Buffet Asia On Nellis

So... we arrived slightly before 2pm and we paid and head to our table. It wasn't crazy packed but have good amount of people. We came to the table and one of the server came and straight up :" Receipt." So we gave her our receipt and she took our drinks order and seems like she's in a rush, before we finished our sentences and she already turned her back to us, okay she work fast I get it. Cool. Her tone and attitude was not it, fine, we at a buffet so we don't need to deal with her much so I was like let it go, I'm here to spend time with my friends. There's a lot variety of the foods yes, but quality wise just don't expect much. You pay what you get. So after one round I'm already done with it cause the food really wasn't that good. I finished my first plate and just sipping on my Coke. At least the soda is good. We trying to see if there's ice cream and I saw they put in crab legs so I was like ohh let me get some since I didn't see it earlier and I only went one round. So I took some and put it on our table and head back to get some butter. When I came back my friend told us that our sever took it away because we paid for lunch and not dinner, crab legs is only for dinner, so I'm like okay. Guess we're not having crab legs then. So the problem is the server. I wasn't at the scene when the server grab it but I found out that she didn't say anything, she just took the plate away because she see the receipt that we paid for lunch. First off, you can approach us with so many different ways, you can explain the situation before you took the crab leg abruptly. You could have ask if we are willing to pay the difference, and the crab legs is already at our table, I touched the crab legs and you took it away without knowing anything. You gonna serve that back to others after it's at our table? With the action+attitude she is giving me, I don't think she'll throw it away. Well it's my assumption anyway. You are so anxious about the situation like we just some crazy people try to take advantage of the restaurant, like come on, we could of pay the different without all these situation you want to put us in. I was ready to leave after that, I was standing the whole time after then I heard she was having little convo with her trainee I believe, she was saying she took the crab legs away because we didn't pay. Excuse me lady? You think you're the only one who can speak Mandarin in there? I was so heated but I was just so done with it. I'm a Chinese myself and seeing them acting like that it's just really embarrassing. I just don't understand why servers will give bad services to customers. Like if you don't want to work there then don't. Don't give attitude to people that did nothing wrong to you. Have some work ethic. Customer don't want to see your angry face either. I didn't tip because I didn't get the minimum service that I could have gotten. But my friend told me he already tip when we came in. Because we paid beforehand I was like how could you even tip before you even sat down? Anyway the whole situation is very let down.

Tried this place for lunch and their weekend seafood buffet Lunch Monday-Sunday is 12.99$The seafood dinner buffet is 23.49$Don't know why this place has so low ratings. The food was fresh and delicious. Everything was constantly refilled with fresh batches. Seasoning was on point. Lots of things to choose from Servers bring napkins and drinks and remove dirty dishes constantly.

Out of all other locations, this Buffet Asia On Nellis is probably one of the best. This place has the most selection of food. The best value for the money! Based on my experience, both on lunch and dinner the food was fresh, and delicious.I really enjoyed the dinner there because they served fresh oysters, frog legs, crabs ... fresh fruits, vegetables ... I also love the soft serve yogurt for dessert, it's really creamy and delicious! Service is fast, polite and attentive. Servers bring napkins to the table, refills for the drinks and remove dirty dishes constantly. I really appreciate them!The dining area is pretty big, lots of tables and seats. Restrooms are filled with graffiti, I have never seen anything like that before, but generally they are very clean.

Discovered this place looking for a Chinese buffet. When we first arrived the 2 guys at the counter were extremely friendly! They stated they have been there for 10 years!! The server sat us at a table grabbed our drinks right away! The food there is so much to choose from they have all the classics fried rice, noodles, orange chicken, sweet and sour pork, salt and pepper chicken wings, clams, shrimp soup, whole shrimp, seafood toast, beef and broccoli, chicken stick, and lots more including sushi!! Everything I tried I like so delicious with lots of flavor!! The server was very attentive with taking plates away and refilling the drinks!! Everyone there was enjoying the buffet from what I can gather! Very good vibes in there everyone was just so happy!!

Great buffet! A wide variety of foods to choose from! Staff is always refilling food on buffet line. Drinks always refilled and staff is super friendly! Venue is very clean and price is totally reasonable!

If you're in the mood for fresh seafood especially crab legs and lobsters then don't come here. Needless to say it was our first and will be our last visit. Sure, the price per person is $20 less than other seafood buffet, but here, the age old adage: you get what you pay for, rings true. It was the worst buffet dining experience I had. Period. The dining area was dirty, and the buffet area was not much better. Service was meh, we never got our water refilled. Maybe we are the only ones feeling this way, because the place was packed as we came and when we leave. Bottom line: worse money spent on seafood

Good food. Lots of seafood selection. Servers and staff were very attentive. Don't forget the oysters and lobster sautés in garlic and scallions.

This buffet provides all-you-can-eat crab legs and Cantonese Lobster on the weekends. The price is only $24, which is an amazing price compared to the Las Vegas strip. They also have the items you expect to find at a Chinese Buffet. This buffet was delicious at a great price.

It was my first time coming here and I was excited at first but food isn't as hot as it should be , food was dry , OVER PRICED 2 adults and it was $53 me and my partner tried to eat a couple different things and everything was just nasty and we aren't picky eaters it was very disappointing they need to work on keeping food a good temperatures crab less were super cold and very skinny so nothing really inside at all . After we tried food we didn't like it so we tried to give the pastries a shot can't go wrong with desert , but even those tasted stale and weird tasting :( we left with unfinished food at the table I wish I could've gotten a refund . Service was mid Highly don't recommend unfortunately unless ur ready for disappointment

Respectfully... who keeps funding this business?As a Vegas local and past tourist this buffet is NOT it. I went for dinner on a Thursday with my partner and I've never purposefully only made eye contact with my partner across the table rather than look around and enjoy the environment of a restaurant. I noticed that the window blinds and sill were dusty and dirty and the bathrooms there looked like gas station bathrooms. They keep it warmer in there than compared to the comfortable weather outside which as of recently it's a cool 70 degrees. As I get sat down and the waitress asks what do I want to drink and I respond with "what drinks do you have" and all of a sudden you don't understand what I'm asking, it's kinda frustrating. The food was not fresh and PLEASEEEE do not eat any sushi or raw items because if it was warm inside and the sushi rice has a hardness from sitting out I guarantee you will get food poisoning. Nothing was fresh, the same 3 items got replaced throughout my stay there and it wasn't even necessarily getting emptied out they just kept putting a new batch.Please stop funding this buffet and go somewhere where the quality of food and service is decent. I wasted my $42 at this buffet when I could've gone to an authentic Korean bbq and not worry about getting sick afterwards.
