get it with rice but I could see how others would like it. Drunken Noodles are okay. Definitely had to add extra spice. Pretty average so I will keep to my Thai places back home for this one.
