Located in the Fine Dining wing of Resorts World. We came here before the Janet Jackson concert on property. We had a reservation and got seated around 6 pm on their small front patio. Service and food were great! The menu is small, but they serve elevated classics like pizza, spaghetti, and various styles of pasta. Their pasta is handmade, and you can taste the freshness. We enjoyed a variety of dishes 'family style.' I found the portions to be filling, but not too rich. Overall, we enjoyed an excellent dinner, but the food pacing was SLOW.

Our last night in town, we wanted a nice dinner. So my bf and I loaded the toddler up with an iPad and his Mickey Mouse doll and came here. It was fantastic. Service was excellent- attentive, not rushed but definitely not lagging with a small child. The ambience was nice and inviting. The food was amazing! My son loved his pizza. I loved the octopus and the sauce with it. I devoured my gnocchi and had to fight not to order more. I had asked for it with no meat and an Alfredo sauce instead. Incredible. My bf seemed to love his scallops too. I would definitely come back here!

Brezza was very good. All the food we ordered cooked to perfection. The wine and cocktails on point. Soothing aesthetics that make a nice ambiance. Our server was so attentive. I don't know when is the last time I went out for dinner and someone checked up on us so much. THANK YOU! An Italian, dinner date that I will cherish for a long time. Happy New Year everyone!

Yelp Review 2025 #4:We have a sea of Italian restaurants in Vegas. We have some really fantastic ones, some are average, and some are less than fantastic but edible.Brezza is located inside Resorts World - the calmer side of The Strip. But depending on where you park, it can be a long trek to get from the parking lot to the building. Hey, you get your steps in and work your appetite before having a meal!My friends and I had reservations for Christmas lunch which was nice and quiet. The decorations made the place look festive without being gaudy. We got seated right away. The menu is simple with 1 page. They have appetizers, pizza, sandwiches, pasta, chicken, steak, fish, sides, desserts, mock tails, and cocktails. The service was great. We were given a bread basket. It had 4 slices of focaccia but it was basic. Some places have sun-dried tomatoes, rosemary, olive oil and Parmesan, onions. This was just plain with a side of butter.Chicken Piccata:Lemon, capers, parsley. This was average. 3/5Roasted Brussels Sprouts:I wish they would've spell checked their menu ("brussles") before printing. Pancetta, chile flake, lemon. Not worth $21! There was no crunch on the Brussels sprouts and the flavor was one-dimensional. 1/5Margherita Pizza:Tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil. Pizza on a more focaccia dough crust giving it a softer texture. 4/5Beef Cheek Ravioli:Parmigiano Reggiano, European butter, aceto (Balsamic vinegar). Tasty! 4.5/5Cappellacci "Oreganata":Cauliflower, spinach, lemon, garlic, capers. A good vegetarian option. 4/5Lemon Olio Verde Tart:Lemon curd, nepitella (minty basil), olive oil, meringue. I'm not a huge fan of lemon-flavored desserts. This dessert was plated beautifully. The texture and flavor contrasts were great making it interesting and intriguing with every bite. There are little dots of sour lemon jelly if you want more tartness. And for that 5/5Overall, Brezza is an ok choice.

Upscale Italian cuisine with a beautiful modern interior. We had a dinner reservation, it was a fine Italian cuisine here at the Resorts World. We ordered the Charred Octopus with beans, limoncello and radish a great starter. The octopus was perfectly grilled. The whole Branzino fish had a smoky charred flavor, moist and crisp skin, one of my favorite dish. The Squid ink chitarra came with mussels, clams, and shrimp, it had a right amount of tomato sauce and the pasta was cooked aldente. The seafood here are fresh and great quality. The best pairing cocktail was the Brezzacello definitely refreshing. Our Server was accommodating and knowledgeable to their dishes , he knew the wine and cocktail pairings that goes well with the dishes.Overall the service was great plus the dishes here were top notch, fine Italian cuisine, certainly will come back again.

Italian food has become my favorite food ever since most restaurants have started to serve gluten free pasta. We came in for a comfort dinner and it was the best meal we had when we were staying at Conrad. Restaurant is very beautiful and our booth seating was very spacious and comfortable. We had gf pasta and grilled whole Branzino as appetizers, also organic chicken and pork shank as entrees. Bottle of white wine to go with our comfort meal. Everything tasted fantastic and the service was great too. We loved everything and we would visit again when we are in town!

WARNING - Nice restraint, suggest reservations. We went on a Wed before a concert and they were very dedicated to getting us out in time and it was busy. Food was good, four of us. We split a ceasar salad, I had chop and it was delicious...spouse ordered the pasta special with truffle. They don't mention price and we didn't ask but the rest of the pasta was 30-40 (how much can pasta be? Well, WARNING it was $135!

Came on a Thursday night F1 weekend, ambiance is very relaxing, soothing trendy music and the perfect mood lighting. Brezza has an open feel with rustic, modern Italian aesthetic and plenty of mixed seating. Service was excellent and staff was attentive and very helpful. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the dishes as well as wine pairings. For drinks we ordered sanguinello ($20) dirty martini, quintessential (barrel aged) ($25) , red Volpolo ($25) Appetizers, we order the Brezza "Caesar" ($26), charred octopus ($34) and east coast oysters w the mignonette sauce ($34). My favorite out of the appetizers, was the Caesar salad was not a classic Caesar, it was prepared very differently but delicious. Entree, pasta Bucatini alla amatriana ($34) and filet mignon ($82) and for the price 4/10 compared to other steaks restaurants on the strip, side of roasted Brussels sprouts ($21). All in all, the dining experience was amazing.

The restaurant looks beautiful service was very good. Now the food. This is one of those chefs that can't help themselves. They have to add flavors that unfortunately just don't taste good. Had the veal parmigiana. Looked amazing. Large bone in chop. Wow. Except tasted fair at best. Way too much olive oil used to cook it. Tasted bitter slightly from the oil. 2 stars especially for this high end expensive place. Pork shank way over cooked bland and slightly dry. 2 stars. Pork chop. Could not even eat it. Sent it back. Horrible. Tough as a piece of wood. 1 star. Pasta was ok. 3 stars. Cannot recommend this restaurant.

BEWARE....they say they don't give change for cash transactions. I find this pretty suspicious for a restaurant in Las Vegas. My friend and I had dinner last week and planned to pay our bill in cash. The waiter said the restaurant accepts cash but does not give change. What??? I really think it's just a way for the waiter to pocket extra money. A little here a little there. My friend and I were pretty irritated but we let him keep the extra money above what was already a generous tip. I wish we changed our form of payment to credit card. In addition, I meal was not good. We barely ate out meal. We ordered a few sides to share and they lacked flavor or anything interesting.
