Everyone commented on how good the food was! Chef Gail is most definitely 5 stars!

Working with Gail and Matt was the best decision I made for this event. The food was WONDERFUL. communication was easy and thorough. The all inclusiveness made this so easy to host. I will absolutely use them again for catering events for business and personal.

All of our guests were really impressed and many of them asked for my caterers info. Her prices are more than reasonable. I had researched many caterers in Las Vegas and she was by far, the nicest one, and the communication with Gail was outstanding. Some of the caterers I reached out to never even called me back. Gail wanted to make sure that I was happy with each menu item and the presentation. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with everything. At the end of the event, we still had a few people hanging out and she waited and stayed later than expected to do the clean up. There was plenty of food for the number people and we had leftovers that she boxed up for us. The event was 2 days ago and we're still enjoying the food! The favorites of the evening were Mini Chicken Fajita Quesadillas and the Beef & Blue Crostinis, but every single bite was a winner! I'm looking forward to the next event that Bullseye will cater for us! Thanks Gail!

I was tasked with finding catering for my companies open house for 100 guests. I am new in the area and by chance had been given a catering list from one of the meeting rooms we use. Bullseye was at the top of the list and I also email a couple others but I loved the detail to her proposal to cater our event. After meeting with Gail I knew I had made the right choice. With all that said, she helped me pick out choices for every picky eater and then some! Her staff was very professional and helpful, I just can not say enough about Bullseye Catering, except you will be sorry if you don't hire her!

First I would like to say, we have used this company many times for our company's holiday party. Where we have 30+ people each year. They were always the first company we called to help caterer our events. However, after todays service we will be hesitant to use them again. They came well prepared and had everything set up beautifully. Food was well prepared and tasted delicious. But when it came to the after math of going to pack up all the leftovers, we are not ask nor consulted if we wanted to keep our left overs. They had already packed and hauled all the food down to their van to take. However, all the food was paid for by our company and should not have been taken away. Once we realized the leftovers were taken we call the manager, after trying several times to reach her, she was unapologetic and seemed not to care. She even said, "that her staff members told her no one came to make a plate for leftovers." Sadly we were not apart of any conversation before it was all hauled away. In fact, where the food was located and severed, the door was closed so they could pack everything up. Why? It is very frustrating with the lack of communication that we were given just to simple have our leftovers. It was very disappoint this go around.

Wow!We had to get a catering in Nevada last moment as a different company cancelled less than 24 hours before the job, and I can thank god enough for sending us Bullsyey catering. They were on point, on time, friendly, but most important - they provided the MOST AMAZING FOOD! We had vegans and people with other allergies, and the company had solutions for all of them. Now, a few days later, the crew won't stop texting and emailing, thanking US for the fantastic food we provided them with. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Bullseye Catering Las Vegas is beyond amazing. I was part of a Production filming in Las Vegas. We had two caterers because it is a very large production but one caterer did not work out well. Bullseye was asked if they could take over and handle BOTH jobs. They did. Not only has their food been absolutely amazing and first class but their people are incredible. Saying they go "over and beyond" is an understatement. I am just one of many on the crew who appreciate them more than words can express. Everybody here is raving about the food and the caring, professiional, exceptional people who bring it to us. They make us feel like VIPs!

Gail and her staff did an fabulous job preparing two days of catered lunches. All ingredients were fresh and of excellent quality. The food was delicious and professionally presented. Gail was in excellent communication and was easy to depend on. I highly recommend Gail and Bullseye Catering!
