Burlington

Horrible experience. My mom purchased a LOT of items here and spent almost $200, and she simply asked that the items be double-bagged. The cashier was friendly, but his supervisor or manager was stingy with the bags and she was not very nice. The items were heavy and we were concerned they would rip from all the different items we got- heavy candles, portraits, gift boxes, apparel, etc. Also the shopping carts lock on the way out so it's very difficult for someone (especially someone disabled) to carry out everything. The plastic bags are weak and they did rip on our way out. Concern for the customer and customer service needs improvement.

This Burlington has a great parking area spacious and shares the same parking as target. When you walk in its so clean and smells so clean. The bathrooms were clean. I love this store the staff were nice cashiers were fast. The downside is that they are a bit smaller so everything is cramped together. But it's worth it's I love that they have so much stuff.

This is the worse Burlington location I have been to, they are in a nice area but the way they operate the store makes no sense. You never know when the dressing room will be open or when it closes and the customer service is not good. They had customers wait in line to use 1 changing room even though there were others open. I understand not having enough employees so you have to close the area if there is no one to watch it, but why waste so many people's time when you should know their shift and allow usage for multiple dressing rooms.

As soon as my family step on the store the security gave my daughter attitude felt discriminated made my daughter felt bad all she wanted was a toy and this guy at the loss prevention at Nigth make her excitement go away stay away from this place o just went to target next door

A staff member named Mikel greeted me at the store and even helped me with items that were heavy. Also remembers the customers and acknowledges those who come back at the establishment which overall makes shopping at Burlington more welcoming. Parking is widely available and the store is well kept together. It is a bit smaller compared to other Burlington's but still enjoyable with cute deals and a wide variety.

##### STAY AWAY #####This is the WORST STORE that we have ever gone to IN OUR LIFE!WORST than something that you would find in a third-world country!We have never gone to a store in a third-world country that was this bad!UNBELIEVABLE!It was so bad that we were LITERALLY sick to our stomach and had to LEAVE!TRUE!We have gone to their stores elsewhere for YEARS and ALL were EXCELLENT!We went to this store and were TRAUMATIZED!I'm not kidding.ONE (1) person was working inside the entire store and one guard standing by the front door!In short:- NO help!- DIRTY, FILTHY, SMELLY, with even VOMIT on the floor!- Items SO disorganized you could not find ANYTHING and EVERYTHING was all mixed up!- Items packed so tightly that you could not push a shopping cart through the "aisles"!- Floors cracked, unpainted, dirty, and damaged!- Walls unpainted and dirty!- Lighting so dim and depressing that you will feel that you need THERAPY after visiting! NO EXAGGERATION.We have NOTHING to do with Ross stores but go to the one a few steps away from this disaster and it is like DAY AND NIGHT different!The Ross store is CLEAN, WELL-LIGHTED, LOTS OF HELP, ORGANIZED, GOOD QUALITY ITEMS, and GREAT PRICES!WOW . . . this is TRULY . . . THE WORST STORE WE HAVE EVER GONE TO IN THE WORLD . . . INCLUDING THIRD-WORLD COUNTRIES . . . You've been warned . . . and this is NOT like other Burlington stores that we have gone to for many YEARS in other cities . . . Something is very, very, very wrong with this store . . . It appears that they got a very beat up vacate small store over a year ago and put ZERO (0) money into the store . . . Therefore, this is NOT ready for people to shop in . . . so STAY AWAY!!!
