When at Caesars, eat at Bobby Flay's Brasserie B Parisian Steakhouse. Wanted to get dessert and coffee after my brother-in-law and sister-in-law decided to join us for Super Bowl weekend last minute in Vegas. The wait at Amalfi was 30 minutes even though the restaurant was half empty...and they wouldn't guarantee that we would even get a table. Walked next door and they graciously welcomed us into Brasserie B Parisian even though they were closing soon. Great service and we never felt rushed. Ordered hot tea and a table full of desserts to be shared. The chocolate soufflé was decadently delicious. Add Grand Marnier sauce and fresh whipped cream. Definitely get this one. The chocolate hazelnut mousse was so light and airy. Like a French bacio kiss. Chocolate creme brûlée? Count me in! The apple tarte tatin with French vanilla ice cream was a nice balance to our late-night chocolate fête. Came by a couple of days later to use a celebration reward and enjoy a family Sunday brunch. Our waiter again was great.Started with the basket of French pastries. Chocolate croissant. Plain croissant. Cheese croissant. Apple tart. When in Bobby's French Bakery, definitely start your week off with this. My father-in-law (and hubby) changed up his usual eggs, potatoes and toast and got a French omelette. Quite good. My sister-in-law got the French toast. For me, the Croque Madame minus the ham and added a side of smoked salmon. So what is a Croque Madame? Basically a fancy boujee ham and cheese sandwich with an egg on top. The sandwich is built on pain de mine bread, layered with Gruyere cheese and enhanced with Béchamel sauce. The egg on top is thought to resemble a lady's hat hence the name Croque Madame. The smoked salmon (which I had to slide in myself) was a delicious upgrade as they don't modify the menu. They should add this to the menu!! Loved our meals and the service was stellar. Thanks to Michelle and Jeremiah for two fabulous experiences. A great place for late night desserts and tea or Sunday brunch with the family. Merci beaucoup!

I had a celebration dinner to use before it expired, so this was my choice. We didn't have reservations, but it was pretty open on a Wednesday night at 5, so that was nice. Between my husband and I, we got the gnocchi, hanger steak, salad, and a draft beer. The gnocchi was really good and soft. Highly recommended if you're into pasta. I also really enjoyed the salad, and the waiter did a great job of putting all my side items on the side. The hanger steak was okay. I knew it wouldn't be as nice of a cut of meat, but I was a little disappointed with the temperature compared to the rest of the food. The gnocchi was HOT so we actually had to spend some time waiting for it to cool. The hanger steak was tasty, but would have been better a little warmer. You do get a choice of sauces, which is nice. Originally I was intrigued by the cognac, but the waiter warned me it wasn't that great, and after trying a sample, I can agree it wasn't (too peppery with an off-gravy taste). So chimichurri it was.I hear this place can be fun for brunch too. It's not a cheap place, but it was a nice experience and not too crowded on a weekday.

Location: Inside Caesar's Palace CasinoAmbience: Casual French bistro. Huge space, great for big groups. Note: noise level is loud inside due to tile ceiling and hard surfaces. Food: Traditional French bistro menu but the execution is not necessarily so. Some turned out good, others are a miss. All the food tasted good and perfectly seasoned (not too salty). French Onion soup is tasty but has a weird pesto like paste on top that really doesn't belong there flavor wise. Similarly with the sauce on the duck. Solid food but nothing memorable that I would crave necessarily. Price/value: Good sized portions. Total for 2 people (no alcohol) came to ~$250. That's about the same as Peter Lugers (also inside Caesar's) steak for 2 + appetizer or steak for 3! For me, Peter Lugers is a better value.

Typical Vegas prices, waiter was slow. Did not like the service. Food was just okay. We ordered the crispy potatoes side to share and we did not like them at all. I would not return to eat here, especially with so many great options of places to eat in Vegas. They are definitely relying on the chef's name to get customers in, but not enough to return.

4 to 4.5 starsAnother pretty good restaurant by Bobby Flay. I have been decently impressed by his restaurants on the strip. Location: Google maps will point you to the wrong direction outside of the hotel when in fact, it is actually right next to Flay's Amalfi coast restaurant inside Caesars. Just follow the signs inside the casino to Brasserie B. Easy to book reservations online.Must get is the French onion soup - this is a solid five stars and I would definitely come back for this next time! Also tried the chopped salad, American burger, and fries. All were decently tasty and flavored. Wouldn't mind getting the chopped salad again if in need of a light lunch and it is perfect to pair with the French onion soup, which is a bit heavier!

French bistro type restaurant. Had a biftek with pomme frittes and a small side salad with two eggs over medium. Also a dozen oysters. Everything good everything fresh. The French fries are particularly great. The steak is thin - I asked for medium rare it came more medium but was acceptable. It is hard to cook a steak that thin medium rare. The steak is not Peter Luger quality but acceptable. Fast friendly service.

Perhaps more of a 3 from me, but the couple friends I went here with seemed to really enjoy it! We came here for breakfast one morning, and the food came out quickly and it was good, but very pricey for what it was. Service existed, but it really seemed that the person that waited on us didn't want to be there. Anyways, we tried the following (only breakfast menu was available when we went) - Eggs Royale - pretty much an eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. Comes with a small side of salad/veggies. Eggs were nicely poached, but nothing that special for an almost $30 smoked salmon Benedict. Avocado Toast - with poached egg, sourdough, radish lemon vinaigrette, goat cheese, hot sauce. Tasty avocado toast, but based on the ingredients other than the goat cheese, wasn't worth it for almost $30. The sourdough and the avocado were good, but the rest of it was just a tad bland. Omelette - wild mushrooms, goat cheese, fresh herbs. Very standard, $24. Def not worth it LOL. Eggs tasted a bit dry, but good amount of mushrooms filled in there. My friends absolutely loved the toast and the eggs royale, so yay to that? I also got a cappuccino and that was alright. They didn't give us a drink menu, so I had to ask if they had one or at least coffee and they said they had coffee and juice. Not sure if they had any specialities, but since they didn't go further or handed us a menu, I just got a cappuccino.
