We enjoy finding the speak-easies hiding at various casinos in town and decided to check out Bugsy's Cabaret. They make it difficult to find the door, and even Security wouldn't tell us exactly how to get in, instead providing general guidance to the area of the entrance. Once inside, we waited a few minutes for two seats to open up at the bar. Once seated, the bartender was friendly and prompt. He was knowledgeable for a wide range of speak-easy libations. We each enjoyed what he made for us. When you are inside Bugsy's you realize that you are actually inside the Bugsy & Meyer Steakhouse. Unlike other speak-easy style rooms in Las Vegas, this one is more fun to find but not nearly as seclued as some others owing to the glass wall separating you from the diners.

This review is only for the venue itself (see my separate reviews for shows we have seen here). We have seen both Wayne Newton and X Burlesque here at this venue to date. We like this venue because it reminds us of one of the old Vegas Showrooms. Overall, the venue is nice, sound and lights good, and staff friendly and helpful. They don't have a showroom cocktail server so you have to get your drinks at the bar near the entrance to bring inside. The seating and stage view are good, but keep in this mind this show room is one single level and not tiered so the further you are up front, the better chances you will have an unobstructive view. A couple behind us was complaining that I was going to block their childs view because I moved my reserved aisle seat out slightly, but the staff was great and moved us so I didn't have to deal with their poor planning (I really apprecicated this gesture from the staff). Overall, we have had very good experiences here. On a side note, the Wayne Newton show was excellent, and X Burlesque is our favorite of the three X shows put on by Stabile Productions in Las Vegas (xshowslasvegas.com).

Went to this place to try to get a show but because i tripped on my shoe that later fell apart they wouldn't let me in the show stating i was too drunk to go in. Marah and dawn don't care about customer experience. A total rip off. Go literally anywhere but this bullshit ass place.

This review is for the theatre only and not for the show I was here to see.Bugsy's Cabaret in the Flamingo Hotel is near the front of the casino. It is a small, intimate theatre seating roughly 150 people in a semi-curcular seating arranegement. Bugsy's Cabaret is hime to several shows including X Burlesque, Piff's Piffmas Pifftacular, X Comedy, and Jeff Civillico. The lineup changes from time to time with X Burlesque being the show that is the main one in the theatre. I have seen a number of shows in the theatre and find it a pleasant showroom. There are two lines outside the theatre--one for VIP guests and one for regularly ticketed people. I came here to see X Comedy that was to begin at 8. Rather than standing in line, I waited in the casino watching tourists and went to the line when it was shorter at about 7:45.Since it is such a small theatre, there is no need to be the first there. The rear row of seats is reserved as are some of the two seat cocktail tables in the center of the stage area. They are generally had by giving the maître d' a tip which isn't really necessary unless you're trying to impress a date with your Las Vegas skills. The maître d' told me to take the end chair seat near the center in a reserved section for VIP ticketed people even though I had a free ticket. If you're at the comedy show and don't want to be part of the show, these are not the best seats to take. X Burlesque is the time you want this seat. The sound system in the room is quite good, the stage is a fairly good size for the size venue, and it's a good theatre with good sight lines in which to see a show.

Cute little venue that reminds me of a small jazz club or a small comedy club. We came and watched Piff the Magic Dragon. We got the VIP tickets and the tickets said first come first serve seating and the VIP tickets get priority seating. However, a lady escorted us and seated us so we weren't able to pick. This was kind of disappointing. The show itself was fantastic! I highly recommend the show!

This review is for the theater only, not the show. What a horrible venue. First - VIP seats are a joke. There is no reserved seating, only the hosts that seats you.. We were way over to the side, and while we could see, we would have rather been in the back than where we were. Second - the seats suck. They are cheap cabaret style chairs and I was constantly squirming trying to get comfortable. My butt was sore afterwards. Because they are free standing, people can easily adjust their angle so they can see better, which isn't good when they block your view. Third - they cram way too many people in there (at least the show I saw). Again, blocked views, hard to maneuver after the show, etc. Fourth - the sound was actually good. Hence, the 2nd star. Sad thing is, there's the great show there staring Piff the Magic Dragon, starring Piffels, who spends most of the time in the audience (and the only real reason to get VIP seats this show as you might get to hold him). Hopefully the show will find a better venue soon.

Came here for X comedy, didn't find it funny at all. The content was dated and immature. Mostly fart jokes and dirty one liners. This sort of comedy would appeal to the alcoholic uncle sort.Three stars because the audience seemed to be enjoying it. But the audience also broke out in a Trump! Trump! Trump! chant... So take that as you will.

Cute little venue and Piff the Magic Dragon was beyond hilarious. Would see him again regardless of location. Would come to another event here. Expensive beers.

Just saw Piff the Magic Dragon at Bugsys and really enjoyed it. The show is the perfect length, has some great laughs and the theatre was nice. Took my 15 year old son for his Birthday and his exact words were "I think I peed myself laughing". Keep up the good work Piff!

We saw the Piff, the Magic Dragon show when we were in Vegas last week! It was hilarious!! Our seats were phenomenal and we had a fabulous time! Tiffany was wonderful and a great help when we had a little glitch getting our tickets ordered on Ticketmaster! Thanks again for a fun, funny night at the show!!
