I have been using this company successfully for more years than I care to count in regards to getting my appliances repaired. They're a small family run business, with just a few employees. I believe I first found out about them from a warranty claim on a refrigerator. They came right out, fixed it, for a minimal charge. Done. Easy.Another time, a different refrigerator was having trouble with the ice maker. The guy came right out, told me the problem, said he'd have to order the part and come back out. But! he said I could order the part such as through Amazon, if I wanted to install it myself and save some money. He showed me exactly how to do it. To me, that's service! Again, he could have done the job, made extra money, but his customer service was that of, "Look, this is an easy repair. Save money on the part. Save money on labor." Love it!More recently, I had a washer needing repair. This is in 2022, towards the end of the COVID-19 Pandemic, where everyone is scrambling to find workers. Buy/Low Appliance is no different. Therefore, it took a couple weeks to come out. Part of that delay was also getting the part, with supply chain/shipping delays, etc. My washer is fifteen years old. However, once they were able to come out, they had a very nice, clean, respectable repair man come over. He fixed the problem. Washer works great! My point in telling these stories is that I haven't just used them once, but on several occasions. As my house, and its appliances, gets older and older, I may have to call on Buy/Low Appliance more often, and that is something I do not fear. They give terrific, honest service at a reasonable price. That's exactly what I want in an appliance repair company.

This was my go to appliance store when I lived here 10 years ago. I went there to get a washer and was shocked at how much the store had changed. Products were dirty, rusty and just not in good condition. Very disappointed because it was a hour's drive from my home. I won't be going back.

This place and the people that run it are the worst I've encountered in my 66 years of living. Do NOT under any circumstances use this company. We bought a fridge that didn't work. They didn't Honor the warranty. It took weeks to solve it. Even to get them to pick up the bad fridge...they made crazy demands just to pick up their faulty appliance. The texts they sent us were insane. A TOTAL UNMITIGATED DISASTER. The people in charge here are not normal. They are spoiled petulant trouble makers. Run from this place.

My experience with this company was nothing less than a nightmare! I first went there after they advertised new appliances on FB and quoted me a price saying it was in-stock. I took my list and conversation from FB and they tell me it won't be in until the end of the month. I was not happy with that realization but decided to look around at their used appliances. I picked out ones that matched for 2 homes and no hurry for delivery. One refrigerator didn't work at the time but I was assured that if it wasn't fixable then they would let me know and I could pick out a different one. Two days before the scheduled delivery, I called and asked about the refrigerator and was told it was working and would be delivered the following Thursday along with the other appliances I had purchased. The sales person also assured me they are thoroughly gone through by the Repair Person and any missing pieces would be replaced! They also told me they would call in advance with a approximate delivery time. None of what was said actually happened! Keep reading....Thursday they called me and said they were on their way....no advanced call. When they get there they set up the refrigerator (that I was told was working) and a dishwasher that never did get installed properly. After plugging in the refrigerator they show me it's starting to get cool. Next we go to another home and they deliver the other refrigerator (which they had a difficult time getting through the front door and they were getting angry at each other so I walked away). I didn't request them to make sure the second refrigerator was working and wanted to get back to the one where I needed to unload all the food that was in an ice chest. So I unload all the food into the first refrigerator and freezer and it's still only barely cold but decided to give it time like they told me to thoroughly cool. By that evening I check it and the food in the freezer was half way thawed and not cold. It's late in the afternoon and I text them like they suggest. In the meantime there is a very odd smell that is throughout my home. That night I started feeling dizzy when I got up. The next day a repairman called and said he was coming out. While on the phone I told him about the odd smell that was in my home and suspected it was a Freon leak which he agreed and came prepared to fix. Once he got there he added Freon and said he was going to lunch. I tried to text the company about the Freon leak and about my thawed food which was about 1p.m. They told he would fix it when he returned. I also told them he agreed that it was a Freon Leak and it was making me dizzy. I went over to the other house to check that refrigerator and I saw a scratch across the front of it that was not on it in their store. I sent them close-up pictures and they insisted that they didn't do it, yet the home was empty after they delivered it and I was the first one in the home. Apparently it was caused when they were having a hard time getting it inside. They denied everything and had their delivery guy call me and yell at me that they did not cause any damage until I hung up.At that point I didn't want to deal with them at all and asked them to pick up all the appliances and return my working refrigerator they took when they delivered the other items. They refused communication further and the repairman returned with a sealant for the leaking Freon. I was very angry with their response but I decided to let him in since he was an outside contractor and did not work for the company. We aired out the house after he left and hoped it was fixed. It did not fix the problem and continued to leak Freon again. Again my home was a thick smell of the Freon and I unplugged it! When I called them on Monday after all my food in the refrigerator and freezer ruined and sick from the Freon leak, I asked to speak to the Manager which they put a very nice woman on the phone that said she would look up the invoices and call me back. Instead I got a text so I called her back. The sales person grabbed the phone and told me it was my fault because I picked a faulty refrigerator. Apparently he wasn't aware that I had called and talked to another person (the one that wrote up the invoices) that assured me that the repairman fixed it and no need to pick a different one. They refused to pick up all the appliances, bring back my original refrigerator and credit me back for anything. They referred to the invoice that said they aren't responsible for any losses....including spoiled foods and there were no refunds. By that time it was going on the 5th day of no refrigerator and the Freon leak stayed in my home so I agreed to let them bring me a replacement. Even with airing out my home I was getting dizzy every time I stood. I looked online about Freon leaks and the Government website said "leave the home immediately and do not return until all smell is gone".

THIS BY FAR WAS THE WORST TRANSACTION THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED HERE IN VEGAS! very rude! Owners and delivery staff! What technician doesn't come with tools and then want to charge me a $25 service fee to come back out and connect the washer and dryer that I already paid for service and delivery? Didn't come with connections or hook ups and all of this was specified when I purchased the washer and dryer, thankfully I've been screwed over before and I record everything so they are now in breach of verbal contract!
