Service was excellent - thanks Brian! We had 3 starters and shared a pasta. The starters were excellent - yummy meatballs, bass crudo, and funghi. If I was by myself the meatballs would be a meal. Shrimp fra diavola was great but the pasta was a little more than al dente. I was fine with it but a colleague that was with us was a little more insistent on sending back so pasta could be cooked longer. The pressed coffee smelled great that my other colleague had. Wish I had ordered some. Give it a try. It's off flamingo and paradise... not too far from the strip.

Met up with friends for dinner. One of my friends was raving about this place so I decided to try it out with her. Atmosphere: Loved the vibe, dark and romantic perfect for a date. We sat at the booths along the wall which seemed like a good idea at first but my friends who are under 5"10 felt uncomfortable bc the booth was high and their feet were dangling. There was a bar to put your feet but it forced them in a weird unnatural position. So unfortunately they were uncomfortable the whole night. If you're tall you should be good. Service: we had Marc who was excellent. Had a very welcoming demeanor. There were moments when he stepped away a little too long but after further inspection it looked like he was covering the majority or the restaurant which I could imagine is challenging . So we let him do his thing and he finally got back to us.Food: hmmm. I think the appetizers were my fav. First up we had the beef carpaccio. Thin slices of raw beef sprinkled with large grain mustard and a very thin wafer sprinkled with chives. If you like carpaccio I'd suggest this. Then the Funghi Fritti satisfying deep fried anoki mushrooms with a slightly spicy Mayo based sauce. Recommend. Then we had the wagyu meatballs. If you like meat balls I think you'd enjoy this. The meatballs were soft and tender in a tomato based sauce served with toast and ricotta cheese. Really good when you put everything together on the toast. Recommend. Lastly for appetizers we had "the toast" 2 strips of buttery toast filled with caramelized onion and heavily sprinkled with a pecorino or Parmesan cheese. If you get the meatballs with this it's a lot of bread. It was ok. If I had to pick a bread heavy appetizer I'd get the meatballs. Entrees: we shared everything so we tried to get a mixture of items with different proteins to balance the experience. Before anything I unfortunately have to say that I felt all the entrees were good but under seasoned. We had to request salt and pepper to bring out the flavors. First, the Porchetta. It was good. Not as soft and tender as I'd like and I wish the skin (which to me is the only reason to get a porchetta) wasn't as light and crispy as I was hoping for. Don't let it sit either it becomes gummy and hard to chew. The polenta, salsa verde & root vegetables definitely helped bring everything together but then again it was still a bit bland didn't have punch that I wanted. The Brasato. The braised beef cheek was cooked perfectly. So soft and succulent. The fergula pasta added nice texture but tasted like nothing. Again more sauce or seasoning. If you hate parsley DO NOT get this the parsley flavor was over powering and honestly took over the dish. I understand it came with a parsley salad on the side but if you ate it that's all you're tasting, very off putting. Wild boar ragu. Good. Noodles were cooked al dente. The mouth feel was nice but again under seasoned. The shrimp Caesar's salad was surprisingly yummy. The shrimp were executed perfectly. Huge plump perfectly seasoned shrimp balanced well with the crisp refreshing salad. I wanted a whole plate of those shrimp. Recommend. The swordfish Milanese was a show stopper they put the caviar sauce over the fish table side. I love seafood and I love caviar sauce. (If you've ever been to elephante in Santa Monica the caviar sauce on their scallops is heavenly I could drink the stuff! lol) but alas it was kind of a disappointment. Again under seasoned. The fish was dry the potatoes were flavorless and the caviar sauce literally just tasted like cream they heated up and put caviar in it. Definitely not like the Elephante sauce. Overall entrees were a C+/B-Dessert: surprisingly good after the mediocre entrees. Highly recommend the blueberry focaccia Bites with vanilla gelato. Marc mentioned that it reminded him of a high end funnel cake, he was right the blueberry compote and the yummy contrast with the cold gelato was a welcomed ending. We also had the salted caramel gelato which was predictable but good. Final comment. Check it out, great atmosphere the cocktails and appetizers were try the food for yourself and let me know what you thought

Ambiance: this place is next to Cleaver. super modern & clean restaurant. their bar has no tvs which i liked - it kind of forces you to enjoy the moment and socialize. Service: service was great. we came for a special event & everyone was so nice and welcoming. Food: we started off with the caesar salad & meatballs which were really good! we also had the salmon, pork belly agrodolce, and wild boar tagliatelle. all of the entrees were delicious - salmon was a little salty on its own but with the chickpea, it balanced out. my favorite was the tiramisu. tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts and this place had an unique approach to it. the cream was so fluffy & amazing. definitely a place i'd love to come back & try other items on the menu!

