I stopped by for a quick coffee and was surprised when I saw they had lavender flavored coffee! I love lavender coffee and it's hard to find out here in vegas. Service was amazing as the owner was the one who was who took my order and made my coffee. He stated business wasn't doing so great but I truly hope his coffee shop succeeds as their ambiance is great! They have tables with board games. It looks like a place where no matter your age, you'll have a good time. Definitely planning on taking the drive and going back regularly during these upcoming winter months !!

My daughter told me about Brew It since it's around the corner from school. It's located downtown, street/lot parking available. We walked from school. The inside is very spacious, lots of seating/tables and love that each one has a game! My daughter ordered a Vanilla Frappuccino and Croissant. I ordered off the January special menu and got the Banana Cold Foam over Peanut Butter & Dark Chocolate Cold Brew. They offer a student discount with valid ID. We sat down at one of the booths and our order was brought out to us. Friendly service, clean and really love the vibe.

Big booths to small seating areas with access to outlets. There's a microwave and condiments area. And some games laid out on the tables.Parking is attached to the building, off 6th Street: Private parking lot for the Schwartz 601 Building (blue and white).Food and drinks:Bananas, pastries, sandwiches, pizza and hot dogs. $1.75 for a cup-a-noodle, which was added to their menu for students that come buy an want food for under $2. Drinks also include non-caffeinated smoothies. I'm a non-picky iced Americano drinker. I'm just happy to easily find space in parking and seating to get some work done.

Cute store though, and I loved the seating area. They also had games you could play and while we were there it seemed like a little get together was happening, so I loved how chill it was. Mood: keep it LOCAL I love love love a good local coffee spot. This place is great for watching a game, doing work, and grabbing some good treats. The fall menu has some really good options and I highly recommend the toasted marshmallow pumpkin latte. 10/10 nice and hot for these fall days. Service was very polite and had some good conversation. The space is pretty big, parking is right there on the street as well. You can also play the table game's available inside with the different seating areas. Will go again while in the downtown area to try another fall menu item and get some work done.
