One of the best hot dogs I've ever had! Buldogis Gourmet Hot Dogs has been on my collection list on Yelp for several years. My husband and I were looking for places to eat on a Wednesday evening and ended up going to Buldogis Gourmet Hot Dogs. My husband has gone to Buldogis once, but it was over 10 years ago and he had mentioned their menu has significantly changed! Buldogis Gourmet Hot Dogs is located in Summerlin, off of Sahara Ave and S Fort Apache Road. The restaurant offers Korean fusion style food. Buldogis specializes in Hot Dogs, Egg Drops, Bibim Rice Bowls, and a lot more! If you need catering services, Buldogis also offers catering for any occasion! Current business hours are the followingMonday - Saturday: 8:00 A.M - 6:00 P.MSunday: 9:00 A.M - 3:00 P.MAs soon as we walked inside the restaurant, all of the team members had welcomed us in! It was my first time and I could smell all of the delicious food that was being cooked! We had entered at around 5:00 pm and the team did let us know that their restaurant closes at 6:00 pm. Looking at the menu, and since it was my first time, I had to get a hot dog!We ordered the followingMac and Cheese Hot Dog: Macaroni and Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, and HerbsHouse Special: P.B.L.T. Sandwich (Pork Belly, lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, green onions, Korean sauce, green onions, and I think some sesame seeds as well!Euro Special French Fries: Bacon, Cheddar, Garlic Aioli (on the side), and herbsThe French Fries were delivered first to the table. We had asked for a side of ketchup as well. They were delicious! There was so much cheddar cheese and bacon on top of the French Fries! I would order this again! The French Fries weren't overly salted as well! After about 10 more minutes, the hot dog and the PBLT sandwich arrived at the table! The hot dog was sooo good! I haven't had a hot dog as flavorful as the one at Buldogis before! It was so scrumptious! The Mac n cheese on top of the hot dog was a perfect addition. It was slightly messy, but totally worth it! My husband really enjoyed the PBLT sandwich too! The next time we stop here, we're both getting the Egg dropp next time! It's essentially garlic herb bread stuffed with eggs, cheese, and other items based on the order selection! I want to try the Bulgogi one! The service was amazing! I can't wait to come back again!

BULDOGIS is a cool fusion spot that puts an Asian twist on classic American comfort food, especially hot dogs. I went in for breakfast to try their viral egg drop sandwiches. They were good, but not mind-blowing--honestly, not sure they lived up to the hype for me. Surprisingly, I think I enjoyed the tater tots more! The atmosphere is very casual, with seating that gets the job done, but it's not the place to linger over a long breakfast, especially with a big group. That said, the staff was incredibly friendly--you can tell they actually enjoy being there.Worth a try, but maybe not a must-visit if you're short on time of it you're drive is long.

I've seen this place posted in IG and has a lot of endorsements by locals, here's another one! Needing to try this place we came Sunday afternoon and it was busy, no available tables inside, but didn't stop us! Inside was loud and a lot of activity, but it was all cooks talking and the hostess recommending items and taking care of everyone. Everyone there was amazing with suggestions and ensuring you had everything you needed. I had the PBLT and we split Kimchi Fries. Holy smokes. This food was amazing. Crispy sticky pork belly covered in sauce bursting with flavor. The fries were crunchy still even covered in bacon aioli and kimchi. Everything looks amazing here and I can't wait to come back to try the signature Egg Drop breakfast sandwiches.

Sometimes I'll have an appetite but don't really want the trouble of finding a full meal. A hot dog is a perfect solution for a quick bite, but hog dogs are simple and boring. Not here at Buldogis! This hot dog spot is so much more. They've got so many signature dogs, custom fries/tots, chicken sandwiches, and more, that I can come back here every week and try something new.On my first visit, I tried the Gang Nam ($11.95) and the Philly Cheese Steak ($11.95) and both came out great. They were both packed and heavier than a basic hot dog, yet I was still able to eat with my hands (and napkins!).I only wish there were more locations with one being closer to my home. Surely though, if I see their food truck around town, I'm definitely picking something up.

Come prepared for a heavy, grease-laden egg sandwich. Service here is very friendly and staff was well-organized during the morning rush. The establishment is small and tables are few so be prepared to wait for a seat. My wife and I ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausages. Despite the large size, everything was well proportioned - egg, cheese, and protein. The bread is good, soft, with a hint of garlic. Very heavy so we were unable to finish it. We also ordered the breakfast tots. A nice crunchy and the bacon bits were great. We skipped lunch and suffered major food coma.

Best Hot dog and breakfast sandwiche we have ever had!!!We ordered the Bulgogi Hot Dog with the beef spicy Hot dog . It was so delicious. Perfectly cooked Hot dog, topped with a bunch of yummy Bulgogi beef and Asian slaw, inside a lightly roasted bun!! We also got the Instagram sensation "meggadropp" breakfast sandwiche, "frenchie style" which was, sausage, bacon, eggs and tater tots inside brioche French toast style bun, topped with a glaze. Add syrup to taste. It was huge! Easily can feed 2 people. It was incredible! Delicious and made with love. The guys making the food were so nice and loved the good feedback!!Lots of to-go orders were being picked up while we were there. The seating is perfect size, casual and clean!

Came here visiting from LA. We remembered keith lee visited and we wanted to check it out for ourselves. Since we happen to be in vegas visiting. It was Monday morning and quite busy the flow never stopped. The inside was clean and the music was loud but it matched the vibes of the people. Felt like we were not far from home. We ordered two sandwiches and the chef ended up giving us one for free not pictured because we were just about to leave. It's super chill in here the people are so nice! They were so friendly and helped us out. We would definitely come back again if we are in town.

This place is located in an outdoor strip mall. Therefore, there is plenty of parking. The inside is small and has some tables and chairs for you to dine in, if you choose. We ordered three different breakfast sandwiches. We had the bulgogi, sausage, pork belly, and bacon sandwiches. They were all good. However, I would tell them to put less sauce on them and the meat was a little too sweet. We also ordered the chili cheese fries which were good, but too sweet, as well.

Had the famous egg drop sandwich and while it wasn't bad, I gotta say Im not sure it's worth the social media hype. It came out pretty quick, after about 5 minutes or so and it definitely looks impressive. That said, it is a nightmare to eat as when you try to take a bite, egg, sauce and whatever meat you ordered tries to fall out and the bread itself is greasy/sticky meaning you will definitely need a lot of napkins. The flavor has a sweet and savory vibe with just a bit of heat. Trying each ingredient on its own reveals it's really not anything too crazy, just an egg and cheese sandwich with your choice of meat and a slight bit of sweet and heat from the sauces. Definitely worth trying once, but not sure I'd hurry back, especially with so many great breakfast options in the valley. That said, I am curious to try their lunch menu.
