BREAKFAST THREE TIMESI stayed at Paris Las Vegas for 5 days on the last week of August. I found this by mistake. This small coffee and pastry shop is right outside the hotel registration and close to one of the roulette wheels. I came here to eat three times for breakfast as the pastry from another cafe in Paris Las Vegas wasn't good. The first time I came here was the last Wednesday of August. I ordered pain au chocolate (chocolate croissant) and white mocha. The chocolate croissant was ok as I expected the pastry to be crispy on the outside with a lot of chocolate inside. Then I noticed the different variety of brioches. The next morning I came back here to order a blueberry brioche and brewed coffee. The glaze on the blueberry brioche reminds me of a glazed donut. The brioche was airy yet filling for breakfast. The last time I came here was Friday on the day of my checkout from Paris Las Vegas. This time I ordered a cinnamon brioche, which looked similar to a cinnamon roll. Both brioches tasted better than the pain au chocolate. Even though I came here three times I didn't try other items such as the sandwiches and quiches. Due to the name of this eatery the specialty is the brioche. The brioches were tasty and filling but not extraordinary.

Ordered 2 Lattes and we enjoyed them. The coffee and steam milk ratio was good. The barista though needs to smile and be more happy. All in all not bad.

Im working at the Paris for the WSOP and this is my coffee shop of choice. They have like 2 others before I even get here and I've tried both and they are nothing close to Brioche! Everyone is always nice and attentive even though I am an employee and not a true "guest" so thank you for caring about my coffee. I appreciate it and you all!

Service was great. Fast line at like 9:30/10 am.The place is inside the Paris. Small but efficient. We ordered 2 coffees. Both Iced. White mocha was perfect. Partner got the Iced Americano which he said was good. We saw their bakery items (Vegas prices so beware) opted just for coffee. Looked like most of the items were there for a day or more.

Sadly this was a disappointment. Waited for 25 minutes in line while patrons took their time to order and server took their time to fill orders. Coffee was Starbucks which is everywhere on Vegas so nothing special. We ordered the raisin croissant, chocolate brioche, and ham/cheese croissant. They were out of ham/cheese sandwiches by 10am, which we would have preferred to try. The raisin croissant was ok, but only saved because the raisins had some moisture to them because the croissant was cold and dry. The chocolate brioche was dense and dry as well. I feel like these were days old and not freshly made like you'd expect from a pastry shop especially if you're trying to emulate France and has Guy Savoy's name on it. The ham and cheese croissant was ok, lots of meat but lopsided on the croissant and again cold, dense and stale.Skip this one and go to eggslut or the bellagio pastisserie.

You can get a good cup of coffee and pastry at Brioche, but with no chairs or tables, it's mostly take it to the room or on the way out. Coffee is rich, Nutella brioche and buttery croissants are good quality, even better when warmed up. There are a number of bakeries off-Strip just as good, so locals probably won't go out of their way. Prices are what you'd expect for a convenient to-go counter in a resort lobby, but they are odd. You can buy coffee and a brioche individually for $12.98 but if you get the 'coffee and brioche combo', it costs $12.99. How magnanimous, Mr. Savoy. And their overhead menu looks like it was created by a used car salesman (check photo). I've never been a fan of ending every single menu item with a .99...just call it a $7 croissant instead of $6.99. "It's only there just to fool the public," Smokey Robinson once said. Luckily the Michelin award winning talents are on display at the namesake restaurant because this one's okay, but not amazing.

please don't waste your time here. Sarah was not happy to be serving her customers. When we asked about the freshness of their pastries, Sarah got very offended. Croissant wasn't served warm, coffee was good. Our order was packaged into a plastic bag that was literally served as a garbage liner for the garbage disposal that sits on their counter. Rather visit a bakery in Aria. Highly recommended!