We found it overhyped. A perfectly good meal, just not one that competes with our favorites like Esther's Kitchen, Osteria Fiorella, or Al Solito Posto. The Toast was a pretty great starter, but the funghi and broccolini, while tasty, were hidden under similar blankets of oozy sauce and pecorino. Not something I usually complain about, sure, but those dishes shouldn't have so much in common. The pork secreto, in contrast, was strikingly underseasoned, needing a more flavorful sauce or at least more salt. The beef cheek pizza was fine, with a nice chewy edge; again, we thought it could use more salt, especially in the crust. More beef cheek wouldn't have hurt it, either. One irritation: in our booth, our feet didn't hit the floor, and there was no foot rail at the right height to make us comfortable. And we're pretty tall! Seems like something that they could easily fix. Romantic atmosphere and pleasant service.

We are a party of 8 and our server is Christine.Food: we ordered 5 started (small plates) to share. Besides the salad, fried mushrooms and meatballs, the portion is appetizer size. All of them tasted amazing! The salad is a bit over seasoning, but the flavors are great! My friends said that the oysters are very fresh. Their shrimps are cooked perfectly! My favorite for sure The cocktails are alright, and the dessert is a bit too sweet for us.Service: Christine is very welcoming and helpful even they are quite busy with a few big groups that night. Her recommendations are on spot!Ambiance: This is absolutely a place with vibes and suitable for dates and friend gatherings.

Lovely, lovely dinner! We dined on a Wednesday night, and the place was super quiet; practically had it to ourselves. Our server was really attentive and gave us some great recommendations. The standout dishes were the braised beef cheeks pizza (so flavorful) and The Toast, which was like an elevated toast, or grilled cheese for adults. To wrap things up, we got a complimentary birthday tiramisu (non traditional, but still delicious) and blueberry sourdough bites with gelato.Overall, a great dining experience I'd come back for!

Dined here on a Friday night. Parking can be crazy so just be patient. The front door of Bramàre is on the side and not front facing from the parking lot. We arrived at our reservation time and opted for a booth. After 30 seconds of sitting in the booth, I asked to be moved to a regular table. I didn't like how my short legs were hanging. Our server was Laila and she was very nice and attentive. Food:The Toast - Nduja Caciocavala Cheese, Caramelized Onion and PecorinoFunghi Fritti- Garlic & Chili Sauce PeconinoIberico Pork Secreto- Polenta fries and Arugula All the above dishes were tasty and mouthwatering. The highlight for me was the Iberico Pork. The meat was so tender and the flavors were memorable. I enjoyed the Chimichurri Sauce and the Polenta was amazingly delicious. I washed the food down with a couple of Old Fashioned Drinks. It was strong and I enjoyed it very much. Overall a great spot to visit. The decor and dark lighting made it relaxing. I can't wait to visit again.

We were with visitors in Vegas and they wanted a good Italian restaurant, we selected Bramare. This is more fine dining in a dim lite establishment and a high noise level. After being seated with reservations, our waiter was MIA. We finally tracked down a manager and were able to give our dinner selections. Parking here is a nightmare. This is fine dining and they have an extensive drink service.Time was limited as we had show tickets but we had left ourselves plenty of time we thought. The manager took our order and I selected a small Ceasar salad and the Wild Boar Ragu. The salad was good and not over dressed. The wild boar ragu arrived hot and packed with flavor. Ar Bramare, the food was good but there were to many other issues with service, parking, noise and missing staff. I don't feel the need to return and am willing to find a different Italian restaurant in Vegas. God knows there are at least 3 Italian restaurants on every corner.
