Bristlecone Bar

Overall place is great and has a nice view of the ski resort. Service with the waitresses has been great; both women were very nice. Bartender (tall white woman) however needs to smile more; she just stood there and made us wait to order a drink until we said "hellooooo". I liked the giant pretzel the best and their hot cocoa was really good.

My husband and I drove about an hour to Lee Canyon/Bristlecone to get away from the heat. We sat upstairs on the patio and waited for about 20 minutes before we ordered at the bar. (We arrived around 6pm so understandably busy.)The only food items available were flatbreads.No appetizers or salads. We ordered the Philly cheese flatbread (pictured). I had two bites. The best thing about this place is the gorgeous views and drinks!

What a cool place to kick back with a drink in top of Mt Charleston. Perfect place to cool down on a hot summer day in Las Vegas. When it was over a 100F in Vegas we were relaxing in upper 60 degrees weather. What makes this bar special is that it nested on top of the mountain, over 8600 in elevation. The window open completely so you can enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains and in the summer watch mountain bikers. As for the bar: nothing fancy. This is a ski resort/adventure park in summer. The bar does have a wide range of beers and a full selection of cocktails. Plus there are a variety of appetizers, flatbreads and other items on the menu. You come for the view! Worth a stop to cool down from the desert heat and enjoy the mountains!

Disappointed with our 1st visit here. The female server was nice, BUT the food was below average. We were famished since we hadn't had lunch & it was 3:30PM when we arrived. We ordered the corn dip & chips; pepperoni flatbread ,as well as Buffalo chicken wings. The flatbread & corn dip were decent. However, the wings were inedible due to immense saltiness. Other annoying variables were:NO bottled water (seriously?!)NO high chairs (really?!)PROS: gorgeous view of the mountain from the terrace Spacious restaurant, and they had one of my favorite beers on tap.

The vibe is vibing. The fact that they sit at the bottom of where you land after snowboarding, it's the perfect spot to watch and have a beer or two. They have decent bar food. Service is good, they have servers that are attentive being it is a seasonal spot. I appreciate that they give ou a 10$ credit for having a lift ticket which brings the crowd into the space. I love that this bar will be open to my friends that wont be snowboarding but can hang out with us while we do. It's just a perfect spot especially when they have the live dj! I heart Vegas.

What a fun last minute get away! The bartender Ashley was amazing!!! I got the pizza which was pretty good . The views and the crisp air I really enjoyed. I also did the lift scenic chairs and the guys working it were so nice, my girlfriend dropped her cell phone and they retrieve as we rode one more round. Overall all the staff members were friendly excited to finally try snowboarding and coming up here this winter.

A N G I E a terrific attentive server! Our small group found a great sunny table to watch our skier (2nd time skiing) & had enjoyed Bristlecone's pizza & several refreshments. She suggested if we'd like to place an additional food order to do so ahead of the crowd. And did people arrive!! Our nachos were a perfect snack to end our Lee Canyon afternoon. I went skiing at Lee Canyon for the first time this season. My dad and I decided to eat here for lunch and we definitely didn't regret it. They only had one server working today so actually getting our order in was a bit slow but once it was in, we got our food fairly quickly. We ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza and a Soft Pretzel with cheese dip. The BBQ Chicken Pizza was very good. It had a nice crust and the chicken was tender. The Soft Pretzel was warm and had a good amount of salt on it. The cheese dip was really tasty and had a hint of jalapeño, I believe it was, in it. It was nice to eat our food with the view of the ski slopes as well. In my opinion, out of the restaurants at Lee Canyon, this one is the best.

We always have a wonderful time visiting this venue. STEPHANIE has been our server the last few times here. Stephanie is very personable & proficient. She makes everything fun & friendly. The food is quite tasty! Today we tried the pepperoni flat bread pizza which was awesome & an order of chicken wings. The wings are really good! We brought our pup, so they are dog friendly....even ordered a side of grilled chicken for him for only $4. Great views of the chair lift and mountains. We loved it!

Kari, our server, was great and attentive. This establishment is good for what it is. Food and drinks tasted great - we had the pretzel and garlic chicken stone fired flatbread.
