Break Time Vape

Every time we go to Break Time, the young man who works there (Noah is his name), gives us the best customer service. We've gone other times when there's other people there working but none of them give us the great customer service that Noah does. He is so knowledgeable about the products and gives us suggestions and his opinions on things so, of course, we buy more than we originally ever plan on buying. We've been to the shop in Costa Mesa and on the Southside of town as well but the Sky Pointe is our favorite location. So many choices in vape juices, vape mods and other accessories. I highly recommend this shop for your vape juice needs.

Love the experience and friendliness the associates that work here have. I went in and got some juice and coils from Noah and he was more than happy to look up what coils I needed for my mod, so that I would receive the right product. Everything here is competitively priced and definitely worth the price you pay. 10/10 place and I will definitely be returning for all my future purchases.

Vince helped me choose a new mod since mine has been semi broken for about 5 months now lol. Selection was pretty good, literally had everything I personally needed as far as juices, tanks and boxes.The place is pretty clean for being open for only 2 weeks, there is a lot of unused space but that's just more room for activities!Overall customer service was great, I got exactly what I needed and he gave me a run down of how the mod works. Looking forward to checking this place out a month or two from now when they figure out what to do with all that space lol

First and foremost, I have to compliment Chase in his amazing customer service. These guys are really great and so accommodating. In the past, when they were out of what I wanted, they took my information and called me the next day to tell me what I wanted was in stock. Great customer service. Today, my needs were ridiculous honestly, but they helped me with everything that I needed and took extra precautions at my request. They problem solved for me, they were incredibly communicative, and they truly went above and beyond.I'll be recommending their stores in the valley to those that live in LV, and I'll be sharing how amazing they are with all my friends back in my home town of Costa Mesa (break time also has a shop out there). 10/10 I will always shop here for my vaping supplies.

Madison was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She was patient and helped me get exactly what I wanted. The shop is clean and has a great selection. It could use some art work on the walls, it feels really sterile and like a jail cell in there. I highly recommend Break Time Vape, and Madison!

I came in here on 10/26/21 and the guy behind the counter sold me the wrong coils for my Crown vape. I came in the next day to exchange it and would not issue me a refund. Now I've got 5 coils that are useless to me. First time I've been to a vape shop and they didn't know what they were selling.
