This place is inside Island Pacific. Hard to miss if you don't go inside. But please, go find it!I love fresh pan de sal (filipino dinner rolls) and they have fresh pan de sal!! It's so delicious and cheap! And on top of that, they have fresh taho. I grew up eating taho in the Philippines and it's really hard to find decent taho around here and yay, I found it! They even use the mini sago (tapioca pearls) which sticks to the authenticity of Filipino taho!Definitely recommend buying your fresh pan de sal and taho here!

There is no product consistency. The Taho is sometimes too sweet and sometimes not sweet at all. I got one recently that had no flavor and no tapioca. I'm and another I ordered, leaked out of the cup. I mentioned it to them that using a lid with no holes for the taho, melts the plastic cup. The Siomai was delicious and a nice size. And now they are much smaller and not as good. When I get the Pandesal home, they are all squished. Fresh pandesal should be gently placed on the bag with the bag laying horizontally! They had an item in the display and had a different price than what was shown on glass and what I was charged. And all they can say is "oops, we forgot to change the price" I've ordered Pan da Coco, it was hard as a rock. Again the Quality, Presentation, etc. has been a disappointment to us.

The pastries and bread would have been very very good but the ladies working in the front seem to always are grumpy. No matter what time I visit morning, noon or afternoon. It is because it hot in there being it a bakery? Very unfortunate.

Loved the fresh out of the oven pandesals. They are huge and soft. It's good to pair with butter, or like dipped it with your coffee. 6 pieces are $1.99. They also have the pre packed one. Taho in chocolate and strawberry flavors also available. Loved their Chicken empanadas, so delicious and filling, $1.99 each. Good customer service. The lady who worked earlier was so friendly.

This bakery is located inside Island Pacific Seafood Market- just like the grocery store itself, the treats have a Filipino slant. Favorite items are found in the pastry case, specifically the cupcakes. Grab an Ube Flan if they have them in stock, or the regular Ube at the very least. They're moist and not too sweet. The banana were more like a frosted muffin than a cake IMO.Bread selection is massive, with pan de sal, pan de queso, pan de coco, and a bunch of others I've never even heard of, along with stuff you might not expect, like biscotti. I like how the breads are fresh (and you can even check if they have any in the oven to get them hot!), and bags are hand-labelled with the best-buy date. Prices seemed comparable to other bakeries in town.Friendly service at the register- note that they are cash only at the counter, or you can take your purchases to the grocery cashier to use a card. Fair warning, there are only two registers so you could be waiting quite a while.

Bread Republic is located inside of Island Pacific Supermarket. They sell a variety of Filipino breads & sweets. The items below are my favorites and what I stick to. Items tried and liked:Fresh Pandesal Chicken Pandesal - a specialty of Bread Republic Chicken EmpanadasCalamansi JuiceFour Seasons JuiceStarted coming here since they first opened. However at the beginning of 2018 up until a couple of months ago the Pandesal was inconsistent and most times not that good. During this time there was a "Baker Wanted" sign posted. Well about a couple of months ago the sign disappeared and the Pandesal is back to being delicious again! :) It's best to order fresh & hot from cashier versus their prepackaged on the shelf variety. I suggest this for all their breads. Most times service is great. The employees are nice & helpful with the exception of a female cashier who is very sassy! I usually always leave a tip in the tip jar however not when she is working. Anyway I hope you decide to give them a try :)

We finally found a place that makes fresh baked pandesals! Not many Filipino bakeries bake fresh pandesals that I could find but this lucky gem && this was the nearest location I could find that was close to home. It makes a big difference buying them at the store versus freshly baked.Let me tell you the smell is amaZING! I wish they have more bakeries in the NW area. Or else I have to drive 25 minutes early morning for my breakfast run. They're also perfect when I reheat them in the oven. They come out just like it was freshly baked from the oven.It is exactly how I had imagined and tasted. The only difference their pandesals are a little bigger compared to the average size pandesals. For one dozen it is $3.99 what a deal! Looking forward to stopping by soon.

2016 Yelp 100 Review Challenge 69/100When I first walked into Island Pacific Seafood Market, this is where my eyes and nose led me to first. The bakery! I heard about the cupcakes with flan on them so I had to try them. Imagine a thick delicious piece of leche flan stacked right on top of an ube (the purple one) or buko pandan (the green one) cupcake. I tried both after I ate dinner from Philhouse, and both cupcakes were soft, moist and delicious. Yes, I've seen the reviews, photos & tips stating the opposite, (from 5 months ago)... the baker must have seen these reviews or gotten so many complaints that they made some improvements. Because I experienced the opposite! It was soft, moist and flavorful! The Buko Pandan Leche Flan Cupcake ($3.50) was much more flavorful than the Ube Leche Flan Cupcake ($3.50). I enjoyed the texture, flavor and combination of flan over cake. So good! A must get here is the fresh out of the oven Pan De Sal! Just ask and they'll bag some up for you. They have some already bagged on the shelf but if you can get it fresh, even better. Their selection of other Filipino baked goods is pretty vast, so take a look around. TIP: Be aware of what they charge you, depending on the cashier they can ring up different prices!

The worst egg pie I e ever had. Its has the eggs smell. Its as thin as pizza and cmon guys put at least a drip of vanilla essence to eliminate the eggs' smell and add more milk or whatever for creamy taste. $10 for a small thin eggpie.
